However she couldn't be more than 15-16 years old, if that. After the charge posted to my account, I noticed it was more than double what I was originally charged. My total at the window was just $5.48, and I did not add a tip since I went through the drive-thru. When the charge finalized, it showed over $13.48. I'm not sure if this was an honest mistake or Holland entering an $8 tip that I didn't give her, but it was concerning to see such a large difference after the transaction was completed. I would recommend customers double-checking their receipts and making sure "no tip" is written if they do not intend to leave one, to prevent something like this happening to them. I hope management looks into this so it doesn't happen to other customers. UPDATE: After speaking with Shannon, a shift manager, she stated if I brought my receipt in she'd handle it. I then told her Holland never provided a final receipt, only asked me to sign one and gave me my donuts through the drive-thru window and said "Have a good day". I did inform Shannon that I had a screenshot of the charge being updated in my back account and that she could view it here because I'd already left a review about my experience. Shannon then stated she will reach out to the owner Maddie to have this issue resolved. I will update this review on whether I do or do not receive a resolution to this matter.

Here's what I had: I started with the margarita flight, and it was on point--lots of flavor, definitely set the mood right. I ordered the half-and-half platter with fish and shrimp, a salad, and sweet potato fries. The food was good, but that honey mustard dressing was a little too tangy for me. My husband and I also shared the spinach and artichoke dip with fried bowties and French bread toast, which was probably my favorite part--those fried bowties were a nice surprise! My husband had the Cajun pastalaya. He liked the flavor, but said the sauce was too loose--it could've been thicker for sure. Now, let me tell you, the service was on point! My wife and I go to the Cypress Restaurant when we want to celebrate. It's on Military Road and you can miss the sign if you've no looking closely. When Gause intersects with Military turn right and look carefully on the left for the recessed sign. BTW, don't forget to try their daily bread pudding recipes. read more

Plumper, meatier, creamy and mild and less briny than East Coast NC and VA oysters. These are the kind of oysters you also want to fry! They were so perfect and so delicious! Next came out the Chargrilled Oysters...drenched and grilled with a melted Parmesan, Garlic, Herb Butter Sauce and served with slices of warm, garlic French bread to sop up the hot butter sauce that pooled at the bottom of the tray. Oh my oh my oh my! Shut the front door OUTSTANDING! Terry and I relished every single bite, I may have been moaning as I kept saying how delicious they were. Perfection on an oyster shell. We shared 2 doz chargrilled plus I had a doz raw with cocktail sauce and freshly grated horseradish. I seriously think I could have had more oysters!
