My husband got my engagement ring here as well as both our wedding bands - Hannoush is an excellent jewelry store and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They have great customer service, any time we had any issues with our rings they were quickly rectified. I wanted to be happy with the new jewelry store my husband chose. Our anniversary was in May of 2019. My husband gave me beautiful, pearl drop earrings. By August one had come off the gold ball. The repair tag identified them with a value of $1,000.00. Again the drop earring came off the ball. I waited a year before having the repair done due to the COVID pandemic and not having any vacation plans. This time the value was listed as $500.00. It took 2 months for the repair to be completed because they sent them back to the manufacturer. When I picked them up I was told that the ball that the pearl drop is attached to is hallow! It is a weak design. Also with this knowledge, it became clear that the price paid was much more than the value of the earrings. We can not recommend this store. read more

My then fiancé purchased a gorgeous Simon G engagement ring setting with a 2 carat diamond as the center stone. He also purchased a diamond wedding band for me. I purchased an ArtCarved wedding band for him. From start to finish the attentiveness, personal care and integrity of the team - headed by Mr. Halpy and jewelers sets the bar to a difficult to reach level... truly they merit the GOLD Five Star award. The process was handled with zero sales pitches. Never were either of us "sold" on spending more or considering anything that we were not interested in. The total spent between us... including a couple of pieces from their full Pandora selection came to about $25,000.00. I am mentioning this amount only with the hopes to drive the weight of this review deeper... I believe the more an individual spends... the more they expect and so the greater risk there is that some dissatisfaction, miscommunication or disappointment can be experienced... for us - $25,000.00 is A LOT of money. This jeweler was of the highest caliber and integrity. He was informed, patient, pleasant, warm, and relaxed - even in face of our angst. We wondered about so many things... including such a large and important purchase. We were concerned about the seriousness of it and making the right choices... Mr. Halpy and his team (Maryann, Jeff, Danielle, and Donna) really overextended themselves to support us every step of the way... I have had watches repaired by them, too, and frankly... when you are dealing with your high end watches... you want to feel confident when you leave them for repair... I visited Hannoush jewlers a couple of weeks ago to take a couple of links out of my new IWatch watchband. I was greeted by two smiling ladies who asked how they can help and I told them what I needed to be done. They said that the jewelry repair guy was on the other side of the showroom and they called him over. A handsome young man with long blonde hair introduced himself and I can't recall his name. He looked at the watchband on my wrist and agreed that it needed two links to be removed to provide me with a snug fit. He returned to his area across the showroom from me and as I chatted with the two gals, in a matter of four minutes he returned with my watch and handed it to me. I placed on my wrist and it was a perfect fit. He smiled and withdrew wishing me a nice day. So now I figured one of the gals would tell me the cost of his sizing my band but neither did so I asked , "what's the damage"? And the Indian gal smiled and said no charge for that sir and wished me a wonderful day! I was happily surprised and mentioned to them that this is why their store gets great reviews . I brought my ring to be resized at Hannoush Jewelers on Saturday. They did an awesome job! They not only resized my ring to the correct size, but they also replated my ring with rhodium as it is white gold. They also cleaned and polished it. It looks beautiful! Like it was the day my fiancé proposed. If you need a ring resized or re plated please go to Hannoush!! They also do all the work in store! It is not sent out. And the services were complete on Monday morning. The jeweler only works during the week. Not on weekends. So I think that is much better than sending it out for weeks at a time. We searched high and low for a wedding band that would go well with my engagement ring and weren't able to find anything that I liked. We were about to buy a stand-in ring that we would replace at a later date when my husband happened to talk to Mike who let us know that they make custom jewelry at Hannoush. We stopped in to discuss it and Mike sketched out the exact ring that I had been envisioning! We were about a week out from leaving for the wedding and he called the jeweler to make sure that they could have it ready before we left. The jeweler created the most beautiful band that matches the design of my engagement ring perfectly! Even with the short time frame the ring was ready quickly and we also had my engagement ring cleaned and sized.
