Likewise, instead of "would you like a receipt at all today?" might be better communicated as, "receipt?" again with eye contact. Maybe forbid them from adding the nonsensical, at all, or, today, to any sentence. And, maybe most of all, "have a nice rest of your day," is just word salad. How about, "thank you," instead?
