I waited to write this because I wanted to be calm and factual instead of emotional. If I had reviewed this dealership the day I purchased the vehicle, I likely would have given five stars. The buying process was smooth and everyone was polite in person. Unfortunately, what I discovered after the purchase completely changed my experience. I would give negative stars if that were an option, but one star is the only choice. Immediately after buying the vehicle, I had it inspected so I could register it in Missouri. I expected normal used car maintenance items. Instead, I was told the vehicle will not pass Missouri safety inspection and is unsafe to drive. The inspection revealed rusted drive belts and pulleys, rusted and pitted front brake rotors, rear brake shoes rusted from sitting, a worn lower ball joint, bad front and rear struts, torn axle boots, low engine oil, a slipping transmission, cracked control arm bushings, and mold and mouse feces in the air filter system. I was advised not to use the ventilation due to health concerns. The repair estimate is approximately $7000. I paid $3600 for this vehicle. The repairs are nearly double what I paid. This is not minor wear. This vehicle should not have been sold without being able to pass a basic safety inspection. I cannot legally register it in Missouri and do not feel safe driving it to work. When I called to discuss options, I was told my mechanic was trying to take advantage of me. This is someone I trust who actually advised me to try to get my money back instead of paying him for repairs. I was told the car would pass inspection in Kansas and that maybe I should have bought in Missouri. I was then told, "I know a shop in MO that will pass it." That statement was extremely concerning. I asked to send the inspection report. I was told they do not text and do not really have an email. When I asked to return the vehicle, I was told they do not do that, then told sometimes they do with a restocking fee. The owner was supposed to call. No one has. I have disputed the charge with my bank. My bank agrees this situation raises serious concerns and is investigating it as potential fraud. All I want is for them to do the right thing. I am willing to pay a reasonable restocking fee. I simply want my money back so I can purchase a safe and reliable vehicle. Please protect yourself before purchasing from this dealership. read more

We were there on a Sunday to peruse the lot because of a car listed that we were interested in. I like to take first looks at cars without sales staff and then research the cars on line before visiting to talk with staff. However, walking on to this lot I noticed that the lot itself is not cared for very well. They have several vehicles, but it seemed the grass was growing up around them. Also, the cars were not looking like they've had any care since they arrived on the lot. We won't be giving this car lot a second look. read more

I came by to check out a few cars I had seen online, and wound up looking through the entire lot. Although the photos look nice online, every car is a junker: either held together with zip ties, duct tape, or a trashed interior. None of these cars are worth their asking price. Advertised as only 80K miles, clean car, excellent condition,runs great!!... I test drove and purchased this car for $9,200 12/13/22. It seemed to run fine, it had a slight ticking sound but I thought that was just how this engine ran. I was assured that I would have no problems with this car. It came with a 30 day warrenty that covered motor and trasmission internally lubricated parts failure only. Three weeks later the temperature dash board light comes on indicating that the car is low on coolant. Take the car to a trusted mechanic that I've used for years who thought is was the water pump and that the ticking sound might be related to the fuel pump. These parts would not be covered by the warrenty so I told him to go ahead and do the work. It took him a week to do the work, which put us past the warrenty period. A few weeks later the temperature light comes on again and the ticking sound remains. Decide I'd I'd better get a second opinion. Second mechanic performs pressure test to determine if car can be leaking coolant anywhere. The pressure test did not indicate any leakage. He thought that might have been air trapped in the coolant system that caused the fluid level to drop and set off the the temperature light. He added coolant and we decided to keep an eye on it. A week later the temperature light comes on again. This time the second mechanic suggests doing a hydro carbon block test to determine if the head gasket and/or cylinder head was failing causing coolant to leak internally. The car failed the hydro carbon test. The mechanic provided a repair estimate for $4400 to repair the car and said that it could go up from there depending on what else they find. To add insult to injury they found heat tabs on the engine block that usually suggest the original engine had been replaced with a remanufactured engine. The car was clearly fatally flawed when I purchased it and would have been very difficult to figure out what was wrong with it in 30 days. I called Korz and told them what I'd been thourgh. Predictably they insisted that since I didn't get back to them within 30 days that they bear no responsibily. Is how they do business legal? Perhaps. Is it irresponsible, unethical and immoral? I found a specific car I have been looking for for a long time on Cars.com available at Korz Auto Farm. I'm a long distance away from there but it looked like exactly the car I wanted so I contacted them. Brian was very friendly and had no problem with me sending an inspector out to look at the car. In the end, I didn't proceed with the purchase (wasn't the right car), but the folks here are very friendly and nice and totally accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them in the future. They were honest, straightforward, and very friendly. This seems like a family business and they don't strike me as your typical used car lot. read more

Purely because I went there to look at a car multiple were rusted to shit and back to the point that you touch it and the thing crumbles example 02 dodge Dakota 82k on it but one area that I noticed was bubbled up very badly so I touched it to see how bad it truly was and the whole side of the bed where the fender flares are located. And it's claimed to be inspected even stated on here it wouldn't pass an inspection I can almost guarantee there's a rusted through part on the frame 4450 for a rusted out vehicle is not right and not proper practice. I contacted the attorney general about this because the safety of others should be first not gouging the shit out of a vehicle that would maybe be 500 on cl. Here's the dodge on their add look at the flare and see the damage. And here's where they are lying through their teeth about it being a clean vehicle which is a lie and dealership fraud next I'm contacting the bbb with my evidence will be looking at others to provide more evidence of the malpractice read more

This is a correction to previous 5 star post. Purchased vw beetle from them and the buying experience was good. Drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase the car. Someone had cut the check engine light wire. We have to have emissions test which requires no check engine light be on as well as other tests. Because someone had cut the wire we now have to get new instrument cluster as well as oxygen sensor replaced. Cost to us 2000$ after spending 3600 on the car. Contacted Korz and absolutely no help at all. Car was sold as is and we can either scrap or fix the car with no help from korz. Don't trust these guys- if you see something you like and want to buy- be sure that you have the cash to drive away with it right then. We put money down on a vehicle and when we returned to buy they had removed the front tires that were fairly new and replaced with bald tires. When confronted they acted as though my husband was stupid. They also want you to take care of business up in an enclosed space with a dozen cats- my husband of course is highly allergic. Well, what an experience. I called one morning about a truck I thought was a super deal - seems to be this place's thing. The cars look from afar to be flood cars or something, as the photos of the motors, and places unseen by daylight seem to be coated heavily in a sediment of some sort - extremely filthy. Never mind this, I was still going to pay his asking price in cash, because it was a great deal, and if I had to put a few thousand more in it, that would be okay. I called, and a man answered with a hurried, disheveled, and bothered tone. He told me I could come by later that day for a viewing, no problem. When I called while driving there later to confirm it hadn't sold, he said he loaned it to a friend to move boxes for the evening. That was confounding, as I told him not five hours earlier that I'd swing by to see it around four. Whatever, so I asked when it would be available, and he said tomorrow. I called the next day, driving half way there over 20 miles for a second time, and he says, "Oh yeah, I sold that truck a little bit ago to a guy with cash. He walked in, wanted it, and had cash." This guy can decide how to sell his property, and to whomever and however he wishes. The contention I have is that we talked for two days, he let someone borrow it for personal use after assuring me he would have it to view later that day, and then after wasting my time the first day, he sold it from under me after assuring me it would be there on the second day. Now, I don't know what condition his vehicles are in, but I know he sells many of his vehicles well below retail value - odd, but take that how you will. Having dealt in this underhanded manner, I would never buy a single thing from this man - and will not influence anyone of the people I know that need vehicles immediately. You can't trust him to hold an appointment - which I explicitly asked for, and he denied; instead, "whoever has cash first." First come, first served, no matter what; a great way to do business and build rapport. It seems if you find the car online, and can't get there immediately, it's a real crap shoot. I went to at least 10 car dealers on Craigslist looking for a car for my grandson. I found the best value in here with cars with lower than average prices and lower than average mileage. The people on the lot were hopeful and the paperwork was done quickly. They mailed the title of few days later but it never reached us. I called and they quickly ordered a duplicate copy and paid additional cost with DMV. read more

Korz reviews on their own site sounded promising and I decided to take my son car shopping here (it is his first care and he had been saving money for a year working part time as he is still a senior in high school). We found a Dodge Caliber 2007 and decided to test drive the car. We requested to bring the vehicle to the Speedway Chrysler Dealership in Lansing, KS for an inspection, to which the Korz refused. I suppose this should have been a red flag, but the dealer stated his reasoning to be that the dealer would compare it to a new vehicle. In spite of this, we decided the vehicle sounded as though the engine was running well, the tires looked good, overall we did not observe any obvious signs of problems. Other than the interior of the vehicle being filthy, a brake light out and the drivers side power window not working, everything seemed in order. My son purchased this vehicle with his hard earned money that day. We then took the vehicle to Firestone to get an inspection. According to Firestone the vehicle needed $3,386.32 worth of work just to pass inspection. My husband contacted the Korz dealership and was told that they could do the work for less. It seems to me, the dealer knew the car would not pass the inspection and I am disappointed and disgusted that he would not allow the vehicle to be inspected prior to purchase. Furthermore, this dealer stands to make a second profit from us for all the repairs this vehicle needs? My relatives were intending to look for a vehicle at Korz prior to my experience, I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. I am giving them a star just so I can write a review. They get a car in and do NOTHING to it. There was no one there that could answer any questions. yes the car had a Carfax on it, but I do not believe it was correct by any means. I had to ask to add oil to the car to test drive it. And did not take it very far since the car had no gas in it. I did buy this vehicle and really regret it. It is a real lemon for the price I paid for it. Basically it needs a new engine. I bought a 4 Runner last week from The Auto Farm. Awesome car and can't believe the deal I got on it. He actually let me take it the night before to move some boxes and try it out. Told me if someone walked in with cash that he'd need it right back but when I brought it back the next day he said it was mine if I wanted it. Luckily he told me that someone was coming in with cash at 4 so I pulled the trigger on it. So happy I did because it's the best car I've ever had. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Brian! read more
