The young lady at the counter shared that the owner does all her baking and had recently started changing her almond croissant recipe and she recommended it to me. I am a sucker for an almond croissant!! Chai = 10/10 Almond croissant = 11/10 I WILL return just for the Almond Croissant!!!! They offer larger cups too around 24oz, similar to a Venti from Starbucks. Given the price only, it's hard for me to justify repeat visits. The store itself is tiny. There is no room for you to sit down and enjoy your drink. The staff were great. They were kind and very attentive despite being very busy when we went. My husband is very hard to satisfy when it comes to his cappuccino, but at this place ? he was smiling and said to me that, that was by far the best cappuccino he ever had at any Peets and I can tell it looks really good in the cup. I had a latte it was also one of the best I ever had, its one of the reason why I choose Peets over Starbucks in the first place, their latte is much better taste for me. This whole experience with good coffee was possible because of the manager at this Peets at the time, sorry I didn't catch her name but I am sure she has to be the manager here if not she deserve to be a manager. And over the years my friends and I have visited all of them. The Cherrybean is respectable and relaxed. It's a full service shop with some food treats that go well with your choice of drink.
