When I talked to him on the phone he told me what the issue was, a known issue with LG refrigerators. He came out anyway and gave me options on how we could fix it/ get a new fridge. Ultimately we wound up buying a new fridge due to the age of our old one, but I was very appreciative of Russ' timely service and honesty!
