And I'm sorry, but I'm going to gatekeep my favorite class because it's always full already - but the classes offered are great! Overall, I love and recommend Chuze. My only complaints can be found in the women's bathroom. Whoever designed the doors to open into the stalls and be long enough to almost touch the toilet needs to be fired. You literally have to side step the toilet and stand in the corner to open/close the door when in the stall. And while I appreciate warm water for effective handwashing, the water in the sinks is pulled straight from the core of the earth and is always scorching hot.

The only reason i would look at him was because i felt the stare towards me. Fast forward to recently and nothing has changed.. my boyfriend decided to confront him(we share a membership) outside of the gym, right after closing time. My boyfriend respectfully let him know that i was feeling uncomfortable with the way he was looking at me, the first thing he replied with was " well is she from a different country??" my boyfriend was very surprised by this reply, and he replied to him saying that had nothing to do with the situation and that it was a disrespectful comment to make. He then proceeded to comment on what i wear to the gym, saying "oh she's just a chick in the gym, she needs to watch what she wears" to which he repeated "yea she seems to have a staring problem, is she from a different country?" after all of that, he threatened my boyfriend to never get close to his car again or he would get hurt, so we decided that it was best to bring it up to the LA fitness crew(@ first ave) and then the manager. They wanted us to wait until he checked in to the gym so that they could get his name and phone (which they already have in their system). Fast forward a week they finally reached out to him and after the manger called my boyfriend and told him that they spoke with the man about the incident and the man claimed that he was feeling uncomfortable with me and that they (the man and his 2 sons) recorded a video where he was "coaching" his kids to be nice and smile at me because I made the feel uncomfortable because "I stare at them" (I don't even know how they look and whenever I stared was because he stared at me first). This whole situation is just so disappointing because the first time we spoke to the manager she said that she was going to talk to him and let him know that if he kept making me feel uncomfortable she was going to revoke his membership and now she's defending him and as a woman this is even more sad since she told me that this has also happened to her before and her lack of empathy is just so disappointing, especially as a manger of a gym, you should know how to properly handle these situations without siding with one side that is using some evidence that sounds hard to believe considering how you made someone feel uncomfortable for over 4 months. There should be no need for us to be going through this because we are paying for the membership, and i was not looking for this man to get banned, but i simply wanted the LA fitness team to tell him that we cannot have someone make others uncomfortable by staring and weirdly smiling at others, and if it keeps happening that his membership is at risk of being revoked. Overall this situation has been disappointing, and i wish it would have been addressed more directly to this person. I am unsure if i want to continue my membership here at this gym, it is unfortunate that to this day and age this still happens to many women in the fitness community.

The equipment should be the primary focus of any fitness facility, along with cleanliness. Currently both of those are being neglected- I don't know why & it's sad. There is so much potential being ignored. Lots of equipment pads are busted & cracked, many cables are broken, machines are broken & unavailable - all very fixable & straight forward. I hope this feedback makes the leadership at World G want to work harder & do better serving the Tucson fitness community.
