Staff always goes over and beyond helping me when I visit. There is a young female associate in activewear on the first floor who has rung me up a couple of times. She keeps in touch with me via email when there are special sales the stores have which I appreciate. The selection is amazing and everything is nice and neatly placed. During the consultation, I expressed how I did not want to lose much length. I explained I wanted layers that framed my face. I had hair down my butt, and when I left the salon, my hair was just below my shoulders when straightened. I can barely tie it back in a pony tail now, there were no long layers, and it's clear the stylist wasn't used to working with curly hair. The stylist was friendly, but, I'll never be back.
