However, there were quite a few buckets placed here & there on counters & the floor. We were helped by James, who greeted us soon after we entered. He was knowledgeable, talked of other customer experiences for reference, gave his opinion, discussed different scenarios to consider, & spoke with candor. We felt comfortable to take our time to look around. Information would be provided & then we'd be given space to discuss on our own. It never felt pushy or judgmental. The Cafe model we wanted wasn't physically there to see, but we were shown other Cafe & GE models, & had the similarities & differences explained to know what the features were on the one we'd be purchasing. The ordering experience at James's desk was comfortable. We sat on bar seats with a large screen to view on our side that mirrored the computer screen that James worked on. He was very thorough & double-checked everything with us. He was also conversational & humorous during the process. We opted to go with the pro installation team that could handle any possible snafus that could come up (like cabinetry measurements being off) versus a basic install that would only involve taking out the old & putting in the new. There was an initial scheduling issue with the installation. It got mitigated, but resulted in a delay of an hour from our original time slot. The installers were respectful & efficient. They informed us of a small issue & consulted on how it could be resolved. We are satisfied customers.

It must though, and how convenient that is for us today! Best Buy offers services like Geek Squad, a 24/7 tech support, virus removal, hardware installation, data backup, and PC tune-ups. Appliance services, cell phone services, recycling programs for your TVs, computers, and cell phones. Customers can book a service through the Best Buy website. My daughter needed a new set of headphones. Something lightweight with noise cancelation. As we walked into the store, we went from super bright sunlight to air conditioned and shade. The headphones were easy to find. They were just beyond the smart watches up front. While she glanced at the headphones, I checked out their smart watches, which were ok to look at, but you couldn't test any of them, so I lost interest quick. Just past those were the headphones. We were able to test a few of them, but most of them weren't hooked up to try. That's where they could've made a bit more money with us... but since we couldn't test those, my daughter decided on the Sony headphones. She felt they were suitable for her jogs and working out. No one was around to really help us out with talking about the perks of each of the headphones. Thankfully, these weren't locked up, as others were. Checking out was a little confusing with all the blue counters everywhere. Their actual check out counter was crammed in the very front in a corner. As I said, from the outside of this store it looks lonely... and the only interaction we really got was at the register and he looked like he didn't want to be there. We weren't offered an extra warranty, just the price of the headphones with tax. When we got home, she put them on right away. She let me try them, too, and they sounded great. We really like the noise cancellation. There is enough bass and not too much. We liked that we got into the store quickly and checked out fast since there was not a line.. After a few more days, she told me they stay on pretty good while she goes to the gym and for her jogs. Definitely worth the $83+tax.

They didn't have one part --a 1" spring loaded slip flow check valve. They didn't know what a 'crack pressure' on a spring flow valve was. Only had a hing valve. That only works for horizontal positions & one vertical position when flow is against gravity. Not my situation. I felt I was going to get it BC of --some reason. So I bought. It was larger than the install dimensions of the job piping so I would need bushings. Great now I will look like a rookie plumber. A 'Rube Goldberg' install. So pro that ... After driving back to the job I decided there was no Zombie Armageddon. I went to HD got the CORRECT PARTS in stock. Three parts for $20.00 w/ a snack @ HD as opposed to 5 parts @ Ferguson for $50.00 w/out a snack. What? I'm a licensed CA plumber. I called to reschedule and no one ever returned my call. I had to make a second claim with my home warranty and Appliance Paramedic refused to take the claim stating their technician lost time and productivity for the first call. Not a good example of treating customers like you want to be treated. To top it off I received a bill in the mail from my home warranty carrier for $75. The $75 was the fee for Appliance Paramedic coming out to my house for the service call that never happened. So, Appliance Paramedic did not loose any money, I did. Now I have to pay the $75 service fee to them for a service that never happened and to another appliance repair company who is actually going to follow through and fix my dish washer. What a lousy way to do business in a small town. The good news is word of mouth gets around.
