Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

I came across an ad for comforter cleaning for $20, so I thought I should try it again. First one was great so I brought another one in along with two king size pillow shams. I was asked the size and I knew the shams would be extra. When I picked it up they said it would be $60 ~ so that would be $40 for two shams. The girl said it was a blanket. Blankets don't come with sham's. It was a quilted comforter and not a blanket, nor did it appear to be anything other than that. I am not happy with the service or the customer service I received. The old Maroney''s is long gone.

Such a wonderful community resource. We've dropped off our laundry several times to be cleaned…read moresince our washer and dryer broke down. The service is wonderful and very fast. We typically get a text saying that the laundry's been finished only a few hours after we dropped it off! It also functions as a laundromat and the prices are affordable if you want to save money and do it yourself. There are plenty of machines, you can purchase soap and other products from a variety of options. There's also a vending machine if you want a sweet treat while you wait! We love that this is a part of our community and we will continue to use their services when laundry stacks up.

I guess asking to use the restroom made her upset because she started slamming the filter drawers while I was trying to load the dryers , took the filter out to the dryer I was using got lint dust everywhere in my CLEAN CLOTHES so I went to close my dryer as she cleaned the one next to me. I also had to ask if it was ok if the drawer was slightly open since I was gonna dry my clothes and when she slammed it , it didn't close properly she said it was fine and wouldn't damage my clothes. During our fitting I explained to Patricia how I wanted the bottom of my jeans to stay untouched as I was happy with the flare. She agreed and said she would be done by Friday. I paid $60 upfront. Friday came and I gave her a call to see what time would work so I could pick up my jeans. She said she hadn't gotten to them and would be done on Sunday. Sunday rolls around and I give her a call she says she sick and has to go the clinic. Of course I was understanding and did not at all give her a hard time about it. She said I will call you when they are ready. I agreed. She called today Wednesday almost two weeks, still I'm patient and kind to her over the phone as I ultimately grateful to have found someone who can tailor jeans. For context apparently it's hard to locate a tailor who has the right equipment for jeans. When I arrive I try the jeans on and notice she had taken the bottom flare of the jeans in, not what I had requested. When I kindly brought it up to her attention, she said that this was the style and that the bottom was still 9 inches long. I kindly asked if she could let them out and redo the bottom...she says yes but it will cost you $40. I tried to explained how it did not seem fair when I had explained beforehand what my desired style was. At this point she became super defensive and would not make eye contact when expressing my dissatisfaction along with interrupting me mid sentence. After one last attempt to salvage my experience I explained to her how I could tell she does great work to what she replied "well if you don't like it why don't you do it yourself" at this moment politeness went out the window and I ultimately let her know how rude and unprofessional she was and how I would be writing a review. She said "go ahead and threat me with a bad review" I walked out and will not be returning. After seeing the reviews here I can see why many have called her a scammer. Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
