**BUYER BEWARE** Predatory sales tactics, unknowledgeable salespeople, and be prepared to lose a full day (or more, in my case) if you do decide to work with them. Worst car buying experience of my life and I WISH I HAD TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bought a car over Thanksgiving weekend, and I am still yet to receive a title, the second key, and was forced to pay more than $2400 up front for title work that is yet to be completed, SCAM! On Nov. 28th 2025, I found a '25 Santa Fe online for my wife. My father-in-law and I went in the morning to see the car and take it for a test drive. The salesperson had no knowledge of the vehicle, features, warranty, etc. - they just kept mentioning the "Jeff Wyler Experience" and its "benefits" but no provided objective information or details about the car. My wife liked the car, so we asked them to draw up the paperwork when we got back to the dealership. To our surprise, the cost of the vehicle came back OVER $8,000 MORE THAN ADVERTISED online, more than half of which was allocated to a bogus "Jeff Wyler Experience" warranty package they had rolled in as well as other fees and incremental warranties that didn't make sense at all! They neglected to mention that the factory warranty is already one of the best in the market at 5yr/60k mi basic and 10yr/100k mi powertrain - a huge selling point that a knowledgeable salesperson would have known and communicated, and making the need for additional warranty not necessary! We should've walked out then and there... After eventually agreeing to a reasonable price level excluding all the bogus on-cost, we then lost another ~3-4 hrs waiting for the Finance team to write up the deal and sign a Purchase Agreement. They ultimately provided us paperwork that didn't match the agreed sales order, and as was almost 8PM they tell us to come back in the morning with our check and that they will issue us a "We Owe You" order for the balance owed (which has NOT been paid to-date). The Salesperson person tells us to come back first thing the next morning and they will have the car detailed and through the CPO process for us to pick up. We arrive at 10AM with our check and expect to collect the car, but the Sales Manager tells us that we can't pickup as the car is, "in the back going through the detail." My father-in-law points out that the car is clearly parked next to the front entrance where they left it the previous evening. Embarrassed, the sales manager has someone pull the car in for detail, and they tell us to come back at 4PM for collection. Before making another 30min drive, I call the Sales Manager at 3:30PM, and he informs me the car is STILL not done, and to come back at 6PM. I finally collect the car later in the evening, and wish that was the end of the story.. It's now nearly 3 months from purchase, and we are still without a title for the car or the $2400 I paid for taxes/registration, second key, or "we owe you" balance. The temporary registration that came with the car is long expired, and Jeff Wyler refuses to make it right with an updated registration tag until our plate arrives. They have essentially stopped responding to all forms of communication, and we've had to issue a formal complaint with the Ohio Better Business Bureau. Jeff Wyler Kia uses predatory sales tactics. I came in with financing from my credit union and they refused to negotiate with me unless I financed through them. They kept bringing new people in to talk to me to try to persuade me. At one point when looking at numbers one of them even said "let me dumb this down" They also exaggerated how difficult the process would be if I didn't finance through them. After telling them no for what felt like the 100th time I left. Went to another dealership the same day and bought a vehicle with no issues. read more

Sold me a vehicle with bad suspension after claiming a mechanic said it was fine. Won't do anything about it because the car is claimed to be sold "as is" Told me they put new speakers in the vehicle and a new head unit ( speakers are blown) Haven't even had it for 3 weeks and the break pads / rotors need replaced . So many things i pointed out on the test drive and asked if it could get resolved before purchasing and it never did. I've been trying to get in contact with a manager and even the service department to get my breaks done and suspension done but this dealership keeps ducking and dodging me. I was looking to sell my car, got an offer slightly above Kelly Blue Book value from them, took some time off during the day and drove over. The car was in like showroom condition, technically and mechanically top notch and significantly lower in mileage than any other car of that model in the U.S.... After 15 minutes or so, they came back and told me they would only offer below KBB value for no reason (about $1500 less than the email offer). Responded to an ad " double your down payment, paying more than book value for your trade" Neither case was true offered $3000 less than book value ( sold to another dealership for $500 over book ) Put $5000 down ... they didn't add a dime . We test drove a new 2021 Nissan Rogue , while we were working on the numbers they sold the car to someone that looked at it earlier in the day . Said oh we thought you wanted the blue one ... no we never even looked at the blue one we drove the silver one . It's been 4 days and we still don't have the second key fob . So long story short we bought the blue one , no rebates (as advertised) no down payment added on ( advertised as double your down payment) Offered less than book value And paid full sticker price read more

I gave them 1 star because I can' give them zero. I scheduled a recall maintenance item on my Nissan by calling the service dept number on their website. I drove there this morning to find out they didn't order the requried part. My original call went to a call center that doesn't order the part. The employees have complained to the dealer management but they said that it's just the way it is. I bought our last two Nissan's there, I won't buy any other more cars at a Wyler dealership. If we could give zero stars we would, totally wasted 6 hours of our life. Pushing new cars on us, and HEAVILY pushing their financing even though we were very specific about the fact that we were using our bank yet they only gave us numbers based on their financing, gave insultingly low trade numbers compared to other places we had offers from and tried to trick us with low rate higher price, package deals (that were already installed in the car). COMPLETE FRAUDS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE!!! My mother had a car part (cooling fans) need of replacement and they made it seem like they were giving her a deal. The guy who was helping her, said "hey, since I saved you $100, you should get your tire replaced!" and was quoted around $300. Mind you, my mother is terminally ill, and needs transportation to go to her doctors to get life saving medication. She went there to pick up her car today and they said "YOUR TOTAL IS $1,300" she was dumbfounded. She was under the impression, by the sales team, that she would have to pay around $300 or so. ALSO KEEP IN MIND IT TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS TO GET THAT CAR PART IN! Now she's devastated, has to find money that she doesn't have because she was conned believing that she would only have to pay what was quoted to her. DO NOT GO HERE. I was looking for a vehicle almost from few weeks and went to couple places but never found a good one which I am exactly looking for. "Samantha Pena" (Introduced me as a Holly, she seemed nice) is the salesperson who was assisted me. First of all, when I reached to this place, they keep me waited couple of minutes. After I met her, she tried to take all my details, and told me this is just for records. So I gave all my details including all my past history and my salary deatils( employment and living address details), when she asked all these details I was strictly told her do not run credit check since I have already loan approved with my bank. It's Saturday, so usually pretty busy but still she tried to do business with me and other customers parallelly So, I was particularly told that I am looking for only Cadillac CT6 or XT5(2018) and specifically told my budget as well. She showed me two cars, so I test drove both the cars and liked XT5 Platinum and asked the final numbers to match my budget. She checked with her manager and came up with the total payoff balance. Their bill is almost exceeded $6,000+ on my budget. I asked couple of adjustments, but it's still more than my budget (nearly $4800, remember $2000 is just for Cadillac certification). So, I told them I am willing to go $2000 over my budget and willing to pay that $2k is down payment. She took my signature to close the deal. She went to her manager and come back that we are not able to match this number, you try to go loan with us so you will be able to beat your bank rate. So, Again, I strictly told he do not run my credit check. She promised me that we don't do that. And came up with 4.5% interest rate for 60 months. My bank was giving me 2.25% rate for 65 months, which is double their rate and less months. I immediately got two notifications from the credit bureau that I got 2 hard enquiries; this is where I completely upset with them. I did not give a permission to run a credit check, but they did without my concern (she specifically promised me that it will not go a hard enquiry), and this report will stay almost 2 years on my name, it is clearly comes under identity theft. I will go and report on this to my credit bureau. When you hardly working to maintain your credit score and they simply damage it without your concern how do you feel. What if I simply drove their car without their permission? Doesn't it come under theft? Think about their lies. Never ever give your personal information unless you know your final deal. I have spent almost 4 and half hours at this place and came out with 2 bad enquiries on credit report without my permission. ******Not impressed. Very disappointing experience. Beware with them before you are giving all your information!!!!**** Jeff Wyler Kia is not a good place I will give negative rating if I have an option. Extension to my original post: I learned about this place that there are well trained people how to cheat the customers. They will put all the info on the paper and take your consent without your knowledge. So before you giving any info make sure you are not signing anything unless your deal was ok. I had very bad experience with is place and read almost all the lower rated reviews for this particular dealer, almost most all are similar. The manager who I talked with him; he was so rude. He had asked me to take down my google review, how can even he asked me to take down my review when he is failed to give me a good customer service. Some dealers really train their employees the importance a happy customer, and others, Like Jeff Wyler Cadillac spend lots of $$, I assume, teaching the staff HOW TO LIE TO & SCREW THE BUYER. Company model must be JUST do anything you need to, to GET THE $$$$$$$$$$$$ On Sunday, June 14th, 2020, My Wife and I decided we had some free time and we would check out getting a new car. Only problem was, we had to go to Ohio. You can't purchase autos in Indiana on Sundays. We ended up at Jeff Wyler Cadillac in Fairfield, OH and ended up talking to Roy Rivera, The (#1 liar) He did show us some autos and said the 2019 units had some good discounts. I told him I seen the ad on the internet, they were around $14,000 discount for the XT5. He ask if either of us were GM employees and we told him NO. to make a Long story short, they apprised our auto and he come back with an OFFER with 2 $6000 discounts in the deal for the total of $12,000 off the list price. He made sure to point out we were getting TWO $6000.00 discounts. Jane looked at it and agreed so we took the deal. After about an hour, they had the paperwork ready and Jane & I started back to sign everything. That's when they said Jane was not Allowed to go with me. My problem was I have bad eyes at 80, and broken glasses, but she did read the deal Roy showed us, so I did go to the office to sign everything. The Finance Man, (#2 Liar) Tried to sell me additional coverage for 4 or 5 different items, of course they were really good deals I should take. I told him I did not want any other warranty, just what comes with the car from Cadillac! The first item I signed was a paper that I had received and taken position of the auto. (I assumed I was going to do that when I got done signing everything.) After signing everything, I went back to the showroom when (#3 Liar) advised Jane & I the auto we had purchase had a recall on it and we could bring our new car back or they would give us a loner and Roy (1st liar) would deliver our auto to us in Greenwood IN. in 2 or 3 days, (3rd Liar). (It ended up being about a week and haft). We took the loner. After getting home and resting, it was back to work for both of us. Yes, at 80 I still work every day, but I did get my Eye Exam & new Glasses now & can see a little better. A couple days later, I put the flash drive that (2nd Liar) give me and started to read it, and seen (Liar #2) added two extra Warranty items for $2048.00 I must say Jeff Wyler Cadillac trains them well. I sent an email to Liar # 1 and advised him about the 2 extra items we never talked about and I had told the finance person (Liar # 2) I did not want any extra items! I got an email back from (Liar #1) on July 9th, says It's on the way. When he delivered the car, he said they were waiting to make sure they had the money from the Bank for the car and had me sign a request to cancel that extra coverage. Then (Liar #3) called me to apologize for not sending me the refund check for the items I did not want. She said she has been sick and she was the one who would be sending the check the next day or so. Of course, she did ask if I would revise my review of Jeff Wyler Cadillac. Of course I said I would as soon as I received the check. That was about 2 weeks ago, and Pony Express still has not delivered the check for any of the $$ they owe me & my company. With the removal of the 2nd $6000 discount and the additional $2048.00, we are over charged $8048.00 from what the deal we agreed to purchase the car for. PLUS the Extra Taxes for the Items. We purchased a Cadilac Escalade from Jeff Wyler in Fairfield Ohio. We paid over $100,00.00....We have tried over a year to get it in for service AND also for a defect in the paint on the front bumper. They sent me out somewhere else for that...I did take my vehicle there and have NEVER EVER been contacted back to get the defective area on my bumper repaired. I needed service as well. I have called over and over leaving messages each time...NEVER have I ever received a call back from anyone. One day I finally got lucky and got a live person named Rod I believe. He told me that he would def get me taken care of that he would reach back out to me to get my vehicle in......I had sat and waited and waited....this was sometime LAST YEAR...I still have never received a call back. I guess they want to wait until your warranty expires before they will ever reach back out to you. My son told me I could call Camargo Cadilac...which in the past we bought 2 brand new Cadillacs from them..one was a 2003-Cadilac Escalade and one in 2005 was a Cadilac XLR....they serviced both our vehicles and even brought me a new rental to my front door every time I needed service up until the day I bought my new Escalade from Jeff Wyler...I wish I could do it all over bc I would have went back to Camargo Cadilac and purchased my vehicle from them AGAIN...Only reason we even bought from Jeff Wyler is because we happen to be in that area and saw a vehicle in their parking lot and decided to get out and take a look on a Saturday. I called Camargo Cadilac just as my son suggested. I got a live voice right away on the phone which was so nice! They immediately sat me up with an appointment and as soon as I hung up I got a text on my phone letting me know I had and appointment. I later received another text a few days before my appointment reminding me about my appointment coming up. They picked my vehicle up and left me a rental at my home. It is being serviced today plus they are also looking at the defected paint area! Jeff Wyler needs to pay some attention to his business...because he is failing in the customer service department big time. I filed a complaint with the BBB as well...looks like they're not accredited with the BBB but what it does show is a lot of complaints and an F rating on there for Jeff Wyler Auto Mall. SMH!!! Jeff Wyler has TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service! We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Jeff Wyler Again!! Wether you purchased a 20,000.00 or a $100,000.00 vehicle It doesn't matter...what matters the most is how well you're taken care of when it comes to your service needs once you have purchased your vehicle.....Jeff Wyler has so many complaints on Yelp as well....they don't even deserve a 1 star rating! read more

No response to emails and phone calls. We had a Kia Soul that we leased with Jeff Wyler in Fairfield. The lease was about to expire in July and we started to get emails and phone messages asking us to contact them before lease end. I called at least three times and received no call back over the last month. I replied to three or four emails we received asking questions and we received no replies to those emails. In desperation I went to the dealer on Monday (7/2) and was lied to by the salesman, not once but at least twice. Lie #1) I asked if I could extend the lease on my current Soul and was told, there is no way t do that. That turned out to be utter bullshit. I called Kia/Hyundai leasing and they were happy to extend the lease by up to six months on a month to month basis. Lie #2) The salesman told me that the vehicle I wanted was not available at any dealer within 150-200 miles of Cincinnati. Guess what, I picked up a crimson Niro with all the bells and whistles at King's Kia in Mason Ohio. I won't be shopping at Jeff Wyler Kia in Fairfield again. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. We asked for remote start to be included in our purchase from the very beginning. The rep and sales manager agreed. Then when we are signing papers and they quietly write in tiny print that remote start fee is due at installation. I stop the deal and it turns into the rep shouting I said you said accusations and the sales manager trying to convince me they are already selling the car at a loss. All this was after the rep tried telling us "Pulse brakes" were contracted and must go on every vehicle they sell for $899. We say no several times and the sales manager ends up letting slip that they cost them $299 to install on a vehicle. So - if you get the pulse brakes, don't give em $600 extra! Unfortunate situation. Don't let him fool you AT ALL. Magically the car was in maintenance for an oil leak. Never said when the vehicle would be repaired. We bought a 2017 Infinity in October. We were told the oil had been checked and all checked out. For our protection we bought the bumper to bumper insurance. Closing the deal we were given a thumb drive and told everything was on it including the bumper to bumper coverage. We checked out the thumb drive at home and there was nothing there. Long story short, the oil was dirty, we called multiple times asking for clarification on the coverage....all I got was passed around to various people given vague answers. We were ultimately connected with the finance guy who closed our deal. He asked us to come in and bring our lists of concerns and the service guys would check it out. He said, he might not be there and to ask for his counterpart. We get there, she's not available and we're put with a very sweet lady who is a finance coach. She explained this was all out of her wheelhouse but would do whatever it took to help us. Turns out multiple pages were left off the thumb drive and the finance coach printed it all out for us. Ultimately they gave us a loaner car and kept ours to check it out. I had to contact them to see if it was ready and of course no word back. Second day I was told it was ready. The invoice was reviewed stating oil was changed and all four brake pads and rotars were replaced. After we leave we see the second page stating the brakes and rotors were denied and not replaced. It was back on the hampster wheel trying to get answers. Multiple calls I was told only the back brakes and rotors were replaced. End of communication. I have no faith in anything I was told at this point. My husband and I might be older but we're not stupid. I have to say, everyone we talked to were very nice and polite but they need to know customers service doesn't stop once you close a deal. We are very disappointed in the entire fiasco. read more

Hidden " reconditioning fees" not in quoted price Typical bait and switch sales tactics. The quoted internet price does not include tax( of course) or title, doc fees, and Reconditioning fees. A few weeks ago, my 76-year-old mother brought her leased Cadillac 2-seater into this dealership, with the full intent of paying off the lease amount of $21k and purchasing the vehicle. The original salesman who worked with her was processing the paperwork when a female "manager" intervened and began pushing her to get a different vehicle because it was a new model and an upgrade.( This is where I mention there were 8k miles on the vehicle and the buyout was 21k. The blue book on the vehicle was 35k and of course, they put it on the lot at 40k. )They kept her there and kept pushing the new vehicle on her until she relented because she just wanted out of there. Let me explain her "wanting to get out of there". My mother has had brain surgery, heart surgery, and has damaged kidneys. (You can't make that up). She is TERRIFIED of catching COVID. She knows it would be a death sentence. These fine folks kept her there until she relented. She came home crying; with a vehicle, she didn't want with a PAYMENT. I am out of state and when I reached out I was not allowed to talk with the GM-but was told by the head sales guy, Cedric, "That he was the man who made all the decisions". I went ahead and tried working with him. He was kind enough to send me a security recording of my mother "signing" the papers (Never argued that). You can clearly see the stress on her face and see her try to get up a few times. Her relenting was putting her head in her hands - beaten down. Cedric told me he would not do anything to make it right. This was my mother's 8th Cadillac- 5 through them and this is how they treat her. She is embarrassed to be taken such advantage of does not want to make a "scene". I don't know if there is a "Wyler" still involved I this organization, but if there is, shame on you. You used to be an above-board organization. Now you are just a bunch of pushy car salespeople, that will take advantage of anyone you can. I would run away from this organization. They are unprofessional and quite frankly, thieves. After having the displeasure of working with Cedric, I can certainly see the lack of leadership and his advent of old school sales tactics. If I could give it ZERO starts, I would. First, they have had my 2017 Sentra for over a month, and kept coming back to me that they aren't getting any codes and that they have ruled out the transmission as the issue. I was told that they test drove the car and that it wasn't jerking and losing power as I stated. I got a rental car from the airport 4 hours before my flight, drove to the dealership and test drove the car with one of the managers. We pulled out of the lot and the car IMMEDIATELY jerked and lost power like it had been doing. I told them there is NO WAY they test drove this car. Before I could turn around, it did it two more times. I had to leave to catch a flight, and the manager said he would have someone look at it immediately. I got the next call almost 1 week later stating that it wasn't the transmission and that they had to do more work, which would result in more money. The pulled the pan, blah..blah...blah. They "ruled out" the transmission and stated they reprogrammed the computer and that it fixed the problem. I got home, went and picked up (and paid for) the car, as I was told it was fixed. I pulled out of the lot and it did it again IMMEDIATELY. I called the shop and told them what was going on, and that the angry version of me would be visiting the next day. I decided to let my wife drive the car to work to see how it did, and the car nearly stopped on her on the highway. She didn't make it 2 miles and the car is driving worse than it did when I took it in. I have paid them $360 to fix NOTHING. I am going to take the car to a transmission shop and I will be working with my attorney to deal with the rest. My advice... do NOT buy a car from here and definitely do NOT take your car to get it repaired here! read more

Dropped off my car for a recall on Thursday morning. The recall was for an HECU module and to install a fuse. By the end of the day on Thursday(4:45) I had not received any updates. I called Jeff wyler and the service tech said they had to go find my car and someone would call me in the morning. On Friday, at 1pm, I called again since no one called me in the morning but got voicemail. I left a message and they finally returned the call after 5 telling me if I can make it by 6, I can pick up my car. I picked the car up Saturday. Two days for a simple recall? After signing everything, I went back to the showroom when (#3 Liar) advised Jane & I the auto we had purchase had a recall on it and we could bring our new car back or they would give us a loner and Roy (1st liar) would deliver our auto to us in Greenwood IN. in 2 or 3 days, (3rd Liar). (It ended up being about a week and haft). We took the loner. After getting home and resting, it was back to work for both of us. Yes, at 80 I still work every day, but I did get my Eye Exam & new Glasses now & can see a little better. A couple days later, I put the flash drive that (2nd Liar) give me and started to read it, and seen (Liar #2) added two extra Warranty items for $2048.00 I must say Jeff Wyler Cadillac trains them well. I sent an email to Liar # 1 and advised him about the 2 extra items we never talked about and I had told the finance person (Liar # 2) I did not want any extra items! I got an email back from (Liar #1) on July 9th, says It's on the way. When he delivered the car, he said they were waiting to make sure they had the money from the Bank for the car and had me sign a request to cancel that extra coverage's. Then (Liar #3) called me to apologize for not sending me the refund check for the items I did not want. She said she has been sick and she was the one who would be sending the check the next day or so. Of course, she did ask if I would revise my review of Jeff Wyler Cadillac. Of course I said I would as soon as I received the check. That was about 2 weeks ago, and Pony Express still has not delivered the check for any of the $$ they owe me & my company. With the removal of the 2nd $6000 discount and the additional $2048.00, we are over charged $8048.00 from what the deal we agreed to purchase the car for. PLUS the Extra Taxes for the Items. I'm dumbfounded that they wouldn't take it, because they wouldn't get a kickback from financing and since they can increase prices purely claiming "market demand". Was contacted by Jeff Wyler Cadillac wanting to buy our 2017 ATS-V. We agreed to bring over. Mind you the car is a California car with 20,000 miles on it and has a brand new battery and all 4 rims. Your representative Harold McPeek said because the tire tread depth was low the car was only in "fair" condition. Car is immaculate inside and out, never driven in snow. Your offer was actually below the amount listed on kbb.com as a trade in value. Please note that kbb does not consider tire condition when they estimate trade in value. Had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. I received a confirmation text that morning to respond yes I was coming which I did. I was told the vehicle would cleaned and out front upon my arrival. When I arrived I couldn't locate my salesperson or the vehicle. I tried to phone the salesperson and reached his voicemail. I went inside to the receptionist. She paged him with no response, Then another salesperson finally found him. He stated to me he had to leave and someone else would show me the vehicle. That person could not find the keys and it was way out on the lot. I went home ver aggravated. The next day I received a notice from the salesperson that I had missed my appointment and would I like to reschedule?! Really?!!! What in the world is going on there? I have been in a funk for over a week now, trying to reconcile the feelings I walked away with after my dealings with Jeff Wyler Cadillac, My Story is long and involved but I am satisfied that this Dealership is NOT the same as I knew it to be when I first leased back in 2013, I have had my dealings with Thompson McConnell, I have Leased from Camargo, I have leased for over 10years, this last encounter with Jeff Wyler has left me reeling.... I will never allow another Sales Consultant or Finance Manager speak to me or treat me the way I was treated You did me absolutely no favors, What I ask for was not exceptional, I have many friends and Family who drive a Cadillac in fact there is an organization here in Cincinnati called "The Cadillac Club" it will certainly be their choice to deal with you but I would be remiss to not give them a heads up about coming that way. read more

We found a car on the Jeff Wyler Fairfield web site that seemed to be good fit for our son. On April 26, 2021, I verified its availability on the dealer web site and immediately drove 30+ miles to the dealership to see it in person. As we started to enter the dealership I realized I had left my mask in my car. My son entered while I returned to my car to retrieve my mask. After I entered the dealership I discovered the salesperson had already photocopied my son's driver's license before showing us any car, and then we were told the car was not in the system and "must have been sold." I found the car on the web site using my phone and showed it to the salesperson, who had no response other than it "must have been sold." As we left I had the feeling the salesperson simply did not want to be bothered by a young adult despite my being with him and our being fully prepared to pay cash for the car. On April 27 the car was still on the web site and its price had increased. I called the dealership to verify the car was available. I was told it was available, and I left my number and asked to be contacted by a sales manager. None ever called. I called again early in the day on April 28 and left a voicemail, but no one ever returned my call. Perhaps the salesperson simply made a mistake when telling us the car was not available April 26, perhaps the dealership was too busy for anyone to return my call on April 27, and perhaps no one actually retrieved the voice mail I left on April 28. I would dismiss any of one of these occurrences in isolation, but in my opinion, together they represent three strikes against Jeff Wyler Fairfield. I recommend other prospective buyers consider my experience and be careful when interacting with this dealership. read more

Because of another dealer's problem, I had a 2014 Kia Sorento SXL towed to Jeff Wyler Kia to be serviced. Long story short, another supposedly reputable dealer in Dayton sold the Sorento knowing that it would stall out randomly. It wasn't until I drove back to Cincinnati before I realize that it is a major problem. Although their service technicians initially were unable to replicate the stalling problem, service advisor Bob Koren went above and beyond his responsibility and drove the vehicle for 20 minutes to replicate the problem and confirm that what I experienced was not a fluke. They were very responsive to me, kept me updated on everything they were doing, including diagnosis and proposed fixes. At this point, I simply wanted my old car back from the Dayton dealership so they helped me to get all my stuff out of the Sorento in to a rental car so that I can simply swap everything out when the Dayton dealership gives me my old car back. Even after I left, they were still very responsive because I left my license plate and garage opener in the Sorento. They retrieved them for me and delivered them on my visit later that day. Even then, they still helped me by giving me a couple of license plate screws, figured out how to get my old rusted screws out of my old vehicle and installed my license plate back on it. Note, throughout this whole time, they didn't charge me a penny for any of this. Granted the Dayton area dealership was paying for the diagnosis and fix. Everything they did was very forthcoming about what's wrong with the vehicle, how to fix it, and my options. It is thanks to Bob Koren and the team of service technicians that I have decided to make my next purchase at Jeff Wyler Kia after the sale is nullified with the Dayton dealership. A dealership is only as good as its service department, and Wyler Kia's is top-notch. I look forward to working with them on my next vehicle purchase. read more

We really enjoyed working with Tony Wallace at Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia. He was quick, honest, and trusting -- something you don't find often while car shopping, but something you need more of. The first day we went in to look for a specific car that they did not have and met Tony, he said he would call us when/if it came in. I left, looked at my husband and said, "I want him to get the commission on our purchase". That's how great of an impression he made on us -- the loyalty was already there. I've recently responded to a advertisement that was posted on social media, spoken to a girl named Alyson on messenger as she explained about this "program" and I've warned her about my credit and such. But this Facebook ad that turned out to be false advertisement that was too good to be true. The advertisement states a special program where they pay off your car with your current loan and start out fresh with a new car to wipe out clean with your current loan with no down payments. Not true. They didn't even appraise my car. When upon arrival, they took all my information. And told me to have down payment when the advertisement states no down payment and to help pay off my car and have income of $1,800 a month which I had that information but the down payment. I knew I was skeptical and knew everything their doing to bring you in with this false advertisement to get all your information and not help with this so called special program their using. It's wrong to bring people in on false technicality with this advertisement. Never will I come to any Jeff Wyler dealership again. This is a low blow on their part. read more

I wish I didn't have to give at least one star for this dealership. I was 2 years in on a 3 year lease on a brand new Nissan Versa Note (SL + SV Tech Package), amazing condition, very low mileage, and I loved it. I began to receive endless phone calls, emails, and paper mail from Roy, one of the dealers here. I gave him a call, and he explained their certified pre-owned inventory was low, so they wanted me to turn my lease in early and get a brand new car! Sounds great, right?! I set up to meet Roy around 2PM to see what my options were. Roy seemed very excited when he saw my car, and even mentioned how he didn't even know they made my models with many of the features it had. I very heavily expressed to Roy specific things I MUST have in the next vehicle to leave with a new one today. (Push to start, color I wanted, streaming bluetooth audio, etc) but Roy could not care less. He excitedly took me to my first option - a BASE MODEL Versa Note in white. I didn't even open the car door when I saw the roll-up windows and immediately told him no. He then pressured me to look at two other base models, and I kept saying no, and kept resetting my expectations with him. I literally sat at this dealership for EIGHT HOURS. Roy treated me very poorly, and even made me cry at one point when he told me I could turn in my car now, or when my lease ends they'll take my car away I will be car-less. He bullied me into buying a decent vehicle that I did not want. I'm glad Roy and Jeff Wyler got my amazing Versa Note, which they can resell for so much, meanwhile I am driving a car I hate. read more

Jeff Wyler Nissan Fairfield OH is not a good place to buy your vehicle. I brought my 2012 Nissan Rogue from them 3yrs ago now and I have had nothing but problems and headaches. I've been complaining before the warranty went out that the truck was making bad noise and they had me fixing everything but the problem. Brakes, Rotors, Tie Rods, Hub Bearings, Axle etc. The transmission went out back in February 2018 and I fought with them and Nissan Corp to replace we all came to an agreement and got it out in. I'm still hearing the same noise and now the service manager Bobby Otis went email me back or return my calls. I've been patient, very understanding but I'm over it. And I still have a car payment. I purchased my Kia telluride 3 months ago. The title and sales tax check I received in the mail was issued to the wrong state. I've been trying to get this fixed for at least 2 and a half months!! Jose did an Awesome job!! Unfortunately I didn't find a car to fit me and the super tall boy. But Jose took the time, to ask me what I wanted, and not ask my fiance who was with me. Yes they talked cars, and boy stuff, but when it came to the car, it was all about what I wanted/needed, and what I liked. He was super helpful, and let me go out on a test drive, and didn't tag along. He never once talked down to me, or like I didn't know what I wanted. He even thought of some cars that I hadn't thought about, which was great. I just wished I would have found something that worked from him. Deceptive sales practices. Did not honor written agreement by sales rep. Sign here and this is a done deal. Managers (two of them would not honor). Called and was told about a car. We said we would only pay $x for that year and mileage. Sales rep said price not a problem. We have that in a text message. Come in and now price $6k more. Remove extra warranty and still $3k over. Then offered $1 for trade in. Then manager, per sales rep, can only give $500. So now price $14.2 Rep then said let's split the difference and wrote on the sheet $13,900. Sign and underline. Said sign and this is a done deal. We signed. Then two managers said no we won't honor that. Eric and Nick. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but considering their ratings Jeff Wyler clearly doesn't care. Filed with Kia Motors - do they want this company representing them? I would hope not if Kia ever wants me to buy a Kia. Will file with Ohio Attorney general for their deceptive sales practices. I know, Jeff Wyler doesn't care. I know nothing will come of this, but if just one person changes their mind and chooses not to give their money to Jeff Wyler then that would be good. Read their BBB reviews and complaints. Worked with Brian Landers in the sales dept to buy a 2019 sportage. Overall great service and very happy with the car. Pretty straight forward negotiations on price and trade in. This is the 3rd Kia my wife has owned so she's happy with the brand. Brian has great knowledge about the car but we did our own research before hand. Overall a great experience. read more
