Can't say a lot about JBJ's because I only stopped in the check the place out and have a drink. Music was pretty good. The artist performing was entertaining. Prompt and friendly service at the 2nd floor bar. My drink (The Lost Highway) was nothing spectacular, but was on par with most other Broadway restaurant/bar drinks-overly sweet and light on the pour. Can't say that JBJ's is any worse or better, just that it blends into the background like most every other star bar on Broadway. read more

Their live bands play all genres of music and the musicians are amazing! The bartenders are exceptional! We didn't eat but the food that came out looked really good! We visited this bar for a late lunch on Sunday of the CMA Fest 2026. Very busy day! Our party of 5 was served by Kayleigh. She was FANTASTIC! Kind, personable and made us all feel welcome and relaxed for such a busy time. She was serving another party as well that seemed to a bit challenging and she handled it with kindness, grace and humour. Food and drinks were great and Kayleigh really was a point of difference from this restaurant vs other busy places we visited this weekend. Food was ok. Service was great! Band didn't play a single JBJ song. And when we asked they said pay us and we will! So we offered $20 and they didn't know a Bon Jovi song! What? Playing at Bon Jovi's bar and you don't know a Bon Jovi song? JBJ would be embarrassed! read more

This was place was epic. If you're a JBJ fan, you gotta do every floor. Each staircase has lyrics graffitied on them in glorious color. Bull riding, tattoos, bars galore and live music on multiple floors, it was epic. Loved it read more

I didn't eat here, but I had a reservation because I thought it'd be cool. I was wrong, music is so loud you can feel it in your chest--and not in a good way. You can BARELY hear anything. You have to literally cheer chant to be able to hear what anyone is saying. The one staff member was nice however--but the service is NON EXISTENT! Not a single employee in sight once inside! We came to this bar a couple of times to dip in from the rain we encountered while in Nashville. We never ate there but had multiple drinks. The band they had on rooftop first night we were there was great. Played all kinds of music but a lot of rock which was fun. The band on rooftop for the second night was not great. The band played well but no one in that group could sing. But the bartenders were amazing and level 4 made the best drinks and was a visually stunning. read more

This was a decent bar in Nashville. We stopped for dinner and sat on the rooftop. Nice views of downtown. I got a margarita slushie, and it was refreshing on a hot summer day. I also got the spicy chicken sandwich with tatertots for my dinner entree, and it was a good choice. This was a good stop. There are lots of amazing establishments on broadway, enjoy them all but stay away from this business. So the only thing I can comment on is the ambiance. We were just passing through Nashville and had to stop in and see this new place. Since we had my dog with us we couldn't actually stay for food or drinks. The place is smaller than I expected. But I guess a good size compared to the other places around it. Kind of fun to take a look at...and the option to take pictures with the moving picture of Jon was pretty cool. There wasn't a lot of good options for merchandise, which was surprising. I had reservations booked for a month and a half during CMA Fest understanding it would be a busy time. A week before the event they decide to send me a notice that my reservation has been cancelled since they will be too busy. This is poor planning on their part and they have basically ruined that night as now there are no reservations available elsewhere. This place keeps it rockin'. I went here a couple of times during my short visit to Nashville. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The music is live and great selection of variety. No diss to the Nashville vibe but this place has one of its own. There are plenty of photo ops and a merchandise area around the back. The menu is creative and has a lot of references to Bon Jovi. I tried the Slippery When Wet drink and delish. The staff is friendly. This place has several levels. On the main floor are tables and chairs with the bar, if you want to be in the mix close to the band and on the dance floor. Don't be surprised if someone asks you to dance. Everyone was having a great time. Next tier is dining that you can look down, not far from the entertainment, then the roof. I really enjoyed this vibe and highly recommend, grabbing some friends or solo, some drinks, food, and listen to some great bands. It's not loud that you can't hold a conversation. Have fun! We were excited to dine at Jon Bon Jovi's restaurant as lifelong fans, but our experience on March 29, 2025, was deeply disappointing and disturbing. While the food was mediocre (overcooked pork chops, only partially compensated), the real issue was the appalling treatment of our 14-year-old son. After attending a hockey game, he came to join us and politely told security his parents were inside. Instead of letting him in or informing us, security harassed him, pushed him, and even called the police--all without notifying us. He did nothing wrong. He was a minor trying to reach his family. This was outrageous, inappropriate, and frankly felt racially motivated. The manager showed zero accountability and supported the security's actions. This is not how guests--especially families--should be treated. Shameful behavior from a place that bears the name of someone we admired. read more

We visited JBJ's for dinner to kick off a great weekend in Nashville... had high expectations for an establishment bearing the name of one of my favorite artists. Unfortunately, the food was cold and unremarkable. The service was very slow... food took literally one hour to come out....dispute the place being 20% occupancy. Menu is very limited and the food quality is low. Ordered the steak salad and it was about 3oz of steak on a huge bed of greens, drowning in dressing. Service was excellent. Really attentive and fast. Ambiance was cool I guess. It's not the only rooftop bar in Nashville, but it was a beautiful view. 5 levels but when I went there were only two with live music at the time. The bands I saw were mid to high quality cover bands playing 80's-90's rock. Probably based on the crowd that was there, mostly older. I am not a fan of country music, so this felt like the best place to check out. read more

Good music but worst restaurant service ever. Been here an hour and have asked at least 4 people for silverware to be told they are working on it as they are out. Were given our cornbread about 45 minutes ago but unless we are supposed to dig it out of a skillet with our hands we still have no way to eat it despite asking multiple people for silverware. No one can figure out how to turn off the fan above us that is on high despite it being 24 degrees outside. Sad experience when we were looking forward to this place. read more

Came here for a friend's birthday and the service was bad. The food was mediocre. One person from our party asked for extra dressing and it took forever. When we ordered dessert same thing. We asked for a spoon and took another 15 minutes. Our waitress kept disappearing and the place was not packed. Lastly, the drinks were watered down. Would not recommend coming here. read more

Pooooooooor drinks, loosy service nice bar pretzel was good but it doesn't take much for a pretzel cheeze and mustard. Drinks are a rip off.

Rooftop seating with open windows to hear all the music was fun. Food and service was also good. No Jon Bon Jovi to speak of tho.
