While back I posted a comment on Yelp about this business but somehow I can't edited it, so I decided to delete my previous comment and write another one. Ken was very short,rude and aggressive. On top of that, we didn't buy a watch with them because we didn't feel comfortable spending a large amount of money without even seeing the watch. In order to purchase the watch he wanted us to wire the money first. I wish I could have read the reviews about this business on Yelp before contacting them. Some of the reviews have expressed similar experiences as we had with them. The fact they have not ONCE until now replayed nicely to a bad experience shared on Yelp from customer that is a red flag. Lucky there are many stores in Orange County that sell pre owned luxury watches with wonderful customer services and you can try the watches before purchasing them. We bought 2 luxury watches from a different store in OC recently and we are very happy with them and how we have been treated. BUYER BEWARE - Honest returning customer review. I bought a watch from Jaztime and personally dealt with Kevin. This was back in 04/18/2018. I gave my honest review at the time. Kevin was helpful and informative with my purchase. But recently I went back and try to purchase another watch. This time I dealt with Ken and I made sure that he was aware that I am a returning customer in my email. I emailed him asking if a Rolex Daydate 228239 black dial was available and if pricing was negotiable. This was his response. "Thanks for being a return customer, all prices are firm, we negotiate but only upward". Ok I initially thought that was really rude to reply to a returning customer. I let that go and thought he was just trying to be funny. The very next day. I was ready to purchase the watch the price went up dramatically on his website. Very next day not a MONTH as he claims. I was concerned on why the price went up. So emailed him and asked him "I see your price went up on this watch. Can I still buy the original asking price from yesterday correspondence?" Ken's response "Yes, but you need to get in your time machine, then we can talk" Wow now I can see that he is truly being really rude. So I called and ask him why was there such a response. His answer "Stupid questions get stupid answers" He then asked "Are you going to buy" Then hung up very unprofessional. What kind of professional business are you trying to run?
