Even if Coppell is a few minutes out of your way, you should stop in for a bite. I've seen mixed reviews here, and I have to chalk​ a number of them up to a new restaurant​ opening. Thank goodness, entrepreneurs​ are willing to dig into their pockets and invest in our little community​. I've stopped in a handful of times with small groups and large. The service couldn't be more impressive. The cleanliness clearly on point. The food, haven't found anything I don't like yet. The atmosphere is one where you'd like to stay and play corn hole for a spell and grab a refill. Speaking of refills, mine tend to come from the bar, and that has to be given a spotlight for a second. If you don't see what you usually​ gravitate to, ask the bartender​. You may be just as surprised as I, to the willingness​ to mix up your pleasure or to have it as an option the next time you come in. Walk in, order your meal, ask a few questions, and hang a while. If you aren't crazy about your pick, mention it or try something else the next time you're in. In all fairness, I'm not a burger person and happen to LOVE this place. Currently,​​ top notch for me is The Nooner, no bun. Second place is the Southwest Chicken Taco. Yes, I said taco. And I think there are at least 5 more tacos to choose from. Interested in trying more than one burger? Ask for sliders from a few of your choices and dabble your taste buds in an array of offerings. Flexibility is great for any dining experience. Between me and my friends, we've probably ordered curbside pickup about 8 separate times from JC's. Overall, the burger patties themselves are pretty average (generally overcooked but ok), the toppings i would say excellent and the fries/onion rings are excellent as well. Out of the 8 times only 1 time have we gotten ketchup after requesting it - i'm not sure what the deal is, but even tonight when i called to say i had arrived for curbside i told the individual to please give me ketchup. Sure enough no ketchup was in my bag. It seemed like not a big deal at first, but now i'm like yall outta ketchup or what? read more

Okay...I was here Saturday and had the burger which was awesome. The service was great and wait staff all of them were very attentive. So, I came back today (4/9) and I ordered the Southwest Salad with lots of Chicken, Romaine, Corn, Black Beans, Avacado in a Chipotle Ranch dressing...Outstanding!!!! The service again was awesome. Supported our local business JC's Burger Bar today!! Amid all the Covid-19 craziness, JC's was the perfect lunch. We ordered online and paid online. I went in to grab a bite for lunch. It was pretty busy, the line was out the door when I arrived. The line moved fairly quickly. The cashier was very friendly. I ordered THE impossible burger w spicy curly fries. I went to my table and waited for my food to arrive. My food arrived and it was delicious! The fries weren't as spicy as I thought they would be but they were great. I couldn't eat everything so a to go box was necessary. I will definitely be back! The food is good. The wait for the food is awful. It's hard to believe that it takes 40 minutes to cook a few burgers. Even when Twisted Root is super busy they can still crank out food. JC's has a long way to go. Also the ice cream is free which is nice, but it is super grainy and not very good. Waited 40 minutes for our burgers to arrive. I ordered a large side of curly fries in hopes of sharing with someone and i barely received enough for myself. I would not want to see the regular size. I wanted to love this place so much, I really did. We left Great Wolf Lodge to have dinner here with the kids. It was empty but it was a Sunday night so no biggie. The four of us ordered burgers, three ordered shakes and my husband ordered the spicy curly fries. The food arrived hot but the burgers were okay, not delicious. Good classic burger. Chili is beefy, no beans, with long lasting warm spice. Love it! Best I had in a while. This is a kids and family friendly sports bar. They have this big dinosaur statue if ur kids like dinosaurs...they have a full bar And my fav part of this place was the seating has high bar seating U sit high and it has a resting bar for ur feet :) you can also sit outside but it's too hot in Texas ! All and all the food was good 2 nice size burgers one was a kids meal came with side of fries and a drink and i got a side salad and one Dr Pepper just under $25 ... their burgers are bigger than Smashburger so that's a plus ! Hubby and I had the customized Atlantic salmon burger and the #3 Jaurez beef burger on lettuce and a small order of onion rings. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted delicious! The glass of house cab was good too!;) The free ice cream was a nice surprise! Yum!! There is a patio and a game area for kids. Music was piped in both inside and out on the patio which made it nice. Just got home after eating at JC's. Unbelievably good food. My wife had a classic slider and a mushroom swiss slider with sweet potato fries and I had a bacon bbq slider and a blue bacon slider with ultimate cheese fries. The sliders were cook to perfection and the topping were extremely flavorful. The sweet potato fries very good and the ultimate cheese fries were out of this world, the grilled jalapeños on them were spot on. We will definitely be making this one of our regular places to eat in Coppell. read more

Highly disappointed, because this place looks great but our order was incorrect and missing items, everything was cold and either tasted old, the bread was stale. I Ordered through Grubhub. 4 burgers only got 3, the burgers were cold, the buns were HARD. Order an order of 2 grilled chicken tacos, only got 1 taco. Ordered 4 sides to go with our burger, only got TWO of them. I was left hungry and disappointed. The website says this location closes at 10, google says 8pm. Never have a been so disappointed with a food place. I called to place an order initially and was left on hold for 5 minutes!! The phone doesn't ring sometimes when you call so you're left assed out! Decided to try this new place because of the impossible burger offering. Ample amount of parking. I dined in around 5:15pm. I didn't have a wait to order. I ordered the impossible burger (no onions, no cucumbers, add pickles) on white bun instead of wheat and regular sweet potato fries. The restaurant had about 10-14 customers, including me. My food came out promptly but half wrong and half right. I asked for pickles and no cucumbers. My burger had neither. While waiting for an employee to walk by or near me, I noticed the majority of the wait staff was in the kitchen or in the kitchen area. After about 10 minutes passed by I finally made contact with one of the servers and requested a side of pickles. Overall, the burger is somewhat what I expected with a plant-based burger but not what I envisioned. Also, I'm going to say the majority of the waitstaff are high school students who are doing a great job with having a job during the school year but I would suggest the manager(s) limit the fraternization when customers are present.
