Last weekend was my first time getting my nails done at Jazzy's and I was not disappointed. I found them on Yelp and made an appointment to get an acrylic fill with gel. I was greeted by Jasmin (the owner) as soon as I walked in. Jasmin worked on my nails and she did a great job! She took her time and really listened to what I wanted. She even gave me a cold water bottle, which I really appreciated since it was a hot day. Their prices are very reasonable, and they have so many amazing colors to choose from! I love that they have multiple TV's playing movies to keep you entertained. The best part about Jazzy's is that I live less than 5 minutes away! I officially found my go to nail salon. read more

Tried Jazzy Nails for the first time today (Wednesday mid-day). It wasn't busy at all. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was very professional. Upon arrival, they greeted me and took my temperature and seated. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. When I asked for additional services, both the manicurist and pedicurist gave me the total cost so that I was made aware of how much it was going to be. Anyway, the owner or manager knew my name and thanked me for coming in, so I'm assuming she was the one who I spoke to on the phone. I had Na for my pedicure and Elaine for my manicure. Both were great and amazing. My color was too light for me, my fault though, but it still looks great nonetheless. Go see them, its a must. read more

The people in the salon are very nice i have no issues with that. I paid 70$ for gel manicure and regular nail polish pedicure.. no acrylics, only asked for rhinstones on my ring finger. Instead of using glue, they used gel. ALL of the rhinestones came.off in a matter of 3 days. Now i was told i could come back in and get them fixed but i chose not too. I was seriously pisses.. 70$ for my own nails and they did a half ass job.. i really wish i had gone all the way to my 3d nail shop in riverside.. i NEVER paid nearly that amount and got a hell of alot more done! My advise if you LOVE wasting money.. come on down.. if you want what you pay for do not come here.. this was my first and will be my last visit here read more

I've probably never ever given a 5 star review on a nail salon but Jazzy and her team definitely deserve it. They all have the best customer service I've ever received in a nail salon. Jazzy practically knows every single one of her clients names the min they walk in the door and she is so welcoming. Aside from the excellent customer service their nail products and techniques are the best I had my acrylics 3 weeks without even a lift or broken nail. Today I walked out so excited and happy with not 1 complaint about my nails and pedicure they are absolutely perfect. Thank you so much Jazzy's nails! read more

My daughter and I went to get our nails done on Valentine's Day morning , happily we were able to seen right away. Love that they are open everyday. When you walk in you are given a bottled water which is very nice. Friendly staff. They did a great job on our nails we both had the mani/pedi. read more

I just moved to the area and found this nail salon while exploring Uptown. The ladies inside gladly took walk in's for myself and my fiancé and once sat, they brought us full sized cold water bottles! Pricing is very fair and the work was great! After a full two weeks with my dip powder (as expected from dip) no chips, no clear coat peeling, it truly lasted and the ladies were gentle with their work! Since the first visit I have been back and it's still the great service. I went on a Saturday this this at opening at they requested I come back at 10am for dip powder. When I did, they were expecting me and got me in quick! They have multiple full sized TV's that play great TV shows for your entertainment to pass the time. Truly loving this salon. read more

I came in on 4th of July for a pedicure and originally wanting to get Gel X. After talking to the lady who did my pedicure (I didn't get her name) she mentioned that I had good nails and I should try the dipping powder. So I did. It was my first time getting dipping powder on my natural nails and I'm so glad I did. I loved how cute and natural my nails look. I hope the SNS helps my nails grow longer. Also, Jazmine is so sweet and funny and I just loved how she talks to all her customers. You don't find a lot of nail techs like her. Absolutely LOVE going to Jazzy's! Booked my appointment 2 days in advance, as they get very busy. It was AMAZING! Jazzy is sweet, witty, and funny; just makes my visit so much fun. LeAnn was so gentle and sweet with my manicure, beautiful job! Lynn was truly an angel with my ultimate pedicure service. I've been going to Jazzy's for about 7-9 months now and i absolutely love it there! she always has something playing on the tv so there's never really any awkward silence in the salon & you have something to watch while you're getting your nails done (i'm all caught up on America's Got Talent thanks to her lol). shades of the nail polishes they carry are swatched so it's easier to find the color you're looking for. they give you a cold bottle of water too. overall, all of jazzy's staff are courteous and do a great job. jazzy wears an airpod so she can easily work on a client and answer calls to make appointments. she's prompt, direct, really values your time, and makes sure you have a good experience as well as service. i am really glad i found your salon and can always depend on you to make sure my nails are always 10/10! thanks, jazzy! read more

This review is long overdue! I love coming here, and everyone who has done my nails has been amazing! I started off getting gel manicures, then acrylics, and now SNS dip manicures. I love that Jazzy always recommends a product to help the health of my nails. I've let her pick colors and designs, and she never disappoints! I've been looking for a new nail salon after my manicurist left the shop I had been going to for 3 years but they did not tell me she was permanently gone. Twice when I called for appointments they just said she wouldn't be in "that day" but they had someone else who was just as good. NOT. So, I began to look for a new shop and I'm so pleased that I found Jazzys I absolutely love my nails and Jasmine was so gentle (I'm a big baby). She suggested the powder and it's marvelous! Made an appointment just before closing time ( I was coming from far) and thankfully it was accepted. As I entered I was welcomed and the asked for my name and signed in. They can a good movie playing and waited to be worked on. It was a short wait and noticed how busy they do get. All worth it because my nails came out beautiful! As I wanted them. I've been using acrylic nails for a long time that it damaged my nails. Jazzy's nail is the only who replied to my message while I'm searching for a new nail salon. We will soak your gel, dip gently no harsh filings on natural nail bed. We strive to preserve your natural nails beds as much as we can. It is our number one priority. Apres Gel X is now available. It is $65.00 and up depending on lengths. Apple Pay,all major credit and debit cards are accepted. We are opened 7 days a week. M-F 9:00-7:00 Saturday and Sunday 8:00-4:00. We carry over 600+ SNS dipping powder. All natural, no UV/LED lights needed! Last up to 2-3 weeks. $45.00 for dipping powder and removal of old products $5.00 extra. We use liners for our spa pedicure to ensure a safe and sanitize environment. The footrest was also unstable and wobbled every time I lifted my foot. The pillows provided for hand support were visibly dirty, which was off-putting. The most frustrating part was the polish selection. I chose two colors--a solid and a glitter that complemented each other--but after applying the solid, they realized they didn't have the glitter in stock. I had to choose another option, and then that second choice wasn't available either. I ended up settling for something I didn't really like. Given how expensive nail services are now, the entire experience was disappointing. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

I don't take it personally, but when you're providing a service that people are paying their hard-earned money for, they deserve to feel welcomed and leave with a job well done, regardless of how you're feeling that day. One thing that really bothered me was how she handled a concern during my appointment. When my nails started burning in the UV lamp, I briefly pulled my hand out and immediately put it back in. I had previously been told that doing this can help stop the burning sensation. Instead of acknowledging that I was in pain, she became upset that I removed my hand. She explained that it could cause bubbling or lifting, which I understand is a possibility. I told her I had only pulled my hand out for a second, that my nails looked fine, and if any lifting occurred later, I would take responsibility. Rather than leaving it at that, she continued arguing with me, looked it up online during my appointment, and insisted on proving she was right. My concern wasn't whether bubbling was possible, it was that my nails were burning. I would never choose to keep my hand in the lamp while it was painful just to avoid a potential issue that might not even happen. I was surprised by the lack of concern for my comfort. I also wasn't impressed with the "Russian manicure." In my experience, it didn't seem any better than a regular manicure and felt like paying more for less. I even asked if the underside of my nails could be cleaned, and she refused, told me I can go wash my nails,, which added to my disappointment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with the daughter. I can't speak for the owner, but I'm hoping the mother provides a better experience since she has more years in the industry. As someone who works in the beauty industry myself, I understand that everyone has off days and that no appointment is perfect. I also know how important customer service is because clients are spending their hard-earned money and trusting us with their experience. Despite being disappointed, I still left a tip because I respect the work that goes into this profession. Unfortunately, the attitude and the way my concerns were handled left me feeling like my comfort and satisfaction weren't a priority.

Jazzy's Nails for life! Lol I can never go anywhere else, I wouldn't dare! They are the best at everything. I have already gone 3 different times for a full gel set. The designs I leave with are always getting me complements everywhere I go. The quality is amazing, even when I'm well over due for a fill, my nails still look fresh. Jaz and Sunny are awesome! Love love this place! The owners were so nice and the service is spectacular! I live in Whittier and I can definitely say that this is my new place to go! My eyebrows were in perfect condition after I left and my nails and toes looked super cute. Great prices, great service and they even have these little personal nail kits for returning customers. Love this place! I wanted to try something new and a friend recommended me here. Great customer service! I got my nails done with gel and they came out perfect. I bought their personal nail kit, so the next time I come in I know the tools they use were only used on me. The salon also has a punch card system so by the 11th time, you get your works done for free. Though credit card transactions is $1.00 charge, but it's all worth it. I walked in on Wednesday to get a nail fixed /fill and pedicure a short wait for the fill only Jazzy does acrylic at the time being but I was ok waiting . I like that they keep a tight schedule that I never see anybody wait for more than a couple of minutes. There is always a greeter that is helpful. They offer nails, lash extensions, and waxing along with hair coloring. The employees are very engaging and friendly. Even my husband enjoys his visits. They do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. No one told me who was going to be doing my nails til 4:10. In that time I could observe that tech doing the girls nails next to me who seemed annoyed with her. Regardless, appointments aren't taken serious as 2 people walked in after us and they were started right away. Just poor time management. Had someone initially communicated the delay, it would have been fine, but to think on a busy day you're going to have your customer sit there without any communication is laughable. Hence why I cancelled services. Also, friend was done 15 min after the tech was done doing that girls nails, so she would have had to wait over 30+ min for me. No thanks. Just accept the mess up and move on. My issue is the lack of communication and making it seem like it's my bad for your mistake. Do better for those that attempt your salon again. ***also, my friend had to go back into the shop to have her nail fixed by another tech right after, forgot to mention this...but okay***
