James came on June 28, 2019 and did the job showing photos of the work being done. I left a check as I could not be there, went to church that Sunday and nothing had been cleaned up. I contacted James who said his blower broke and would be out the beginning of the week to finish. July 2nd went to see if mess had been cleaned up, again I contacted James asking about clean up he stated he just got the blower out of shop and would be out later in week. I asked would it be 3rd of 5th, no response. Church members ended cleaning up mess. We filled a green waste bin and other areas we were able to use blower on.

He said that while "magic" was the main draw, the secret is to attend to all the details, make sure everything works, is clean and able to do whatever it's supposed to do. The same goes for most successful businesses, do it right and take nothing for granted. In this case it's the gutters on your roof that keep rain from going places where it's not supposed to go. If your roof isn't keeping things dry and without a doubt on your part, save yourself a lot of trouble and have Superior install seamless gutters and guards. In 2013 I decided it was time for a new roof on my house. I also decided it was time to quit risking my life every year cleaning out my old gutters. I had installed some DIY gutter guards on the old roof, the kind that work for maybe a year, then collapse like mine did. The guy I chose to install the roof recommended Superior Seamless for the gutters, which is how I met Cory when he prepared an estimate. He suggested I also have them install real, effective gutter guards that are securely attached no matter how hard the wind blows. The price was not only reasonable, it was well worth every dollar. I haven't climbed up on my roof since then... that's 12 years without a single drip or leak. Then came this year's first rainstorm, when one of the downspouts overflowed. The gutters seemed fine, but I called Cory and Jacob anyway to see what to do. In this case there was nothing wrong with the gutters or the guards, so not a problem that called upon their lifetime warranty, but they agreed to check it out anyway. Now to be clear, Superior isn't in the business of cleaning gutters. But when Jacob dropped by to check all the downspouts, he was kind enough to clear out the minor mounts of debris that had collected around some of the downspout openings over the past decade+. That is really incredible service. OK, so the business may not be as fun as Disneyland but Superior Seamless Gutters has something in common with it, in the way it operates. It's the same kind of business, with attention to details that people will come back to again, as I will if I live long enough to need another new roof and gutters on my house. They even waited to present the bill at the end because they could see that I was on an important business call. Wow. My only complaint is that when I spoke to Nancy to get a quote, she didn't tell me that they charge a $35 surcharge to drive to my house. It was only when I called back to book the service that I was told. It didn't feel good, after the initial quote. I would have preferred being told the quote as well as the travel surcharge at the onset.
