    Prosciutto mozzarella pesto sandwich
    Melody B.

I'm so glad to see more La Farm locations pop up, but I'm anxiously awaiting them to make their way closer to the triad area one day. This location is fairly new. It's very clean and modern inside. There is a small parking lot right outside. I ordered a prosciutto mozzarella pesto sandwich. It was on a French baguette. All the ingredients tasted absolutely fresh. There are some seating areas outside if you want to eat on-site. If you take the sandwich to-go, I'd highly recommend toasting the sandwich panini style at home. Service was good! All the employees are friendly and helpful.

This is a go-to spot for a breakfast treat and a loaf of bread for the week. The different scone flavors are TO DIE FOR. My favorite was the white chocolate and cinnamon - with coffee, was chefs kiss!

I love the farm to table feel when you walk it, it reassures you that everything is homemade or locally produces. There was a large selection of pastries and coffees.

I have been to the La Farm Bakery at the airport, but I'm so glad there is a spot in Raleigh now! The chocolate almond croissant is delicious, and I also got a tasty iced mocha. They had samples of focaccia with garlic herb spread that was very good. I might get that spread the next time I go. There are a lot of good looking pastries and desserts, so I'll have to come again! The staff was very nice and welcoming. There isn't seating inside, but there are some tables outside.

Staff was friendly and the desserts were delicious as well. Over all vibe was typical cafe. Solid place if you're looking to pick something up or stop in to meet a friend.

TLDR: La Farm is always an excellent choice for breads and pastries. I recommend all the breads and have enjoyed many of the savory and sweet pastries. The white chocolate baguettes are always a hit along with the lemon squares and scones! La Farm bakery opened a downtown Raleigh location this month! I happened to be headed downtown when I saw their Instagram post and couldn't resist stopping by. This location is right off Glenwood Ave with an adjacent parking lot and street parking available. I parked on the street and walked over. The employees are welcoming and efficient. They quickly fulfilled orders and answered questions. I have been to La Farm bakery's other locations in the past and thus was familiar with the menu. If it is your first visit, take your time looking through the display cases, posted menu, and packaged items. They have a lot to offer and do run out of items as they are purchased. I appreciate this set up since it limits waste. The atmosphere in this location is pleasant since it is light, spacious, and organized well. Inside there are places to stand and eat and outside they have tables to dine at. The items in the chilled display case are labelled with major allergens. The employees can also answer questions you may have regarding the ingredients. At this location you can pick up pre-orders to the right of the shop or select the items you want and pay at the cashier. An employee behind the display cases packages the items selected from the cases. It can be pricy, still comparable to similar establishments and it is definitely worth it for the taste and quality of the items. Overall, we are fans of La Farm and recommend this bakery to others!

Went today for take out eclairs and macaroons for a work event. Shop is clean and inviting. Staff is super friendly!

We ordered eclairs and macarons for a work event. They were good. Eclairs tasted like maybe they had been premade and thawed out? Macaroons were soft and had good reviews from our team. My cold brew coffee was great.

small but cute outside area with seating.

they don't have an actual breakfast menu, just a bakery. which on the website, it didn't explain that. and we were a little disappointed. the coffee is bland (the espresso wasn't strong) and the pasties are cold. the atmosphere is so cute but they didn't have closed cases on the bakery items so flies were all over them. the staff was slightlimpatient and pushy. not a bad place but could definitely improve. i don't think i will return.

Delicious bread !!! Great service, friendly staff, love the grab n go case, I would definitely have grabbed a quiche or a take and bake if I was staying longer in Raleigh. We got the famous white chocolate baguette - just WOW. Never knew white chocolate would go so well with a perfectly soft baked baguette. Also got the fig jam, the local honey, and some of their uniquely flavored scones. Just delicious. Can't wait to put some jam on their sourdough loaf!

Friendly staff, however I'd say this is a baked goods shop instead of bakery. Quaint, clean, organized, and cute shop. Selection is okay.

We ordered lattes and other pastries, and they were all delicious. I met the new owners when I stopped by, and they shared their new plans for upgrades and improvements. They own other coffee shops in Colombia, so I'm guessing those improvements will be good. It is located in a shopping plaza centrally located. If you are not from the area, the GPS will take you straight to it. There is a parking lot for the entire shopping plaza with free parking. If you like to work in coffee shops, this one gets a bit busy and noisy at times. Keep that in mind. The staff was friendly and helpful. The space is comfortable and common areas are clean. Overall, 100% recommended.

This morning, I walked in and saw not one familiar face there, and I've come to learn all the staff walked out simultaneously weeks ago. After getting to know many of the staff over the years of frequenting there, anything to make every staff member walk out at the same time has to be big enough to leave a sour taste in your mouth. Am truly sad to see such a Raleigh staple not see the value in the community their staff created. Cheers to Joe, Brennan, Brett, amber, and all of the others past a present (shout out Tim and Casey and Jackie!) for their place in our lives over all of these years! If you are looking for a coffee nearby, jubala (pendo), black & white (videri), heirloom are all great options (and sir Walter coffee and 42 & Lawrence are decent and close)

The place was crowded but there was no wait. I got seated immediately at a table near a column in the middle of the restaurant and Christy came over and asked if I wanted anything to drink. She brought me iced water and gave me time to look at the menu. I wanted to try so many things and I was too optimistic about ordering 3 things and finishing them myself. Good thing I only ordered 2 things! An order of fried catfish with home fries and one egg. And a biscuit with sausage gravy. The fried catfish was salted and well fried. It tasted delicious for my first bite! The home fries were basically cut potatoes, but they weren't very fried or flavored. I wished I ordered the side of apple sauce instead. The biscuit and sausage was good, but a bit too much for one person after eating a separate order already. Definitely bring more people so you can try more things. Also, I wished I had asked for sausage gravy on the side so I can try the biscuit on its own first as well. Furthermore, I would have more time to eat the catfish so I wasn't worried about the biscuit getting soggy. Christy came to check up on me every now and then. The place was buzzing with people and decorations so I didn't feel so alone. When it was time to pay, Christy brought me the check for me to pay at the cash register. Both Christy and the cashier were so friendly! The restaurant does have a women's and a mens restroom if needed.

Walking in feels like you've stepped into a time capsule from a few decades back (for those who like that retro feel - I usually opt for more modern/contemporary vibes so this was a change of pace for me). Its downtown location adds to the retro feel because it is in a quaint marketplace area with cobblestone walkways. And they serve breakfast all day which is great if you are a breakfast lover like me. They have fantastic omelets. I tried the veggie omelet and it was delicious. Service was good. We were promptly seated and our waiter appeared rather quickly too. The food was served soon after ordering.
