After a few trips to other jewelers, my boyfriend made an appointment for us to come in today to check out some sapphires and settings for an engagement ring. I specifically wanted a Montana sapphire which they didn't have when we called, but Marissa said they had other types and colors of sapphires so we figured we would stop in and look anyways just for fun. When we got there today, we found out she had overnighted four Montana sapphires for us to see which was amazing! She was really helpful and patient in the decision process as we looked at the stones in various different lightings. I described to her the setting I had in mind and she found a perfect one. I couldn't find anything like it at the other jewelers we had visited, so it would have had to be custom made. The best part was they ended up being able to use the setting they had in the store and we were able to pick up the ring only two hours after choosing it!! This was amazing since many other places required weeks. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly, excited and passionate. Watch out for these "People". I was sold a 5,600 ring that later appraised for 2,200 dollars. Needless to say these morons ruined my proposal. I had to practically give them the ring back with a finger attached to it, She was heartbroken... Now I am left to find another special spot dear to us both to perform another proposal with another ring that I have yet to purchase. I am certain that all of these positive reviews are fraudulent. They always go the extra mile and ensure everything is just perfect. When I was in the market for an engagement ring I happened in at just the right moment as Jim was going to be departing for Antwerp Belgium and knew that he would find the diamond cut and size I was looking for to set in the ring I chose. Needless to say Jim went above and beyond as I got a call from him while he was in Antwerp and he had found a flawless diamond which was the cut I was looking for but just a little larger than I had wanted. Knowing him and trusting them I told him that is the diamond for the ring. A couple of weeks later I got a call that the ring was finished and ready for me to pick it up. Needless to say I was not at all disappointed and very pleased and the ring came in under the price I had expected. This is the best jewelry store around. I have had pendants, earrings, and rings custom designed by their wonderful staff. I first had jewelry made with mandarin garnets. When I wanted andalusite the sales people in the mall jewelry stores looked at me like my head was on backwards. I went back to Jaymark and they brought in some gems for me to look at. I then choose what I wanted and came to a decision about the design of the jewlery. When the jewlery was finished it was beautiful. You get what you pay for. Jaymark Jewelers are great. They were very helpful when it came to designing my husbands wedding band. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I expressed I was new to the area and everyone was giving me tips on good restaurants and things to do. They even helped me to pick out caterers and venues for my wedding. My husband's ring needed to be re-sized and while I was waiting they offered to clean my ring for free. I have only been there a handful of times, but they feel like family.
