The phone number is some third-party service so we had to wait for a manager to call back. She calls back quick enough but "can't" do anything except ask if we can come pick it up! WHAT?!! If we wanted to pickup we would have done that in the first place!! Then, we HAD TO ASK for some type of inconvenience comp; which she offered beignets! I usually have good experience with this place. But today I was disappointed 2.....2 time in 1 days paid $120 for garbage. I picked up my order and drove home (off Pontchartrain) to find out they didn't event put my shrimp in the bag......I called and had to go back. She said they remade my order. The flounder basket was also really good, and at just $10, it's a great deal. The food was flavorful and not over cooked, and the prices are reasonable. We shared a dozen of raw oysters and we got the house platter (garlic butter w/ medium spice). The oyster was good, but big and the house platter was great as well. We then had to go up to the register to pay for it because nobody came to grab the check. We paid $83 for food and weren't checked on once. Won't be back, although the food is good.
