I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding.
