I would come back for sure, the food and cocktails were excellent. I had the "Hatchery" curry chickpeas and Acuff Rose Martini. A+! Service did a great job handling our large party. The rooftop patio has a nice view. Decor, tables and chairs, and disposable flatware aren't great, but worth overlooking.

Easy way to grab dinner on a weeknight while popping in and out of music joints. Super nice bartender with good recommendations on food and bev. Catfish was good but not great - the sauce on it though was a star. 8/10 will return

We had a good experience at ACME! My group and I were looking for a place to eat on Broadway that wasn't too loud. They had a band playing but it was old country and they were amazing! The food was great and the service was very friendly! We had the nachos, the burger, the chicken fried chicken, the wings, and the noodles. No one had any complaints, nor was there any food left over!! I personally recommend the ACME burger, it was so juicy and delicious. I recommend ACME! Pro tip: rumor is they have sushi on the second floor. We'll be checking that out next time!

Went to downtown Nashville on a Tuesday night, avoiding the crowds from the weekend; and decided to go and try Acme Feed & Seed. We were not disappointed. The chicken fried chicken was amazing! Gravy was very flavorful and the Mac-n-cheese was very good and a huge portion. Food was spectacular. After our meal we went to the rooftop for a couple drinks and to just unwind a bit. The view was amazing and the breeze was nice as well. Spent some quality time with family and just enjoyed the atmosphere. I added a few pics from the rooftop. It was nice. Although we are not about the nightlife downtown, this place is family friendly and everything about it was enjoyable. Definitely check out Acme Feed & Seed when visiting downtown Nashville! Ya'll enjoy!

This place has alot of potential. I bet it's busy on weekends. We went on a Monday night. No food or bar on the rooftop. Have to get it on the main floor. They also close the food pretty early. They actually kindly kicked us out before 10:30 because the band was done and very few patrons. We understood but felt rushed. Bartender was fantastic. Super nice! We just had drinks and they were nice. The views on the rooftop show both the river (bridge and football stadium) and Broadway. Super cool at night.

I was just there a few weeks ago and returned for brunch with a friend. This places food is so good compared to most places in the area. This time, I had the best chicken and waffles. The chicken was crispy, not over battered, and cooked perfectly. It was dry at all the waffle was warm and crisp. My friend had the breakfast sandwich. It was an everything bagel with avocado, arugula, scrambled egg, and bacon. She thought it was great also. I will probably eat here every time I visit Nashville.

We stopped by here on our first day in Nashville. This is at the very beginning of the Honkytonk Highway and has gorgeous views of the Cumberland River and the pedestrian bridge.  The place is spread across 3 floors, and the ambiance is different at each floor, which gives you an opportunity to pick and choose your vibe. The first floor has live music and is generally very loud and lively. The 2nd floor has a slightly calmer vibe; there's also much relaxed seating on this floor, and finally, the rooftop has a bar and plenty of tables and also has a relaxed vibe. Food can be ordered on the first and second floors, while drinks are available on each floor.  We stopped by all 3 floors, started at 1, then went to the rooftop and finally stopped at 2nd to grab some dinner. We got the lobro sandwich (grilled ahi tuna sandwich) and the rule the roost (hot chicken sandwich), both of which came with a side of fries. The food was pretty good; however, the wait was quite long, both to place an order and for the food to be served.

Excellent atmosphere with delicious food. The shrimp and grits was mouth watering. The live music was on point. This is a place I'd highly recommend visiting.

It was a little dead around 11:00 pm but started to pick up later in the night. Drink selection was limited as to be expected on broadway. The band was top notch!

Will we need a reservation on a Friday afternoon?

This time of year, in the afternoon, probably not. However, after 6-7pm, it will get busy.

Is this walking distance from the Roman Auditorium?

If you mean the Ryman, Acme is at the base of Broadway by the river. The Ryman will be about 6 or so blocks up Broadway. Very walkable albeit slightly uphill from Acme to the Ryman.

Is there metered parking close by?

Not sure about meters but there is a pay to park lot directly behind the building on 1st.

Do they still offer happy hour discounts?

    4:30-6:30 m through th

    Do you take reservations?

We do not take reservations at Acme Feed & Seed. We have a lot of space and can accommodate large parties. Walk right in and find a seat! If you'd prefer a private reservation, please email events@theacmenashville.com

    Are dogs allowed?

Non-Service Dogs are not allowed in our establishment.

    Is it kid friendly?

To some degree but depending on the time of visit and the upper floors is a little more bar like. If I recall the bottom floor was very much a regular restaurant.

Do you get seated at a table and order your food or is it ordering at a counter and then finding a table to eat?

There are two sides... On the right side there is a bar and tables with waiter server where you do have to wait to be seated.…

    Does this place allow dogs?

I didn't see any animals there the couple of evenings I've eaten. Pretty noisy and very busy. Not sure it would be enjoyable for the pet or the pet's owner.

    Any gluten free options?

    Yes salads minus the protein

I read that they sell prohibition popcorn is this correct?

Until now I didn't know what that was... yummy! Im not sure if they sell it or not. I'll check next time. Keep me posted if you learn the answer too.

Heading to Nashville for NYE, was wondering a good spot that will be possibly selling tickets so we don't have to wait in any lines ... any suggestions?

    Headquarters Beercade on second ave

Are reservations or call-ahead seating necessary for Saturday brunch?

I do not believe that they accept reservations

Is this bar 18 and up?

No, I went with my 13 & 11 year old

Is there any music on Monday Or Tuesday during the day?

I think music starts around 3:00 daily.

The bar has two hidden TVs that you can only see when you sit at the bar, which is such a cool touch. It keeps the space feeling upscale without sacrificing the ability to catch a game. The overall ambiance is great, and the music is always at the perfect volume for an easy conversation. The drinks have been consistently excellent. We've tried both cocktails and wine, and everything has been delicious. The wine is a little overpriced in our opinion, but it was so good that I'm glad we still ordered it! On our most recent visit, we started with the burrata. It was very good, but I do wish there had been more sauce and more cantaloupe. The sauce felt more like an accent than something that really tied the dish together. That said, the perfect bite was definitely the burrata with the prosciutto and cantaloupe! For our entrees, Jonathan ordered the pork chop, and I had the piri piri chicken. Both came with broccolini and patatas bravas. I was expecting traditional Spanish-style patatas bravas, so when whole baby potatoes showed up, I was initially a little disappointed. Don't let that fool you, though--these potatoes were incredible!!! Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and packed with flavor! They ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal! My piri piri chicken was fantastic! The portion was much larger than I expected, and the piri piri sauce served on the side was absolutely lick-the-plate good. I found myself dipping the potatoes and broccolini in it because it was just that delicious. Piri piri isn't something you come across often in Nashville, and The Finch absolutely nails it--and at a really reasonable price. Jonathan's pork chop was cooked perfectly with great flavor. It wasn't an over-the-top, show-stopping dish, but for around $30--including both sides--at a more upscale restaurant, it's hard to beat the value. One more recommendation: get the volcano rock shrimp. We had it on a previous visit, and we still talk about it! It's easily one of our favorite dishes we've had here. The Finch has been consistently good every time we've visited, and that's what keeps bringing us back! Great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and solid value for the quality. We'll definitely be back again!

Our seating was prime with the beautiful supper club ambiance, the food was the best meal of our whole trip (I especially loved the new tomato-goat cheese appetizer-I would eat that for dinner!), and the service and hospitality was top notch.
