Decent place for bagels and cream cheese. They offer exciting flavors for the bagels and spreads. I want to try the rosemary salt bagel next and perhaps one of the dessert spreads like cake batter or cannoli.

WHOA WHOA WHOA. This is my new favorite bagel place! I didn't understand the boiled bagel thing, but now I do... they're so soft and flavorful! I'm usually a sweet girl but I went the savory this time and it did not disappoint. I never want regular cream cheese again - the chive and red onion chunks in the cream cheese were truly unreal. I will be thinking about this bagel experience for days and weeks to come. We cannot wait to return! The iced skinny vanilla latte was pretty average but would get again!

If you're a bagel lover, you're going to want to add Jeff's bagel run to your list! They have a nice variety of bagels an also have a rotating daily flavor and a seasonal menu. I tried the daily special which was banana bread. The texture was wonderful but I wish there was a bit more banana flavor. The cinnamon sugar bagel was spot on! They had a cookie butter and espresso cream cheese for specials as well and they were good. The cream cheese spread perfectly on the bagels. I also enjoyed the coffee but preferred the honey pistachio latte (hot) over the cold brew. Service was great, everyone was helpful and things moved pretty fast as well even with a line. There is a small amount of seating but overall a wonderful place to stop In and grab some delicious bagels or sit and catch up with a friend.

Bagel was okay, strawberry cream was okay, couldn't really taste the strawberry due to how salty the bagel was. And banana bread cold brew just tasted like water. Didn't have no taste of banana. Didn't look like the picture it was advertised on screen.

Bagels: 10/10 Crispy outside, warm and chewy inside. Flavor was amazing too! I got the jalapeño cheddar, everything, and cinnamon sugar bagels. Lavender Honey Latte: 10/10 Decaf with oat milk. Perfect! Staff: 10/10 Amazing customer service! I ordered some cream cheese and was surprised at the size (my fault for not looking at the display cups). Even thought the error was mine, they still tried to accommodate me. Very sweet! Cream cheese: 7/10 In the picture you can see the tiny containers. That's the small size , but the large isn't much bigger. The flavor (cookie butter) was delicious, but the size was not worth the price. It's definitely something you could make yourself, and for much cheaper.

As a bagel lover, these were a 10/10!!! So soft and chewy, not hard at all! I had the Asiago everything and my kids had the cinnamon sugar. And the cream cheeses - OMG!!! We had a cream cheese flight with cinnamon honey butter, strawberry, and onion/chive! I can't wait to try more flavors! The staff were all so friendly and patient as this was my first time coming here. The manager/owner even came out to personally check on our orders and talk to us about the restaurant. He recommend coming back first thing in the morning when the bagels are hot and fresh and I will definitely be doing that! My daughter and I also tried some of the iced coffees. I had the banana bread latte and it was delicious!

We stopped by Jeff's on the way to a festival! We got the Jalapeño cheddar bagel with herb and onion cream cheese, and the cinnamon raisin bagel with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese. We also got a cold brew and the banana bread cold brew. Both bagels were really good they were soft and chewy. At first I was put off that they don't toast them BUT I think the bagel not being toasted is the right choice. Both the cream cheeses were easy to put on the bagel. I wish they dressed it for you as it would be easier to eat on the go, but definitely not a requirement. The banana bread cold brew was also great. It wasn't too sweet and didn't have a super artificial banana taste to it. They staff was nice and our order came out fast! Overall a 5/5 will definitely come back when in the area.

One of the best bagel places I've tried in a long time. I was visiting from out of state for a work function and stopped by looking for a variety of bagels but didn't have much hope thinking I'd probably find a very picked over selection of semi stale or hard bagels but boy was I wrong! Not only did they have all their bagel flavors stocked, they had a huge variety of cream cheese spreads. I felt like a kid in a candy shop. The guy at the register asked if I had been in before and when I said no, he explained their bagels, how they're cooked, went over the flavors and spreads and was so knowledgeable & friendly! Services was impeccable. I ended up buying a couple bagels flavors to try, I got the Asagio Everything & a Poppy Seed bagel along with some plain cream cheese spread. I brought the bagels back to my hotel and tried both and they were fresh, warm and so tasty! I think the Asagio Everything bagels is one of the best flavors I've had in my life! My only regret is I didn't get more bagels to try and take back home with me.

I absolutely love this place. I know that some people might not like that they don't offer sandwiches or that they won't toast the bagels, but I think people leaving low reviews should calm down lol. I love that every bagel you get is extremely fresh and warm. I also love that they have so many different flavors of cream cheese and whipped butter. This place is simply just bagels and schmears, but they do it right. If youre looking for something sweet, I would recommend the cake batter or the cannoli cream cheese. My all time favorite is a salt bagel with veggie cream cheese and it can't be beat in my humble opinion. The coffee was okay but I'm not an avid drinker so I won't judge them too harshly on it. As long as you know what you're in for when you come to Jeff's, I think you're going to enjoy yourself.

It was a little sweet for my taste, but good.

This is the second ever time that I have ever been to a Jeff's Bagel Run, and it was better than the first. I got the Asiago Everything Bagel with jalapeno cream cheese and it was amazing. And the guy on the register upsold me from no coffee, to a brown butter chai. So good service and everything came out quickly so I didn't have to wait around long! All in all, a good stop.

Another delicious trip to Jeff's Bagel Run! This time I got to check out their new Holiday Menu which runs until Jan 12th. It included 3 new coffee drinks (Brown Butter Chai , Peppermint Mocha, Blueberry Frost Latte) 2 new cookies (Snickerdoodle & Gingerbread) and a new spread (Espresso Cream Cheese) ! I highly recommend them all. The service was on point as always the staff was welcoming and friendly.

These are literally the best bagels I've had! We did a delivery order and I fully planned to toast my bagel at home but it was the softest bagel ever and didn't even need it. I toast all my bagels but not this one. Will definitely be back!! Chai latte is amazing!

When you tout "best bagels outside of NY" you better deliver. The pros: Convenience with the app you can order and have it ready for pick up. Location has good parking and easy in/out. Very cute and modern packaging for boxing and cute wooden utensils. The real deal: A dozen bagels is a dozen. Not a bakers dozen. The bagels are what I would consider maybe better than Einstein Bagel. They are dense, chewy, heavy. The flavor of the bagel is basically nothing. The topping are uneven. Some bagels have a lot, some barely have enough. The cream cheese is ok, it's not NY style. For the price, the quality and quantity are not it. There's better bagels shops here in Raleigh. Probably wouldn't go back unless they make some quality changes. If Jeff is listening, some big changes need to be made to compete with the other bagel shops here in town. Otherwise, you are a fancy Bruggers/Einsteins bagel.

I love these Bagels and I'm not Bagel lover. It's a must . The sauces are awesome, fresh and tasty.

Nothing special to go crazy over. Not sure what all the hype is - honestly they are the same as all the other bagel shops around here.

Clean and plenty of great seating. Nice decor and friendly staff who were willing to explain all the "moon" language to me. There you have it. Notice I didn't mention coffee. The bad news. If you're a newbie, the menu is very confusing and you have to ask a lot of questions about the names of the drinks. " half moon, quarter moon" etc. I spent 7 minutes asking questions and letting everyone go ahead of me because I didn't understand the drinks. The server was very patient and tried to explain it all to me. The moon is a play on milk, but it is confusing as to what you are getting. Maybe a description under the name would help. Next they had the highest calorie drinks I've ever seen in a coffee shop. I mean everything was about 500+ calories. Of course you can adjust. For taste but calorie counts were super high imo. Next the coffee was just not good. I ordered a toasted s'mores latte. (Sounds delicious right? Well it tasted like chocolate milk. That's it. No notes of coffee or marshmallow. And the ice melted before I got home (25 minutes). My niece enjoyed her drink (strawberry latte, I believe) but she said she didn't taste much strawberry and again the coffee was weak. For $7 and $8 coffee houses have to do better. I expect to taste coffee in a coffee drink. I'll give it one more try if I'm in the area because baristas matter. But if a second time is a no go, then I won't return.

On a nicer day you can sit outside if you prefer. My daughter ordered the waffle with Nutella, and since she wanted syrup, we added the cinnamon glaze. She really enjoyed it. I do wish they had whipped cream as an option because I feel like waffles and whipped cream just go together, but that's honestly a small thing. I ordered the avocado toast with the fried egg on top and also the house-made granola. I did not realize the granola serving was going to be so big, so I definitely over-ordered, but no regrets because everything was so good. The avocado toast was delicious. The bread was soft, fresh, and filling, and the whole thing was just really satisfying. I ended up taking the granola to go, and later that day when I ate it, I was like wow... it was still amazing. Honestly one of the best granola and yogurt bowls I've had. So good. I also got an almond latte. Nothing overly fancy, just a solid latte done well. Staff were friendly and patient, especially with my daughter wanting to order. That always means a lot. Another plus: plenty of parking, and they have two single-stall bathrooms, which is helpful. I also really like the Lafayette Village area in general. After you eat, you can walk around, hang out, and enjoy the area a bit. So it can be a quick coffee stop, or you can make a little outing out of it. Definitely worth checking out.

They are located in a VERY BUSY shopping center. Lots of folks sticking around to hang outdoors in the area. Thankfully I found parking in the lot downstairs in a parking garage with a short walk over. The line was long but moved fast. It was cold and sorta dark inside and crowded compared to it being nice outside, so I chose to sit outside. The courtyard side was packed, so I sat on the parking lot side. Not the best view, but got the job done. They were still serving biscuits, but were no longer serving the oatmeal which was a disappointment. I got the yogurt instead and didn't care for the toppings. My coffee and food came out fast and the biscuit tasted amazing. The biscuit was large, the egg and bacon were perfectly cooked and the iced coffee was delicious. The food is the shining star here. I just wish the ambiance was better. I will be back on a weekday when it's less people to contend with.
