Yes, they are more on the pricey side, however, you really do get that luxurious experience/vibe. I came in with these photos in mind (like, what kind of color I wanna do). They booked me in almost immediately for a consultation appointment and Lexi did 2 test strands on me. And then once we kind of figured out which color looks best on me, and we went with it. Staff always goes over and beyond helping me when I visit. There is a young female associate in activewear on the first floor who has rung me up a couple of times. She keeps in touch with me via email when there are special sales the stores have which I appreciate. The selection is amazing and everything is nice and neatly placed.
