Once the service was done, I was ready to check out when my cost was over what I had ordered. It's been about a week since I got a no chip mani by Katie and my nails are still lookin great. Katie took her time and made sure I was happy with how my nails turned out. I enjoyed talking with her - she's friendly and super nice! Jazza is modern, spacious and kept very clean. Parking is plentiful and easy since they are located in a strip mall. There is a Starbucks next door so that's winning for me. You can grab a coffee and head right over! Once you're done you can also get potbelly (also next door) for lunch/dinner. They did a good job on my pedicure. The vibe was kind of off when I walked in three nail techs were lounging in the pedicure chairs and one was taking a nap it was just weird. And my nail tech was on some sort of call during my time? It was weird and a little uncomfortable and unprofessional but I guess it is just a nail studio. read more

I came in and just needed my gel-x soaked off. When the lady began my soak off she said "did you get these done here" and I said no, she proceeded to say "I can tell" which I thought was pretty rude and quite judgmental? She started to put the acetone and foil together and proceeded to completely DRENCH the cotton in one giant piece then ripping that apart and getting it all over me??Leaving my skin and hands dripping with acetone and my fingers sloshing around in it. It felt very unprofessional and messy. I've gotten JUST a soak off and I've never experienced such a mess before. When she came back to take off the soak, she proceeded to again say "I can tell they're not from here". I don't really see why it matters I don't live here, am visiting, and JUST needed my nails off for work. Afterwards she left my nails covered in excess product on my nails and skin. I get it was just a soak off but of every place I've just gotten a soak off I've never experienced SERVICE like this. I stopped coming here when I used to live closer due to their insane prices. Even with this I am judged and given snarky comments. I asked for a soak off, not for unnecessary comments. I've been coming here for years, so time for an update. Like most places, it's dependent on who you get, though management seems quite solid. However, today's service was not a great experience. I had the same tech for both manicure and pedicure (unusual here). The pedicure was fine but when it came to the manicure, she was trying to pry the powder dip from my last manicure off my nails using a fake nail tip, first clipping the edge of my nail to get at it (I wasn't intending to cut my nails significantly and she did this without asking me). I have never experienced anyone using this method to remove polish and asked her what she was doing, because no one has ever done that in the past. She basically ignored me, and no other techs were seated on the same row to appeal to. She finally stopped when she chipped one of my own nails. I asked why do it this way and she just said "sorry" (I sense it may have been a time saving endeavor because someone was waiting for her when the manicure was done). But I wasn't happy about it. I would have given her a lesser tip except the receptionist had already left at the time I was checking out so one of the other techs just ran my credit card, but then took off before I could get change. I finally decided it wasn't worth it and left the bigger tip, which did not reflect my satisfaction with the service. read more

The nail lady ripped off my nails. I told her multiple times to stop or change her method because I was in pain. She proceeded to tell me my nails were too sensitive although she was ripping my nails off. Her and her co workers were also upset at my friend because she chose the cheaper nail option and proceeded to talk bad about her. Everything was going seemingly well and I was very satisfied with my nails until after leaving the shop and realizing my nails were very lumpy. I recently moved and have been looking for a place near my new place or between my office and new place and I stumbled upon Jazza. I was able to call and make an appointment for the same day. I got a pink acrylic full set on the shorter side with an oval/almond shape. The tech I had was Kyle and he did great! He paid attention to the little things and was so gentle but also quick. The nail techs there are pretty great! I love the different designs they have available. My only thing is when they have new people they may forget somethings. I just recently went for a mani pedi and had asked for the candle wax pedicure and if I wouldn't have said anything, I wouldn't have gotten the candle oil. The lady I had also had a hard time polishing my toe nails due to them being small. She was very nice but my toes didn't turn out how I'd hope. Great overall experience! Made a reservation through yelp last minute on a Sunday. Was thankful they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Upon entry, you just get your temperature taken and sign a waiver. When I say down for my classic pedicure, each seat is protected with glass view and so are the manicure spots. You're unable to pick nail color on a walk like before, rather they give you a nail color ring booklet to choose which is ok with me! My nail technician used clean tools out of a bag which was opened in front of me. Everyone wears masks and the seats are well spaced to promote social distancing. Staff can be seen disinfecting chairs immediately after which is nice. I was hesitant to get my nails done post COVID, but this place exceeded my expectations. I plan on returning. I have been going here on and off for years but today had to be the worst experience I've had in any nail salon. My nails look like there are already a week old to start. She didn't go all the way to my cuticle in any direction but that's not even the worse part. She cut me when using the buffering machine, which I understand that things happen but she had already hurt me twice with the machine before this incident. What makes it worse is that when I tried to see if my finger was bleeding she kept turning my hand the other way so I couldn't see the blood. No apology at all. She then proceeds to answer her phone and talk to a friend the remainder of my session. On top of all of this she continued using all of her tools on my bloody finger and didn't clean anything. I could see the blood on the nail file. Half of my nails also have little bumps on them too. All I got was a dip manicure with tips and was charged $60 which seems more expensive than normal too. I am extremely disappointed in the service and can say this is my last time getting my nails done here. UPDATE: After two days, two nails had fallen off. I went back to get fixed and she didn't even look at my other nails to see they had tips on them. She quickly put powder on and everything and once she realized she asked me if it was okay to just not put a tip on those fingers... I told her that I wasn't okay with that and she fixed it to all look the same again. Those same two nails fell off again within the week after but unfortunately I live out of state so I was no longer able to go in and get them fixed. I have now been gluing them back on for a week. I called to see if I could get any type of refund and all that was offered was 15% off my next nail service. I will never be going back. read more

Hands down nicest nail salon in the area. First off, the place is decorated amazingly and immediately makes you feel like you're somewhere high-end. They are also far more organized than any other salon. The receptionists gives you a ticket and walks you back. I've never been walked back at other nail salons. My tech Katie did a great job and was super friendly. They encourage you to hold onto your receipt and remind you to come back with it if you have any chips, breaks, etc . One of the best nail salons I've ever been to. My sister has been a customer since they opened almost a year ago. She is the pickiest and classiest person I know. If she likes and raves about a place, I know that it's top notch. Not only is this salon pristine and clean, but the decor and overall style is of an elite level. My no chip pedicure was done by Katie. She's such a perfectionist that she saw a microscopic chip on one of my toes and just redid it even when I told her I didn't see it.
