Jinny(?)/Ginny was amazing, helped me pick my color even though I changed my mind multiple times. Affordable, friendly, and reliable salon, great service!

Love Queen Nail! I have been coming here since the beginning of the year and always do a very nice job. There was an issue with my nails once due to a communication error and they made it right. Will keep coming back here!

About to hit the 3 week mark on these and they still look amazing!

So happy I found a new nail salon that does quality work! I forget my techs name, I believe it was Zet and he was amazing! I'm going on 3 weeks and they still look great, I'm guessing I won't need a fill for another week which is the longest retention I've had in years. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing service from nail artist Susan. she follows directions well and gave me exactly what i wanted.

My girl Lisa ate down on my pedicure. It was my first time there, and even though I got a basic one because I like simple and regular polish, she still went above and beyond. That's what I call great energy, amazing service, and quality, detailed nail care. I'd recommend her--but I don't want anyone taking my slots . Jk. Everyone there is super kind and the place is spotless. They just earned themselves a regular! Thank you!!

Thank you Lisa for always giving me great nails and experience. Super friendly and takes time in her work! love this salon!

    Beautiful nails by Lisa!

Beautiful nails by Lisa! I've been going to her for over a year and always with a great result. Highly recommend!

    Refill

I am late doing a review only, but it took me a little bit to actually review the work to decide if I would return. I will return to try them out again because I HATE the colors I picked out!! Also, the pedicure could have been done better, so I will look better after getting the services. I like showing a picture and telling them that's what I'm looking for. I DID like the fact: there is signage around the entryway that using a debit/credit card will have a 2% service fee. I will know to use that option. Also, there are signs around saying Tips are to be done with cash ONLY!! These are a few things that I will remember, but I will be back for a second try.

Soft builder gel nails in a nude color

I've been going to Queen Nails since the beginning of the year now and I've had great experiences every single time. I would honestly recommend anyone that works there, but the set in my picture was done by Alex! I usually go for designs, but this nude set was much needed. She's genuinely so personable and great at what she does. Her attention to detail is honestly commendable. Please request her!!

The salon around 5pm. Busy but not too busy.

I just had a hard gel manicure refill here and I'm very happy with the service and the price. It was $45 (which is half of what other salons in the area charge). My nails came out beautiful! It's also really easy to schedule with them (lot of openings due to lots of staff) and they are happy to take walk-ins. I've tried a few other salons in the area but this one looks like it's going to be my go to spot!

Dr. Zelinger is phenomenal at what he does. Not only is he skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced,…read morehe's also an absolute pleasure to work with! My initial consult was for dark discoloration under my eyes. I've had under eye filler before but the problem now is really the skin coloring. He listened to my concerns, gave me options, and really took the time to explain everything. Eventually I decided that it wouldn't be worth it to try laser to the area. He was honest and realistic about the results, explaining that the treatment likely wouldn't make a huge difference in their appearance. How refreshing! He refunded my consult fee and I was so impressed with his professionalism that I decided to go back for filler to a different area. He put filler to my temples and cheeks. In the last few years, I didn't like how my face had been looking saggy and a bit unflattering. This gave me the LIFT I needed! My nasolabial folds are essentially gone and I look like I did three years ago. My confidence is soaring and the best thing--no one can even tell what I did. A coworker told me "you look refreshed today." Amazing I couldn't be happier. One last thing: I use these services mindfully... it's HARD being a woman with today's beauty standards. There is a balance between accepting your own imperfections and making small changes that enhance your natural beauty. Not to go on a whole tangent, but if that's also your viewpoint, Dr. Zelinger will help you achieve that. He says things like "natural is always better" and "I think you look great, but what matters is what you think." I love the way he communicates to encourage body positivity. Thank you again Dr. Z!!

I went here once to have a spot looked at on my shoulder, and to be assessed for hair loss issues…read more The wait was about 20 mins (too long IMO, given that I arrived on time, before my appointment start time). The front desk receptionist and medical assistant (I forgot her name) were cool, but the PA (Paris Davis) was not. She essentially called my hair "dirty" because I don't always wash it as often as she'd recommend, and told me to "Google it" when I asked for details about a type of shampoo she was recommending. It was super odd, especially coming from a Black woman; she should know the problematic nature of insinuating that another Black woman is "dirty" for not washing her hair weekly. There are much kinder ways to explain things when you're trying to be helpful rather than egocentric. Overall, Paris's tone was condescending and I felt like she was annoyed by my clarifying questions. I am not interested in seeing any provider who can't treat patients with empathy, kindness, and curiosity; I got none of that from her. The medical assistant was much kinder and provided me with some recommendations for the shampoo I was asking about. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're considering going to see Paris, and I certainly am not going back. What a disappointment.

Initially upon arrival, I was provided a questionnaire which was lengthy and a bit duplicative to the forms they electronically provide prior to your visit which was a smidge annoying. After perusing the forms, EVERYTHING is on the patient to verify, confirm, pay, etc. This may be where healthcare is headed in general but when you become a de facto employee of the office by calling the insurance co, confirming percentages paid, calling the primary care provider, calling the pharmacist, etc., it becomes almost a burden in addition to your out of pocket expense. Moreover, the ultimate nail in the coffin for me was the staff and the inept virtual pharmacy they used for my script which didn't have goodRx reciprocity and was utterly unresponsive. I was encouraged to continue to try and reach them after advising that I had attempted contacted on multiple occasions without success. The office advised that I try them again until I called them after another unsuccessful attempt and advised that it was a huge inconvenience for me to chase down their contact and I needed the script to be filled by a different pharmacy (which should've been intuitive for the office receptionist). When the assistant in the exam room indicated that our session was over, I thought she would direct me out. When I asked, "am I following you?" she abruptly responded, "no." This was my first time there so I didn't know if there was a convenient or alternate exit from the exam rooms. It's just a no for me; I didn't enjoy my initial encounter. I have a follow up that I didn't and won't schedule.

What is the purpose of making an appointment if he doctor doesn't keep it? Why didn't the office call me if he was running so late? Sorry, not waiting an hour or more to see a dermatologist. If the alternatives end up working, I can increase the rating some more in the future, but as of now it's too soon to say. Pros: Lipoff is friendly and sympathetic to the ridiculous, over-the-top requirements placed on patients who want acutane treatment. His handouts on different acne treatments were informative. Cons: The scheduling system makes me want to tear my hair out. They rely on various uses of AI that do nothing to make the system useful. This includes: 1) When you call customer service to talk to a person, you're connected to "Ana," an AI that pretends to be a real person. You go through your long explanation, deal with the back-and-forth of talking with a robot, realize you're talking to a robot who can't help you because it has been pre-programmed to respond to maybe 6 possible prompts, and have to demand to speak to a real person and start all over again. 2) They can never seem to figure out if appointments are supposed to be in-person or tela-health. I can provide the rep with all the information that Dr. Lipoff told me, and they will go back and forth on what the appointment is listed as, whether it needs to be one or the other, etc. I SUSPECT that this is connected to the AI usage but am not sure; the problems with this certainly got worse when they switched to the new AI bot. 3) Their system for scheduling appointments and/or for reminding patients about appointments are bizarre. At least 4 different times I had to call to cancel an appointment that (1) I never scheduled in the first place, (2) had scheduled but for a different date/time than what I received as a "reminder," or (3) had already cancelled but was still getting reminder texts about. One customer service person told me that the appointment reminder system was AI, which leads me to think that this may also be connected. Tl;dr: This clinic needs to rely on what actually WORKS - hiring competent administrative assistants - rather than pouring money into incompetent AI-powered systems that frustrate customers and force admin to correct AI's mistakes.
