I asked for a biscuit. Eggs were fine. The home fries and the biscuit tasted the same. Obviously the grill imparted a "flavor" to the home fries and biscuit as both were grilled. This flavor was not good. The crispy bacon was ok. Had black marks on it that I could not u sweat and from cooking. My son's two eggs, half order of biscuits and gravy with bacon he enjoyed. As we were paying I noticed I had ordered the special 7-9 daily for 8.99 but I was charged 10.50. When I asked she said I gave you extra bacon I thought you would want that. At that point I scratched Sally's off the list and will never return. Kinda shady.

The atmosphere is very retro and relaxed. There are different seat options from booths to tables. The servers were AMAZING, kind, and attentive. As soon as we walked in they were asking us for our drink orders and giving us menus. There was a vide variety of breakfast options and some lunch options to choose from. I went with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin with a side of hash browns. The sandwich tasted very homemade and I love that! The sausage was probably my fav part. Although I asked for my hasbrowns to be crispy and they were, they also lacked flavor so next time I may ask for them to be cooked regularly!

But they're not really like any empanada I've had before. Granted I feel like I've only ever really had Cuban empanadas, so that makes sense. And while I like the flaky breadiness of those, I really enjoyed these too! The outside gave more of a crispy cornbread vibe which was delicious. I thought I would like the beef empanada the most, but I ended up liking the Hawaiian one more. I love the sweetness of the pineapple, and it was just a lot moister than the other meats. But really, everything was so good. The pandebonos, buñuelo, tequeños - all delicious. But I do wish they were served a little hotter. They do stay warm behind the counter, but I think it would have been even better if they were heated up again before being served.

I can't speak to the food because I didn't eat anything during my visit so this review is based off of the coffee and the ambiance as well as the service. The whole coffee flight concept is an awesome idea! Especially to coffee lovers who want to try more than one thing. A really, really solid idea that more places should pick up on. This is honestly what impressed me the most. Also, they're really creative about their coffee options. I love that there is a coquito latte, and initially that was what I was going to order but then I saw an iced nutella foam latte on there and that won my vote. I'm not really sure what i was expecting. It was beautifully presented and I love that it was not sweet, it was just right. The consistency however was more like a milkshake rather than an iced coffee and after having half of it I was already over it; its very rich. It's a small place with indoor and outdoor seating. I like that they have that Morro design inside just like in Puerto Rico. Service was friendly and timely. I do plan to come back again and try one of their sandwiches.

Our server was attentive and friendly, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the morning. We ordered the Veggie Omelet, which came with home fries and toast. Omelet was enough to split with 2 people but got extra home fries. Food tasted fresh and hit the spot. The omelet was cooked well and full of veggies. The home fries had a good flavor to them but were on softer side as I like mine pretty crispy. It was quality comfort food. We also tried the Regular French Toast, which was soft and fluffy. Very good ending to breakfast. Highly recommend!

Super kind, attentive, and great. Since it is in Avalon Park, the parking isn't great, but we were able to snag a parallel parking spot. For food, I got the Bagelini with cheddar cheese and an Asiago bagel - loved it!! The bagel was still super fluffy even after being panini-pressed. My boyfriend got the Chicken and Waffles (a special they had) and loved the flavor of the chicken! They also started us out with a little fried pastry that we thought was decent, but not something we particularly loved. Prices were on par with just about every other brunch spot we love! I will definitely be back.

My friend treated me to a birthday lunch this week and when we got to the table, the staff had a birthday card waiting for me! How thoughtful! We came during happy hour and decided to try a few small plates and drinks. The Egg Rolls are a must! They were packed with flavor and a variety of ingredients. My friend especially loved the shrimp. We also tried the quesadillas and sliders on the happy hour menu. Both dishes tasted incredible! Sadly, though the happy hour has half priced apps, the plates are also half sized. They were absolutely delicious, but the dishes felt overpriced for the portion size. As for drinks, I tried the sangria flight. I wasn't expecting such a full portion size and was pleasantly surprised with that. I did, however, only find 2 of the 4 drinks to be especially tasty. I wouldn't order that flight again, but would be interested in their wine offerings. I loved the low lighting in the space as it set such a calm and laid back mood. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and especially loved the food! Totally recommend.

I'd go back again for dinner and try out their brunch sometime.
