Just ordered a Mesa salad and the grilled chicken was very cold not a good salad to order if you like your grilled chicken warm!!

When I first moved to Texas, one of the first things someone told me was "if there is a Jason's, then that's good food, go to it". I must of eaten there 3 or 4 times the first week in Victoria. They offer gormet style sandwiches and they also have a delicious salad bar. At first the sandwiches were hit of miss of what I liked or didnt like. Now I seem to always get the California club, and my fiancé seems to always get the Ruben. Although he seems to like mine better since he always steals half of mine. The facility is nice and clean, far then enough seating, always nice and cool, the salad bar is kept very clean and looks to constantly be refilled with fresh food. The sides that they offer with the sandwitches are great, I prefer the chips and salsa. They also have great deserts. They also have to go orders if you call ahead they will have them ready, or you can always just get an order to go. I saw that they also do catering and the sandwitch tray looked amazing. Business owners are telling me it's difficult to get employees in this oil soaked environment. I am staying in a hotel near this Jason's and both times the staff is not helpful, have overcharged me, and not given me my correct order. The salad bar had multiple dried out items and it was not maintained during the dinner hour. And, most importantly the bathroom smells horrible!! read more

My mother and i love jasons deli. I always get the club royale and my mom gets a salad with tuna on it. I love the ice cream too an the best part is its free. The dining area is a bit over crowded and i hate how they set the chairs at the table so i try to get a booth. Overall its really good healthy food with a clean atmosphere that can be enjoyed by all. read more

My family and I love Jason's Deli. However, this location consistently underperforms. On several occasions, food has been delivered cold and had to be returned. And the last few times I've been to the salad bar several staples of a Jason's Deli salad bar are missing--Jason's salad and Italian dressing being the main culprits. The staff never seems to care and it's likely that none of these issues will ever be resolved. read more

I am here in Victoria visiting my fiancé. We decided to order in seen some of the reviews, we decided to try it.. I thought the food was great. But his was cold and we waiting over an hour to get it delivered. Which sucked to frank. Over all if we go back we might try going in to the restaurant instead. read more

My husband and I have ordered from here before but we were very disappointed with our most recent order. I ordered their spicy seafood gumbo via the drive thru. The picture displayed seemed like it had sausages also so I asked them what was in the soup and the person taking my order told me (in a rude way) they didn't know. There was no effort in making sure they could answer my question. After I got my order I pulled over to park so I could tase the gumbo. There were zero shrimps in my soup. It was basically tiny pieces of vegetables. I had to go inside to ask for some shrimp to be added to my soup. When I walked in, nobody seemed to care that I was waiting (the restaurant wasn't busy at all). One of the people working the "kitchen" actually asked me what I needed instead. When I got home, I realized the rice in the soup was hard and the shrimps were so tiny you almost couldn't tell if it was a shrimp or piece of vegetable. The soup was also very salty. Overall, terrible food and customer service. I would've given zero stars but I gave them 2 stars because I do love their sandwiches. read more

Love the food (except for the occasional questionable times something didn't smell right or looked old). Orders over the phone/online always seem to have a mess-up or two. Would like it if they took more time to prepare the food more equally. One time me and my friend order the same thing but he got a lot less meat than I did but my panini wasn't as melted as his. read more

I went here and yet again they gave me 1/3 of what any other restaurant will give. I don't know why this location is allowed to continue their rip off service. If you go out of town you would get 2-3 times more food. This location is cheating it's customers and should have been closed YEARS ago. read more

The past few times I've gone to Jason's Deli, I've been met with rude service and my orders have been wrong. I'm not the kind of person who adds/omits things from their entree, I order from the menu. Also, every time we've sat down to eat, there's loud christian "rock" music blasting from the speakers. Super annoying when I'm just trying to enjoy lunch. Not to mention the fact there was a dead cockroach lying on the ground when we walked in. Probably won't be returning here. read more

We like Jason's Deli a lot. We usually get the "Nutty mixed up salad" which is always fresh and delicious. For a sandwich we'll get the "Papa Joe"; very very good. Everything is always nice and fresh. I read someone was shortchanged on their order. We have never experienced that. It's always been just as ordered. Highly recommend. read more
