It's so important to find good, hard-working honest, business owners and the guys at Javis fill the bill. We went to them to put in a new stereo/Bluetooth unit in my son's old car. I discovered this business here in Yelp and made a call due to the high ratings. I was not happy with the sound of my sub woofer. After doing a lot of research I figured that the sealed enclosure was too small. Javis, the owner invited me to come down and he could help me. He was very friendly looked at my system and immediatly confirmed that I indeed needed a bigger enclosure. He offered to install my sub woofer in a bigger enclosure, listen to it, then buy it if I liked the sound, no obligation. After listening for a while and some help from Javis tuning the settings, my bass was much cleaner and louder. I really appreciate this type of customer service and deserves 5 stars. As a side note, the front of the store is not very attractive and the interior is does have more of a warehouse look then other audio stores, but look past this because it is very apparent that customer service here trumps all. Javi is the man! Went in to have my head unit replaced and he hooked me up, then a couple weeks later my amp when out. I stopped into Al an Eds for convenience over in Hollywood and they gave me the run around about buying a new one. I went back out to see Javi and he HOOKED IT UP. Rewired my amp and made everything work with what I had. Completely changed the sound of the truck by dialing everything in with his tuning fork like ears. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Came in on a Saturday morning, without an appointment. Brought my son, and his first car. He just got his first paycheck from his first job, and wanted to upgrade his car audio. Javi greeted us immediately, and discussed options. Very casual, not pushy, and incredibly knowledgeable. He hooked us up with a new head unit, rear deck speakers, and an amp/sub in the trunk(we had already upgraded the front door speakers). Gave us an unbelievable deal, and got everything installed the same day. Then when completed, he took the time to fine tune the sound while sitting inside the car with my son, having him play his own music choices. Like many others, I took to Yelp to scour the area for reputable businesses. I found Javi and was not disappointed. His 5 stars are no exaggeration. My first visit I brought with me my dashcam and aftermarket fog lights with LED lights for him to install on my 2014 Nissan Altima. The dashcam install was clean. No exposed wires and very discreet. The foglights I can't say enough of. They are absolutely perfect and make the look of my car 1000% better. Fast forward a month, I come back to get an aftermarket pioneer avh-x490bs installed. I brought my own equipment, he installed. Turns out my speakers were getting ready to die so he recommended some focal speakers and I went ahead and got those done at the same time too. Wanted to follow up, I had such a fabulous experience with Javi's installing my alarm system in my car. this installation took place in August of 2017. I made it a point to drive out to LA, on November 25th, 2017 and have him install a system in my SUV, I blew my system out trying to jump my SUV (shorted it out) of course once again, he went above and beyond. I new nothing about what to purchase or what I needed. I relied solely on his expertise, he installed a pioneer, with blue tooth, video, dvd and totally awesome radio. Not only does it sound great it looks marvelous. They discovered there were complications due to original installation of system, with wiring. He and his team corrected problem, he even threw in a free speaker (top of the line) for me. He made sure all was working perfectly before I left, knowing I live in San Jose. Outstanding customer service.. As always, this was an unscheduled appointment, they got me right in and had everything done in 2 hours (I can't get service like this in San Jose), can't beat pricing :) read more

Javis and his team are amazing. I brought my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport to them for a new stereo. They installed the stereo, and 4 new speakers, in an hour, and the cost was very reasonable. I noticed, during the course of a couple of weeks, that the front left speaker sounded funny, with even the slightest amount of base, and I brought the car back to them. Without hesitation, Javis replaced both front speakers, and the system now sounds incredible! Additionally, while I was there, they not only repaired the headliner, where the rear speakers were mounted (this had nothing to do with their installation - simply a 23 year old vehicle) and then properly installed my rear-window mounted third brake light, just to be helpful. Did I mention, Javis did all of this extra work at NO additional charge? I will recommend this shop to anyone! read more

I was happy to see that this place was still in business because many of its neighbors go out of business in a few months, now I see why! is because they are AWESOME. They have a huge parking lot, they are open on weekends and they notice you as a person not just another number.
