This is a great lunch option! Menu is large and varied with lots of pub fare, southern items and some healthy stuff as well. It's giant inside and has outdoor seating as well for nice days. You can actually carry on a conversation and hear it which is another plus. Quality of the food for our recent weekday lunch was really good. Can highly recommend the blackened fish and the squash. Green beans were the usual Southern style canned cooked to death. Another in our group was happy with the fish and chips. Prices reasonable. They are open for all kinds of different things including brunch. Plenty of strip shopping center parking. Definitely will return. Went for lunch with friends. Got veggie plate, they got sandwiches. Everything was delicious. We had 2 tables. Even though we all arrived at same time, and seated at tables next to one another, had separate waiter/waitress and our table didn't get orders taken until other table were almost done eating. I was there for all the hash brown drama that occurred on Mother's Day. No one was notified that the hash brown king of Henderson was coming in to town to test our hashbrowns on Mother's Day yet he showed up and did not like the hashbrowns and let everybody know it that's the long and short of it my friends that work there handled it I think extremely well. Visited this place today. I was super excited to see the diverse atmosphere. Until I wasn't greeted for 15-20 minutes which would of been okay if this place was jammed packed. It was in fact not packed at all!!! There were two young ladies at the bar who not once spoke to me. I have been to this bar before and always had a good time with my friends, I am not one to leave reviews but what happened just now is absolutely horrible and ridiculous. I went to the bar with my group of friends, we get drinks and food. My friend accidentally spilled his glass of water and I begin to clean it. But as I am cleaning it up this bartender, a blonde girl with questionable winged eyeliner, FLINGS a rag at my friend who is simply eating his food that he payed for. It lands on his food and after this we attempt , to ask the bartender what we can to do deescalate the situation and fix it. She continues to mock us and be aggressive. After point black one of our friends asked her why she being so aggressive she then begins to smile and laugh in our faces telling us to get out "her bar". After this we decide to leave the establishment but not before she tells our friend that "his people are rambunctious" and begins to make microagressions. Continuing to say "his people" don't need to be at a bar and "his people" should leave. We are also a group of 5 minority friends. Unfortunately we now do not feel as though this is a safe place for "our people" to attend. Extremely disappointing in 2025. read more

It's a bar so it was fun to watch a game here. It was the clubhouse sandwich with okra for my husband and a beer and the beef tips over mashed potatoes with apple sauce and lima beans for me. First timer at this place, trying new local restaurants. The food was okay, but middle of the road. Hamburger steak platter was two burger Pattie's side by side with gravy and some onions on it. My friends breakfast platter was decent, but average. They seemed to be understaffed which caused a long wait to be seated and the restaurant had plenty of tables open. Basic tavern with seating area for food. Menu had lots of appealing items ranging from salads to Philly sandwiches. They were short staffed for lunch, and after being seated, it took one hour until we were eating. If you are working, that makes it hard to eat here. I love this bar. The food is very affordable and well-cooked, and the staff is great. You can tell the management is on their game. One of my favorites is their breakfast menu, because of the hashbrowns. The kitchen staff always makes them to my liking and seem very accommodating for their customers' custom orders. I do not know what they cook their potatoes in, but these hashbrowns are the best I ever had. I saw some man child lose it the other day because of peppers in his hashbrowns. After crying like a baby and making a scene his obviously embarrassed family sent him to sit in the car and pout. Comical based on all of the great experiences I have had eating here. read more

SUPER SPREADER location!!! Very crowded, very few masks. If you don't care if you get covid, go to this dump. Very little social distancing going on, in fact it was the opposite. We went there to watch the hockey game. There was no sound and they refused to turn it on. We have been there for ECU games and had no problem getting sound. Took 45 minutes to get some really mediocre food. We have been here in the past and enjoyed it. I don't know what happened, but it sucks now. Never going back. I think popularity has gone to their head. They are swamped by people who don't care about covid, don't care about quality service and as long as they can get drunk. read more

Last two weekends we've had brunch there and were waited on by both Ambers. Food is always great and service equally great. Keep it up.

The food was good, but the service was some of the worst I've had in long time. We were a party of three for lunch. First thing we asked for after we got our drinks was two orders of onion straws. Waiter then came back to take our orders. My meal came with two sides, but they were out of the squash that was listed on the menu. No biggie, I ordered something else. Our food eventually came out. One of us ordered a brunch special of sausage and biscuits with eggs over easy, which it was how it was written on the menu. When she got her food, the eggs were scrambled. We also had not received the onion straws we ordered for an appetizer. Waiter apologized, said he forgot to put the order in. The place was not crowded, so it wasn't like he was trying to juggle too many tables. After we ate, we asked about desserts. He mumbled something about they had cobbler, but didn't know what flavor, and a brownie sundae. He said he would go find out what kind of cobbler they had. When he came back, he didn't mention anything about dessert, and just handed us our checks. We decided not to bother with dessert after all. We were there to celebrate a friend's birthday, so my other friend and I wanted to split her check. He never asked up front whether we wanted separate checks, or we would have told him. So my friend and I put our credit cards with our checks, and asked him to split our friend's check between the two cards. He runs the cards, and gives the tickets back to us. He had run my check on my friend's card, and hers on my card. We just went ahead and paid it anyway, because at this point, we just wanted to leave. Tried to order off Uber Eats just now. Says the restaurant is open until 12:30am. It let me go all the way though my order AND checkout. After several minutes a message pops up saying order cancelled and not much else. I called the restaurant thinking it could be a mistake and no one would answer the phone. I tried to reorder and only THEN do I get a message about the restaurant not taking orders at this time. Why not state this up front? The way it's set up is for people to order and just have their orders cancelled! The restaurant says it's open. On the uber eats website. If you're not open for food delivery, then you probably shouldn't show as open on a food delivery website! read more

This is my sports bar!!! Plennnnty of seating, both indoor and outdoor. TV's everywhere! Came here for the first time to catch the Canes whip up on those Islanders!! Walked in at the beginning of a football game, and didn't get drinks for 50 minutes. Good don't come out for another 45 minutes. There are a million sports bars you can go to and I can promise you your team will be valued more elsewhere. The quality of the food? 4/10. Does not help this rating out at all.
