To make matters worse, I had to have it remade because the wrong ice cream was used the first time. I also noticed that the employee preparing my milkshake wasn't wearing gloves either time it was made, which was concerning from a food-handling standpoint. The service overall wasn't very friendly or attentive, and it just wasn't the level of service I've come to expect from this location.
