I thought about my order for exactly 6.4 seconds and went with the 3 Finger Combo, which included four of the five menu items. Honestly, this place is perfect for kids, exhausted parents, and anyone who gets anxiety trying to order at restaurants with more than six options. After ordering, we grabbed our iced tea and headed for the condiment station, where I discovered the true MVP of the experience... ketchup ON TAP. If you sit in the high top table basically people are standing right next to you as you eat. They need to figure out a better way for customers to line up and pick up since the space is so small and customers end up next to or hovering above customers eating. Dining area was fairly clean and staff is doing the best they can. They do get the line moving quickly as well as orders. Bathrooms were a mess. Food was good - very hot (temp wise) so if you have kiddos pull it apart to cool. Delicious and good portion. I will say packaging for kids combo is meh and also there wasn't a prize and the line was too big to ask for one. Food tasted like it would at any location. Soda machine was down but luckily we are tea drinkers. Probably go back but would be drive-thru. Might take a few months to figure out that dining situation.

They needed more seasoning, and the ranch lacked flavor. The queso dip 1/10 tasted very similar to the jarred Tostitos queso you can buy at the grocery store. The bright spot of our visit was our server, Miranda. She was attentive, friendly, kept our drinks filled, and regularly checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Her service was excellent. If the food matched the quality of the service, O'Charley's could still be a place worth visiting. Sadly, the recipes and overall food quality just aren't what they used to be. As with most Dickey's, the space is small with the counter and open air kitchen taking up a good portion of the interior. I have a few go-to's when we visit Dickey's, which is on random office outings for lunch. Dickey's is in the rotation, so we see the inside of this place at least quarterly. 100% of the time I order the two meat plate with sliced brisket and jalapeno sausage with fried okra and mac n cheese. Round that out with filling that yellow cup with sweet tea! The food is solid, not the best barbecue, but good for a chain spot. The space has a worn feeling by design, but also could use a bit of TLC in some areas in the dining space and restrooms. Dining room is always clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, Dickey's is and will remain in the lunch time rotation!

Now the giant baker I underestimated that it would be this filling so i got a side of brisket, but the baker is more than enough on its own. However, im glad I had the brisket because it was amazing...so juicy and tender. So if lunch order went so well I can imagine it taste 10x better when dining in. I will be back!
