Great Pizza! We called in a Supreme Pizza to go and we weren't disappointed. It was loaded! The crust was hand tossed and very good, not too thick, red sauce was well balanced with lots of pepperoni, sausage, peppers, onions, mushrooms and black olives. We also ordered a small Greek salad which was in a much smaller Togo box than pictured on their website, disappointing and not worth what they charged. I wouldn't buy it again. The pick up process was very easy and they were very nice. The dining room was full and people were waiting to be seated. The parking lot is always full when we go by and we've heard great things about their menu. We will be back to try other entrees. read more

Greasy small pizza. The side salad was just hard iceberg lettuce with a small slice of rotten tomato. The server had a bad attitude, not to good for a person that relies on tips. For a pizza place, it was pretty bad. We had better pizza at Costco. read more

I love the food at Jaxon@'s, especially their pizza and calzones. Good wings, big salads, great sandwiches, and many other entrees & appetizers. My only complaint is that they need to update their booths (cracked seats), and they no longer serve alcohol. Used to look forward to a cold draft with my meal. read more

We never even got to order. We were seated after waiting for at least 19 minutes and we were the only ones there. After being seated we were never acknowledged for at least 17 minutes. At that point we walked out. It wasn't busy the waitress saw us and even served the people behind us but we were totally ignored. Unbelievable!!! At least acknowledge your customers and let them know you're running behind. No one even saw us leave after wasting 36 minutes we'll never get back. read more

Pizza is always very good, probably the best in Franklin. However, their prices are now outrageous. Two large pizzas, one two topping and one supreme for $58!!! That's $29.50 each! We love their pizzas but will not be using them anymore at these prices. Note part of the cost is the 4.5% credit card charge. read more

pizza dough was raw. i thought i was just getting an abundance of cheese but no. It was raw dough. The service was ok, they had 4 other tables to buss so definitely not busy yet they treat you as though they have a full house. All in all i'd give the food a 6/10. not horrible but definitely not worth the price. read more

My wife and I just stopped here tonight looking for some good food. We had the cheese curds for an appetizer. The homemade marinara sauce is the best I've ever had anywhere. I ordered the five wing basket with onion rings and my wife ordered the chicken strips with onion rings. The portions were huge and the food was amazing. Excellent food and excellent staff. Went here last night just to give it a try, we were pleasantly surprised. We waited a few minutes to get a seat, as they were short on help, (as is everyone) but once we sat down, our server was there to get our drink order. Drinks came quickly and our dinner order was taken. Salads were good, with a good choice of dressings. As soon as our salads were done, our pizza was served. Very good pizza, hot and tasty. I was charched $50 & change for two 10" pizzas and 10 wings. The wings where cooked right, but bland, only coated in light sauce. The pizza was horrible, tasted like the cheese had gone bad. read more

Friends recommended Jaxon's last fall so we gave it a try for lunch today. Not to our liking. My wife ordered a meatball sub. The sub roll was burnt and instead of a marinara sauce they put stewed tomatoes on it. I ordered a calzone which was fine other than coming with the same stewed tomatoes as a dipping sauce. Our servers were great and brought us their pizza sauce (tasted like the stewed tomatoes run through a blender and then cooked down some) to use. read more

We got a supreme pizza, and I'm not convinced that it wasn't a digiorno pizza. It did taste good, but it was pretty similar to the frozen pizzas we get at the grocery store. Fair warning they don't serve alcohol here. It would be a good place to bring the kids. The prices were good and the staff was very nice. read more

I hate that the reviews are so low. Some weren't even about the food which is most important to me. Places are under staffed so if they're putting out good food that's 3 stars alone. First off the large pizza is huge! We ordered half Hawaiian half veg. Personally I like more pineapple on mine so I'll ask for more next time and I like more sauce so I'll ask for a side, but that's my preference. Crust was really good. Chicken wings fresh and juicy. The food is good, my husband said the owners? Or staff was really nice so why give a place 1 star. That's just being a jerk IMHO please rate the food not that it opened 15 minutes late or they don't answer the phone (probably busy because the food is GOOD)! read more

The BEST calzone I've ever tasted. Very clean. Friendly staff. Family owned & operated. Wish they'd allow self-serve drinks, as the service is very, very slow. Anything you order w/mushrooms, you need to ask the chef to sauté them additional, otherwise they come out warm but still raw. I asked for an additional 1/8 c. "sautéd" mushrooms to enjoy w/my calzone, explaining mine were served raw. I was brought another serving of raw, warm mushrooms. :( read more

The food was fine. I ordered Cajun ranch wings and split a side of bacon/cheese fries. The sweet tea was great! My biggest issue was the service. We sat without drinks for 20 minutes. After ordering, we probably waiting another 30 for the food. I think this was an issue of being understaffed. The outside of a building looks really nice including the covered outdoor eating area. Didn't really see anything special about the interior. That being said, the staff was friendly and the food was fantastic. I could not believe the size of the calzone that they called small. Neither of us was able to finish one. Went in for dinner with the family and it will be our last visit. You could taste the burnt oil on the wings, and a pizza was inedible because it was so burnt on the top. Went there this evening. The door said they open at 430pm. We arrived at 445 pm. There were people standing outside bc the doors were locked. The door had a sign that said call for seating but the number remained busy. The second number they left didn't even work.
