COVID definitely threw a wrench in my plans; but thankfully I've been able to start with Veronica and I couldn't be happier. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and FUN!!! No boring workouts here!!! If you are looking for someone who can be the support you need, whether you are wanting to train for a show, slim down, add muscle, or just beginning your health/fitness journey, she has got you covered. Lastly, I love that there is no judgement in this gym. I'm a curvy, thick mom who doesn't have the money for Lululemon or the time to look "nice" when I go to workout, and I get no weird looks or get the feeling I don't belong. This boutique gym has the best energy and community no matter your fitness level, and their standard for quality training and group fitness is set really high. I've been personal training with Wes for over two years now--highly recommend by the way for bodybuilding, strength, endurance, and nutrition--and I've never seen a cleaner gym. I can attest to this because I walk around barefoot for squats or deadlifts; and my feet always stay clean. Alright, so I am thoroughly impressed by this gym! My trainer Wesley is outstanding and always there to give me advice when I need it. Now that COVID is starting to dissipate, I am able to get back in the gym and start training to be a physique competitor! All the trainers in the gym are really nice and helpful! Awesome gym!! Personal training and hiit classes with a focus on overall strength and wellness. The atmosphere and community are encouraging and fun. My husband and I workout together and are at very different fitness levels that our trainer is able to accommodate at the same time.
