They are constantly busy no matter what time you come. You get a number, so I recommended to get your number and come back after an hour or so, there are plenty of little shops and restaurants, nearby and come back. They don't take appointments. As there are no public bathrooms in the area, they let you use yours and I was able to charge my phone while I waited. Once you're in, you get the BEST scalp massage and shoulder massage. I think I was massaged for at least a good 30 min, then you get your blowout, so expect to be pampered on for a good 45 min. We were able to be served that day but an hour later which was perfectly fine. I love how friendly and professional the person doing my hair was. I loved how the hair washing stations had seats that you could lie down on so it doesn't feel like you're breaking your neck when they shampoo you. I love that they went the extra mile while taking care of my hair and making sure that it looked extra nice that day. They also used a toner which was super helpful and even though it burned my scalp a little, it was worth it. I am so happy with my experience that I know I will be back again for another hair treatment. This is by far my favorite place to come and unwind for a little self care. Super easy and convenient. My stylist was Senait and she was fabulous! I showed her pictures of my past haircuts I liked and she did a superb job recreating it. She was friendly and talkative without feeling like she had to talk to me the entire time. She did a fantastic job and I will absolutely go back to see her again. The whole appointment (wash, cut, dry and style) took about an hour and cost $95 (I have relatively long hair, I believe they quote a price range to account for length). The salon itself was busy and a bit loud. It is very bright (likely because they do hair and makeup) and felt more like a party rather than a relaxing place/spa. They have a ton of staff so I was taken back right away. When I went, both men and women were there for haircuts and someone was getting their makeup done. I received zero confirmation and no communication within that time until 12 hours before. Their website clearly states that clients will be charged a cancellation fee if an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. However, I did not hear from them at all until 12 hours before my scheduled appointment, when they finally texted me asking about my hair. After I responded, they canceled my appointment shortly after, stating they couldn't accommodate me. This last-minute cancellation put me in an extremely difficult position. I am visiting from out of state, so finding a new salon on such short notice is not easy, especially when I only had a few days left in the area. Their lack of communication and failure to properly assess my appointment ahead of time forced me to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute. It's also frustrating that they emphasize strict cancellation policies for clients, yet did not hold themselves to any comparable standard of professionalism or notice. If you are a parent considering this salon for your child, or if you personally value clear communication, transparency about the process, and confidence in the safety and handling of your hair, this may not be the right place for you.

I did a japanese straightening and haircut with Tim Tatsumi. Even though he had just finished a previous client, he worked tirelessly and patiently with me the entire 4 hours I was there. He is extremely meticulous and makes sure he does every strand carefully. He offered me tea or anything to drink. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave his own suggestions as well. Come prepared with a reference photo. My hair felt absolutely amazing after and didn't smell bad unlike other Japanese straightening I have gotten elsewhere. The haircut was really nice as well and was visibly healthier. Even though I went a little past their closing time, he didn't rush me and still listened to me when I wanted to adjust the haircut. He also maintained a positive attitude the entire time. 2 days later it still feels the same as it first did. I believe they use zelle or venmo for the tip.
