I ordered a watch off of the website and i received an order confirmation and invoice from Jaztime last night around 7;30 pm. This morning I received a call from a lady and she confirmed that I ordered the watch and wanted to make sure I was ok paying for it in full and that she only accepts wire transfers. I replied I can do that if you want but I live locally and can bring cash , cashiers check, or money order and pick it up same day instead of waiting for an extra day for a wire. She told me someone would get back to me in a little bit. After 3 hours and no return call I sent a reply email to my invoice requesting wire instructions or an appt to come in and pay for the watch in cash and pick it up today. Still no reply. Another hour went by so I called again. The woman who answered earlier answered again and again confirmed my order number and that I indeed wanted to purchase the watch. Then she said the watch price is now 4k higher and she would not honor my order confirmation and invoice. No place on the invoice does it say my price might change. Thank you for your purchase, listed my order number and a message that states. Someone will contact me and provide me their bank info. I referenced this with her on the phone and said I expect her to honor the order. Her reply was to hang up on me. What an unprofessional business person she is and unethical to boot. Not an apology, an offer to compromise and meet me anywhere in the middle, but rather a rude remark and a hang up. Do not do business with this woman and never waste your time. read more

Purchased an AP Royal Oak-blue dial. Impossible watch to get from the AP dealers-2 year wait if you can even get on the list. Got tired of waiting and picked up one from Jaztime for a few k over list. Worked for a few days and had a problem with keeping time. There are good and bad things about Jaztime. I recently bought a Breitling from them and traded another one in towards the purchase. The Bad: They pulled a bait and switch on me by telling me over the phone that the watch I was interested in was one price, but once I got to the store it was $300 more--anfd their prices on used watches are quite high! I was told that this wasn't the watch discussed; it was, however. Once I got the watch home, I discovered that it wasn't winding (it's a self winding watch). It was under warranty, so I took it to their watch repairman. He discovered a broken screw inside the watch which he fixed. I brought the watch home and it once again ceased to wind, whereupon I took it back to get repaired again. This time the repairman discovered a bad wheel in the watch which he fixed. Several days later the pin on the clasp snapped in half. This time I paid out of pocket to get it fixed. Why the heck didn't Jaztime examine the watch before putting it into the display case? This was a used watch stated to be in EXCELLENT condition. It should have been serviced and had all bad parts replaced before being sold! It was a big hassle and very time consuming. The Good: They have a nice store and seem to be concerned about customer satisfaction. They offer a one year warranty on most watches which they honored with no problems. Their watch repairman seems to be good. maybe my experience was just an anomaly. Despite some initial problems, I think these guys are trustworthy and honest. Lastly, they gave a me fair price on my trade-in. The customer service is very good, but they should have used better judgment with putting a mechanically defective watch into their display case. The number one concern in buying heavily discounted luxury watches online is whether you are getting the real thing or not. I bought a brand new luxury watch from JazTime for my wife. She took it in to the actual manufacturer company store for band adjustment, as an excuse to have them actual validate the watch as being genuine or not. In that regard, JazTime passed with flying colors. Great price for a great luxury watch. I would have given them 5 starts instead of 4. This is more of the hassle in making payment(s). I understand the issues on both sides, them not delivering after payment or me using fraudulent payments. They just need to find a better way. read more
