They treated us great! We bought a toyota highlander from them and are thrilled with the treatment we received and with our purchase.

Legends Honda has refused to issue a prorated refund on an extended warranty that was canceled when my vehicle was declared a total loss -- a refund I'm entitled to under the terms of the contract. I've been a patient, good-faith customer throughout this process. I've followed up repeatedly and gotten nowhere. At this point, patience has run out. If you're purchasing a vehicle or add-on products here, ask hard questions about what happens when things go wrong -- because their after-sale support is nonexistent. I'd strongly recommend documenting everything in writing from day one. I'm now pursuing this through consumer protection channels. What should have been a simple check has turned into a months-long battle. That tells you everything you need to know about how this dealership values its customers after the sale is done.

Battery: dead Schedule: busy…read moreAvailability to take car to dealer: no Mobile service needed: yes Prymo did a fairly primo job for me. My car, like many cars that are on the market today, has tons of bells and whistles, so adding a battery means doing a reset and reprogram. Guess what? I don't have the tools or the knowledge on how to do that. Could I change a battery many years ago? Absolutely! Could I change a battery now? No way... That's why I needed someone with the tools, the know-how, and the availability. I put in a request via Yelp to get a project started, and Prymo was the first to respond and had availability the next morning. They sent a tech to my house, he quickly diagnosed that the battery had no charge left, even though I had a jump the day before, and he commenced replacement. I didn't have to do anything other than do what I usually do, which is work from home. Fast-forward a half-hour and the job was done. I had a new battery, the tech had reprogrammed everything to its proper state, and he was on his way. Prymo accepts debit and credit, though a credit card purchase will come with a 3% charge, which is very fair since that's what the banks stick to the business. It wasn't cheap, but most of the cost was in the actual battery itself, which came with a five-year warranty. Great response, simple to navigate and schedule, and the tech was professional and skilled. Great experience and highly recommend if you're in the same situation.

I waited to write this because I wanted to be calm and factual instead of emotional. If I had…read morereviewed this dealership the day I purchased the vehicle, I likely would have given five stars. The buying process was smooth and everyone was polite in person. Unfortunately, what I discovered after the purchase completely changed my experience. I would give negative stars if that were an option, but one star is the only choice. Immediately after buying the vehicle, I had it inspected so I could register it in Missouri. I expected normal used car maintenance items. Instead, I was told the vehicle will not pass Missouri safety inspection and is unsafe to drive. The inspection revealed rusted drive belts and pulleys, rusted and pitted front brake rotors, rear brake shoes rusted from sitting, a worn lower ball joint, bad front and rear struts, torn axle boots, low engine oil, a slipping transmission, cracked control arm bushings, and mold and mouse feces in the air filter system. I was advised not to use the ventilation due to health concerns. The repair estimate is approximately $7000. I paid $3600 for this vehicle. The repairs are nearly double what I paid. This is not minor wear. This vehicle should not have been sold without being able to pass a basic safety inspection. I cannot legally register it in Missouri and do not feel safe driving it to work. When I called to discuss options, I was told my mechanic was trying to take advantage of me. This is someone I trust who actually advised me to try to get my money back instead of paying him for repairs. I was told the car would pass inspection in Kansas and that maybe I should have bought in Missouri. I was then told, "I know a shop in MO that will pass it." That statement was extremely concerning. I asked to send the inspection report. I was told they do not text and do not really have an email. When I asked to return the vehicle, I was told they do not do that, then told sometimes they do with a restocking fee. The owner was supposed to call. No one has. I have disputed the charge with my bank. My bank agrees this situation raises serious concerns and is investigating it as potential fraud. All I want is for them to do the right thing. I am willing to pay a reasonable restocking fee. I simply want my money back so I can purchase a safe and reliable vehicle. Please protect yourself before purchasing from this dealership.

They work with me on checking out their vehicle inventory and educated me about each car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Cadillac SRX4. The entire process was done very well and professionally. I could get great financing as well. You can also take your car to Nachbar Automotive for repairs and oil change. I definitely recommend this place for everyone looking for their first car or wanting to trade for a new car for a better deal!

I told him I would be out around 4-4:30 to check it out and take it for a test drive. Jimmy even texted to confirm me checking out the truck. When arriving I was told no one had let the other guy know who is driving the truck around for their personal vehicle that I was coming. (I drove 30min to check it out.) The truck was not ready to be viewed and needed detailed. The other guy was moving all his personal belongings around and I felt bad for his efforts because I was quickly not interested in making a deal. I talked with the guys a little longer but I was already put off from buying from them. And what I was experiencing didn't seem professional or organized. I guess car sales for them are not that important or they sell naturally without effort from the sales guys. Hopefully they take this situation and learn from it. Save your money and buy from someone that is going to make you feel like a valued customer and your money is worth it to them. This experience was not it.

I previously drove a 2004 Saab that incurred major damage to the back end of the vehicle due to another vehicle rear ending my vehicle at about 30-40 miles per hour. The damage was close to $6k and required extensive painting. The vehicle also required special paint; it was a multi-layered metallic paint. So, I was concerned how well it would turn out. But it turned out extremely well. I'll even go as far to say that the body work was undetectable unless you pulled a Carfax report. I also had a problem with my Saab's drivers side mirror detaching and breaking. Happened two times. They replaced it each time and they were about $100-$150 cheaper than Aristocrat motors and other body shops in their general location. Their employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Some of the nicest people I've ever dealt with work at Wagner's. They also are typically able to get customers in quickly for body shop work, which is a huge plus. My only complaint is they are not closer to our house. We live in Olathe and their location is in Bonner Springs. On a side note, they have a beautiful showroom with classic vehicles on display. I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone I know.
