So I decided to given them a try. I called them earlier In the week and was quoted very reasonably. They are located on Central and Walnut in Chino; at the shopping center where Los Portales Restaurant and next to O'Reilly's. I get there and I was welcomed and they took care of me right away. While I was sitting, I had the chance to speak to the owner. Very friendly and great discussions. I was there for about 15-20mims and my SUv was ready. Not only was my oil changed, but my maintenance light was taken care of. My overall experience was great and I don't know where all the bad reviews come from. But, I can speak as to my experience, went well and was professional. In my personal opinion, I would recommend A Tech Automotive if you are looking for a mechanic and that provides quality and prices for service are reasonable. I definitely will come back for my family's vehicles to be serviced.

To say I was dismayed is an understatement. So I started the " google" process of trying to find a new mechanic. I live in Chino, and integrity Automotive stood out to me for their many positive reviews. So I called when they opened and spoke to Tony, who pleasantly surprised me with his availability for today! That felt insane to me, so I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Technik instead. I am SO glad I did. I first reached out to them through Yelp, then hopped on a phone call with them, and they were able to take my car in the very next day. After diagnosing it, we were all pretty shocked to find out that what the Toyota dealership said needed to be repaired had actually been misdiagnosed. Jay was able to figure out what was really going on simply by plugging into the car and properly reading the diagnostics. We were honestly appalled that the Toyota dealership hadn't caught it in the first place. So instead of spending $7,500 at the dealership and most likely STILL not fixing the actual problem, Auto Technik was able to properly diagnose and fix my Sequoia for around $1,500. Aside from saving me a ton of money, everyone here was just so nice and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I felt like they were honest with me, explained what was going on, and genuinely wanted to make sure the actual problem was fixed. I'm seriously so appreciative of Jay and everyone at Auto Technik. I was greeted as I waited for the customer ahead of me to finish his service. All my questions were answered and explained in English not mechanical language. lol. It was very well explained. The service done to my truck has been excellent! The repairs done have held up very well with no further issues! I'll definitely be returning and have recommended this place to many already. I started bringing my vehicle here with no issues just regular maintenance oil changes over the last couple of years. A few months ago, my car was making a weird sound, and was informed it was the left wheel bearing (had to be replaced) including all my brakes as well as a cracked water pump. Fortunately, the water pump was still under warranty through the dealership - Hector did call & find that out for me. I decided to wait on the brakes and get the water pump repaired first. Upon inspection at the dealership, my brakes were still good and nothing was wrong with the left wheel bearing. The noise from my engine was the differential (also covered by warranty). Now, fast forward to recently... my battery is dead! I had purchased the previous battery from Chino Auto last year & it was under warranty. Called Hector, he said to bring in the old battery and he would get a new replacement for me. Took the replacement to another mechanic & he advised me that battery was in fact the wrong size for my vehicle!!! This mechanic said it was " forcibly made to fit" when Chino Auto put it in last year. Yes, I am done with Chino Auto. I was dishonestly advised all brakes needed replacing and now a wrong sized battery?! Be advised, it's best to shop around - just because a person seems nice, they can sometimes fool good customers.
