The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. Shoutout to the Desert King team: Robert was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information and options so we could make the best decision for what product would work best with our home and also be in compliance with our HOA regulations. A zero star from start to finish. I took my kitchen cabinet panels for glass install. When I…read morepicked them up they were stacked together in plastic wrap. After I removed the plastic wrap, and put the glass against the light, the frosted glass had scratch marks, finger print marks, the frost layer on a panel was not complete and clear silicone was visible on the face of the glass panel. I sent them the pictures and they said to return the panels for correction. I picked up the panels and 2 of them had scratches on the glass. After a verbal disagreement, the manager accussed me of doing the damage on transport and I should have inspected the glass before leaving on the 1st pick up. Why did you wrapp them up if its your practice to show the customer the finished product? Clearly you didnt show me the 1st time. You showed me after I picked the panels up the 2nd time and accussed me of scratching the glass. I had a window replaced in my condo when I first moved in and the contractor company that did the work did a horrible job, the window was leaking within a month of install. This was about a year and a half ago, so these past few weeks, I've been looking for a new window and glass company to fix the issue. I'm not sure what it is about the Vegas area, but I called several different window and glass companies and they were all either shady or rude. I was referred to a Dan Bradley Glass Shop by a coworker and I'm so thankful they did! I called Dan Bradley Glass for an estimation visit, the girl who answered the phone was super nice and easy to work with. Their system is they send people to appointments based on their availability in certain neighborhoods, and I was put on the schedule for the week after I called. Richie was the specialist on my window and he was very kind and helpful and he called me with a heads up that he'd be on his way to take my appointment. He did a full look at the window from the inside and then got on his tall ladder to look from the outside and found the problem quickly. He told me the next steps and the timeline to get the full quote and their recommendation as a company to get the window re-installed properly. I wish I'd found Dan Bradley Glass sooner because I feel the issues I now have with water damage to my bedroom wall could've been prevented if they'd done the job the first time. Since the appointment was today, I'm still waiting on the full price for a replacement window if I choose to go that route, but it's nice to know there's a company out there that values good work and doesn't believe in ripping people off.
