The capocollo is good too, with coppa salami, spicy pecorino, arugula, and extra virgin olive oil. My husband's go-to is the caprese, a solid sandwich with cured prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, basil, and extra virgin olive oil, though it does taste much better with balsamic vinegar, which our waiter was able to provide. On the hot side, I've enjoyed the porchetta, with pork belly roulade, provola, roasted peppers, and lemon dijon. Portions are on the small side, and the focaccia was better on our first visit (I'm guessing it was fresher that day), but overall, I've really liked the sandwiches.
