Enjoyed the HELL out of JDT's wings. JDT check's all the wing boxes: hot, crispy, and well sauced. We ordered the buffalo and barbecue wings. If you're in the mood to watch a game, hang with a bud, and put away some dynamite wings, JDT's got you covered. We look forward to our next wing run!

Another week, another lunch catch-up with a friend -- this time at JD's Tavern. Full disclosure: this wasn't my first visit, but it had been a few years. Honestly, not sure why -- the place is welcoming, the vibe is relaxed, and the staff is super friendly. I went with the Al Pastor Tacos, which were the day's special, and my friend opted for the classic grilled cheese with fries. Don't judge her -- sometimes you just need something fun, simple, and comforting, especially on a rainy day. The tacos were a solid win -- well-seasoned with a nice little kick. I asked for a side of guacamole, and not only was it tasty, but there was no upcharge, which was a pleasant surprise. My friend's grilled cheese looked delicious -- if it were mine, I'd have added a tomato slice in the middle (I know, controversial, but trust me -- try it). All in all, a great lunch and I'll definitely be back sooner rather than later.

My favorite weekday lunch spot! Lunch menu is the best deal in town, with lots of great choices under $10. Today's special was Buffalo chicken wrap with fries for $8.95 - that's cheaper than some fast food places and it's way better. I've enjoyed everything I've had from the lunch menu. My personal favorite is the lunch southwest chicken salad - it's amazing! If you're a beer person, they always have a $5 flight of rotating craft drafts, which is a steal! Service is always good and I enjoy warm days on the patio.

Awesome waitress, Nicole, and friendly greeter.

I had the Brussel Sprouts the first time and they were really good. Our second trip I'm having the Harvest Fruit and Nut salad.

Good food and service. The location was clean and well maintained. For a tavern to drinks were delicious and the appetizers were excellent. The entrees were okay - it's a tavern not fine dining. Our waitress was great with service and recommendations! Will be back to try other menu items.

I met a friend here for dinner. The location has a very casual vibe that reminds me of place to watch Sunday football. This place may be on my list during football season to watch the Philadelphia Eagles play. The location has a bar, booths and high top tables. The menu has an array of options to choose from. We ordered the fried pickles, sliders, wings and tots. I enjoyed everything but the sliders. They weren't cooked to my liking nor was I asked how I would like them cooked. The servers were friendly and attentive. I appreciate that she consistently checked on us to ensure we were enjoying our visit.

Great place for a quick bite on a busy weekday. The wings are great! Try the boneless wings with any of the sauces.

Halfway through trivia, the restaurant abruptly cut over the audio to the USA soccer game with no warning, no announcement, and apparently without even telling the trivia host. The commentary was so loud that trivia couldn't continue at all. The host literally had to stop because there was nothing he could do over the volume. The whole room was left confused, wondering whether trivia had just been canceled in the middle of the event. Customers who came specifically for trivia were treated like an afterthought, and the host was put in an awkward, embarrassing position through no fault of his own. If management wanted to prioritize the soccer game, fine -- but communicate that ahead of time. Don't advertise or host trivia and then suddenly drown it out halfway through the night. Really disappointing and disrespectful to the host and to everyone who showed up for trivia. The manager should be kicked in the nuts and fired.

It feels like an old school filling station with the gas can lights and the cars on the wall. I took a seat at the bar, I probably was the first customer on the Wednesday. They have around two dozen beers on draft. The bartender let me try a pineapple habanero beer, though the heat was a lot stronger than the sweet. I ordered the triple All American burger with three 1/4 pound patties, cheese, comeback sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickle, and I added grilled onion instead of diced onion. It came on a potato roll, always a good choice. The flavor of the burger was really good, and the burger was super messy. It's one of those that you don't dare put down because it's hard to pick back up again. Really good, maybe I'd add jalapeños next time. For my side, I went with cole slaw. It was creamy, but thankfully, not overly thick and heavy. Maybe a touch more vinegar would have helped balance it out. The Arnold Palmer was served in a plastic cup, a little unusual. The bartender did a great job keeping my beverage cups from running on empty. I would return to try a different beer and go for a burger again or even one of their chicken sandwiches. I saw I can get a triple chicken too!
