Ok so I go up to "Lancaster Tire " looking to get a engine flush and oil change that was…read morerecommended by "E" the so called manager of this establishment as he recommended this work be done a week prior as I was there getting a slow leak repaired on one of my tires. He told me to bring my own engine flush because they didn't sell the flush there. So I come in for my engine flus and oil change and I'm there just 15 min. before shop opened and there was "E" about to open the store..O he already has a attitude about working on Saturday. I say how are this morning good man..he replied I was ok till I seen you in that dam Caddilac...um like what did I do to deserve that bro. He then says I ain't even trying to be here for nobody today. So after waiting 15 more min for him to get his day started he pulls in my vehicle and starts the oil change as I told him before I would bring my own bottle of engine flush that I did leave on the drivers seat so that he wouldn't miss seeing it. I wait another 45 min as he and a few other workers clown around and drag their feet ..then finally I get my car pulled out of the garage and "E" tells me I'm all done..I say did you put the engine flush in the motor before changing the oil? He replies yes I did. So I pay for my service and paid extra for the flush..then when I get a mile down the road I noticed my engine light came on and I began to smell oil so I pulled over and lifted my hood only to find my oil cap on to of my radiator so I put the oil cap back on the valve cover where it belonged. When I get back in my vehicle I noticed the from under my seat slid the bottle of engine flush that I asked "E" to use during the required service I paid him for. Hmmm so I then check my oil and I pull my dip stick only to find out that my oil was dirty and was a quart lower than when I first pulled into the shop. I must say totally confused and furious to learn that not only did they change my oil nor flush the engine, But somewhere down the line I lost a whole quart of oil ! No I have been going to Lancaster tire and auto for no I have been going to Lancastor tire and oil for several years but at that point several years, But to have this happen who is truly all unacceptable..I then went down the street to Kwick Kar & Lube On Pleasant Run across fro Jack in the Box and have been going there every since.

I have severely hard feelings against this place. My husband and I were told it was a great place…read moreto go, so we went. Our Dodge Ram Quad truck had messed up and although drive-able, something was definitely needing attention. Apparently due to some malfunctions with this particular motor set up (or something along those lines) we managed to get a cracked head. Which the mechanic said was ohhhh soooo popular in this particular year model. After extensive research online we found he was in fact telling the truth. :( But in the meantime, we left the truck there until we decided if we were gonna go forward with fixing the truck or replacing the truck altogether. We had permission from the mechanic/owner (Mr. Kiser) to leave the truck there beside his business, In all fairness to him, he did tell us that where he said we could park the truck did belong to the city of Lancaster, but that they never bothered the vehicles there. So we left the truck and periodically checked in with him. We did attempt to go get the truck, but it would not start. So he told us that there was something else wrong with the truck and it would cost us $150 just for him to do something to make it start again. We elected not to go that route and just hire a tow truck. But we were taking our time about it. So one morning we go up there and decide to let him know that we're just going to have it picked up (because we had decided o just sell it) and imagine our surprise when the truck is GONE!!!!! Of course he maintains that he assumed we had already picked it up. Then he proceeds to inform us that the city of Lancaster had placed a citation of some sort on it a week or two earlier. Now here is where the story turns a little bit. When my husband went to the city of Lancaster not only had they not towed it, but they informed us no citation has been issued for that vin numbered truck. So long story short, my husband and I were left with no vehicle, no answers from the owner, and no explanation from anybody. My personal opinion is that the owner knows more than he's offering, but if I could prove that I already would have. So I would say be very CAUTIOUS while doing business with this particular establishment!
