Charlie is a true professional and very very knowledgeable. We could tell immediately that he was a straight shooter and not trying to sale us a door. We had him install a new door at our rental and a new garage motor. He was able to set us up on his calendar within a day and gave us his recommendations on the color of the door and was very reasonable with his price. Looks and works great! Within a week we had a neighbor whos door collapsed on them and of course we had just met Charlie and referred him to them and not only did he come over the same day to diagnose what happened to their garage, he set them up on a new garage door. Coincidently, we were leaving town this same day and as we pulled out of our garage we had a issue with our door popping right back up when it hit the floor. We texted Charlie to see if he could stop by our home when he was done with the neighbor and he came right over and reset our door for us as we were able to leave town. I want to highly recommend JCTZ Garage Doors (602-642-7015) to anyone needing garage door repairs. My garage door was loudly clunking when I tried to open it which made me think that the spring was failing. Charlie, JCTZ's owner, came the same day I called, talked me through the mechanics of a Wayne Dalton door which apparently was a low cost garage door used by many of the Verrado home developers and gave me a quick fix. He told me what to expect as far as the remaining life of the door and what I should pay for a replacement when that day comes. I really appreciate his teaching ability and his honesty and will call him first in the future. I called JCT Garage Door and talked with Charlie about getting 2 new remotes. He came today and checked both remotes and replaced the batteries in both remotes. He was so honest and told me I didn't need new remotes. Both remotes are working fine. Charlie explained that the one of the remotes big button was worn out but I could use the other two smaller buttons on it. I am so grateful for his honesty. I called JCT Garage Door, on February 02, 2018, to give me a quote on replacing a spring that had broken. They came to the house, and not only did I get a quote at a very reasonable price, they replace both springs, the guy fixed all the other things that were wrong. I have to say I was very satisfied from start to finish. Would I recommend them? Yes, I already did, and I would not hesitate to continue to recommend them. I called Charlie with the quote from the other company, and Charlie agreed to price match. His work is top notch.
