You place your order while waiting for your antibiotics and rush over to pick up your food before heading out of town. After a long wait, while the line of cars piles up behind you, you finally get your food with no receipt so you could check the order. You take off for the long ride home, and find that they gave you someone else's lunch when you are already a half hour out of town. read more

Service was great, the cashiers were very nice and patient. We got the half order of pecan berry salad and avocado turkey sandwich, as well as the McAllister club. They were both really good and we got our food in a timely manner. The restaurant seemed clean and well kept. read more

Stopped in for a delicious chicken salad sandwich with a bowl of chili. Sandwich & croissant was fresh and really good. The chill was hot and hit the spot. The service was very friendly. The food came out fast. Unfortunately they gave me what looked like half a Memphian Sandwich. If I'm not mistaken they used to be full sized sandwiches. There was enough "spring mix" to make a salad on my plate. They forgot to put mayo and mustard. They also forgot to put the meat. The menu states "a lot". See picture to share my shock at their interpretation of "a lot". Being a Sunday afternoon, it was busy. Too busy to go stand back in line for 20 minutes waiting to get this mess fixed while my family finished their meals. Just like the 82nd and Quaker location...this place is not worth the time or money. McAlisters Deli does have order ahead as well. I had the BLT+A with potato salad. Very fresh greens and the bread was perfectly toasted. ThIs location is usually pretty good about getting your food out quickly and doing a good job preparing it. I usually go for a soup and sandwich combo. Staff is usually pretty friendly, just depends on who is working that day. Some staff are kind of rude and act like your presence is very annoying. read more

McAllisters is one of our family go-tos, one of a very few restaurants where all 6 of us can find something we like. Always fresh, sandwiches with generous portions of meat, tasty huge salads and yummy large baked potatoes...and SWEET TEA! Placed an order online. It was ready when I arrived, although the drive-through seemed to move more slowly than normal. The orange cranberry club sandwich was awesome (especially with the bacon add-on). Very good food and great service. read more

I have never had an issue like today at McAlister's off Milwaukee. I ordered choose two... 1/2 garden salad and 1/2 chef salad via their website. I requested no cheese but extra cucumbers, extra tomato and extra croutons. What I got was salads with cheese, no croutons, no cucumbers and about 4-5 pieces of diced tomatoes. I immediately called the store and voiced my disappointment and asked to speak a manager. The female that answered the phone said ok and put me on hold. Not once but between 3-4 times did someone picked up the phone but didn't say a word then phone was put on hold again. Therefore, we went back to the store to settle this mistake in person. I immediately asked for the manager. I explained to the manager the problem at hand. She was very accommodating but ultimately I asked for a refund. They might have hired some kids that can't read or follow simple instructions. I will have to rethink about ordering from McAlister's salads again!! read more

This was our first visit to this new location. We were pretty disappointed that we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The food was good but I'd requested dressing on the side which didn't happen. I went to McAlister's Delli today and the food was pretty good at the new location. I just had a problem with really slow service, because​ it took me like​ forty​-five​ minutes to get my food. Also, the design of the store is really weird​ and does not work when it is busy because it is hard to get around the people inline. Also, what is wrong with the bathroom here??? This is super awkward but I felt like I was in prison because​ it was awkwardly small and there is little to no privacy when using the bathroom. read more

Let me start off by saying that I like McAlister's Deli. I like eating there. Today, not so much. I arrived at 5:00, with two people in line ahead of me. Took about 10 minutes to get my order placed. Saw about 7 or 8 employees during that time. Dining room had many tables that had not been bussed. Sandwich came out minus avocado. (On my way out I saw a sign on the door stating that they were out of avocado, so that was my miss.). Went back to counter, and was told that they were out of avocado. They offered another sandwich, which I accepted. Not impressed by the second one either. When you pay $9.00 for a sandwich, you would think it could be assembled well. Today's visit was very disappointing. Will be a while before I work up the courage to try this location again. read more

Went to this location today with my family. Their credit card machine wasn't working but luckily we had enough cash on us to pay. They informed us when we ordered that they were short staffed and that it would take about 30 minutes to get our food. As it was peak time this seemed relatively reasonable, but an hour later we received the first part of our meal. Two out of four people got their food while the other two waited. 15 minutes later when we asked where the other meals were they informed us that there had been a miscommunication and they had thrown away the rest of our food. They assured us that they would remake it and get it out to us in 5 minutes. We requested that they make it to go. Upon receiving our food and getting home we realized that they still left out about half of our meal. There were probably about 8-10 groups of people all waiting for their food for over an hour as well. read more

They only had 1 register open and there were customers line out the door. They were decent paced taking orders. There wasn't much meat on the French Dip that we ordered. There was paper in my Orange Cranberry Club sandwich, like they forgot to take it off the meat as they were building the sandwich. My little ones French Bread Pizza had a short dark hair inside the melted cheese when I tried to tear it apart. So, that was inedible. Three stars because I love their sweet tea. read more

We ordered our food online and it said it was going to be ready at 7:03, so we showed up a few minutes after then so it would be ready when we got there. We showed up and told the girl at the cashier that we were picking up an online order, and our food wasn't ready. We waited for over a hour our food, it seems like they forgot about us who ordered online and have been bringing everyone else's food out. It took me going up to the counter and asking about my food before anyone did anything about it. The VIP card we were given was a nice gesture, but it would of been nice if we had been if our meal had been refunded. We also weren't the only person who had this issue. I'm not going to be coming to this McAlister's again, I'll stick to the other two in town. When we got our meal there were still things missing, and the manager didn't even come out to talk to us or apologize. read more

I went to grab dinner from McAlisters as I usually do and did a choose two. I chose two premium items and the sign states that it is an upcharge of $1.99. I was charged $1.99 twice! When I inquired and informed the cashier that I had been rung up incorrectly, she rang it again and got the same result. The cashier told me it was right because the computer said so. Prior to inquiring, I logged into snapfinger to place an online order which showed a total upcharge of $2 not $1.99 per item. I showed her and informed her that I believed my total to be incorrect. She called Jason, the manager, over. She explained my issue and that the computer said otherwise, and to make matters worse the Manager Jason told me that it was correct and referenced the computer. I informed him that it was incorrect and told him the online system said otherwise and he displayed a poor attitude. He clicked the cash register and complained that he couldn't refund $1.99. He then hastily told me $5 and change would go back on my card then whispered to the cashier and they laughed. I was floored that people in customer service could be so rude! I called another McAlisters to ensure I wasn't off base, and was quoted the exact thing I found on-line, that it was $1 per item not $1.99 per item. So what even more concerning is that this location is overcharging people who are non the wiser and getting away with it! Take a look at your receipt, you could be over charged 20%. But I took the extra $5 went next door bought a slice of pie and tipped that cashier $2 cause she actually earned it. read more
