We called perhaps 6-7 other locksmiths who claim that they serve the Wickenburg area but live 50-70+ miles away): good luck trying to get one of those people to come for service. Another thing: he arrived early for our appointment. Good luck trying to find any locksmith that arrives at the time of their appointment. On the day of his initial service call, he was working northwest of us and called to say that he was running behind schedule, and wanted us to know. Granted, stuff happens; jobs turn out to be more involved or complex than described on the phone. Daniel said he was running late, and as he had to pass by us to get home, it was acceptable to us for him to arrive later than anticipated... but he did show up. We're still waiting for a different locksmith to show up... something like six weeks ago that we called him. Pass. Very fast response; excellent, courteous service; superlative workmanship; very fair prices; excellent clean-up. What he provides that many -- if not most -- businesses don't have is respect for the customer and their property. Daniel made certain that when he lubricated the lock we called him to work on, the spray didn't go anywhere but his target: it's indicative of having his attention focused on what he was doing and where he was working. Most of us would probably think that is an essential part of doing business, but you'd be amazed (perhaps even surprised) how many people would simply start spraying without regard for where the spray is going. (You can still see where the previous locksmith sprayed the wooden door when lubricating a lock, the spray dissolving the acrylic finish and stain of the door.) One last thing: he needed a tool that we didn't have and had to purchase it in order to complete the work started. Unlike the experience that we've had with others, we didn't have to pay for the tool. His honesty is appreciated. We highly recommend Daniel.
