CAN THE MISO SESAME BAGEL BE PERMANENT????? Okay guys...this is my first time EVER having Jeff's Bagels. SO GOOD! I did two mobile orders in the time span of a couple of days. One was personal and one was for my office. First of all, their app is easy to navigate to place orders. I noticed that the bagel of the day that was coming up was a Miso Sesame Bagel - I was ALL in to try that and I'm so glad I got two because they were PHENOMENAL! I also ordered the Rosemary Salt, Jalapeno Cheddar, Asiago Everything and a Cacio Pepe, all good but the Miso Sesame was still my favorite. Everyone is very friendly when you walk in. The mobile order pick-up is around the corner from the order counter. Both of the times I placed an order my order was ready by the time I arrived. I love that the hot dozen bagels were baked to order and fresh! Everyone in the office really enjoyed that they were still hot! All in all, a pleasant experience. Even the cappuccino was pretty good. What a delight! My buddy Paul and I rode our bikes the 15 miles, from his house in Oviedo, to Jeff's Bagel Run, because we heard they had excellent noms. We were not disappointed. This was my attempt at giving Jeff's another try because I genuinely wanted to see if my opinion had changed. I decided to do a little experiment. First, I ordered a bagel the way Jeff's serves them: warmed with cream cheese on the side. I'm sorry, but it's just not good. In my opinion, the whole "bagel bakery" concept feels like an excuse to avoid getting the proper food license needed to actually toast bagels, which is how they're traditionally served. Next, I bought another bagel and took it home to toast it myself. The difference was incredible. It was infinitely better. I would honestly be a regular customer if Jeff's simply toasted their bagels. For comparison, I then went to Brooklyn Water Bagel and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It was less expensive than Jeff's, the bagel was larger, and the overall experience was much better. To me, there's just no comparison. I'll continue choosing Brooklyn Water Bagel over Jeff's. Furthermore, this particular location felt a bit dirty during my visit, which didn't leave the best impression. On a positive note, the staff were nice and friendly, and I appreciated their customer service. Jeff's Bagel Run has done an excellent job building a cute, trendy brand and marketing itself, but for me, the actual bagels don't live up to the hype. I really wanted to like it, but after giving it another chance, I still don't see the appeal. read more

Spent $25 here for a half dozen, spread flight, and large latte. Worth all $25 because the bagels were fresh and chewy AND the spreads were flavorful! Everyone was so nice and patient, but I also know it was early morning when I went so they seemed a little tired (completely understand). I ordered a banana bread latte, and it tastes a little artificial than the other ones I've had at other places. So I think I would just a different latte next time. Honestly I was so excited to try this spot because people are always talking about it. I was really disappointed. The two tables they have inside were gross, haven't been cleaned for a while, and you could tell people had tried to help themselves using napkins because the floors were also gross. The trash cans inside and on the patio were both overflowing. I witnessed another customer come inside to say she had just come through the drive through and was shorted a specific item in her order. The employee literally shrugged and said "yeah we are out of it" when the customer said she had paid for it the employee agreed...so please explain to me how a customer would go through the drive through, order, pay, get an order handed out incorrectly even though the employee knew she didn't have what was ordered?! The employee did give her something else but seemed totally unfazed by this. Additionally the menu is not user friendly for anyone who doesn't have a smart device with data. It literally says to download their app to see full menu. So not only do I have to use my phone I also need their app, not just an internet browser. I'm all for saving paper, but another option would be stellar. I didn't want their app at all in my phone. The bagel I got was an everything bagel. It was way too salty (like as part of the everything bagel topping, not the dough) and while it was warm I would have preferred toasted which wasn't an option. I won't be visiting again. There's other places to get a bagel that is just as good. read more

I have been to this location about 3 times since it has opened. I visited the first time on opening day and I have to commend y'all that even with the crowd of people, the line and service moved swiftly. There was plenty of employees working so everything was quick. I ordered a coffee and was thrilled when I was gifted a Jeff's Bagel Run coffee koozie! What a fun surprise. I waited on the side for about 5 minutes for the bagels to be cut and a few more minutes for the coffee. I ordered a yummy latte. For a bagel, I got a cinnamon sugar bagel with the banana cream cheese. It was a great sweet bagel combo. On another visit, I had a 6 free bagel coupon that was sent to me in the mail. I redeemed it for an array of bagels. I also got the 3 cream cheese flight, as well. I was disappointed with the amount of toppings on some of the bagels, especially the everything bagel and onion. There was minimal on top and it could have used more to really achieve the flavor I was looking for. The cream cheese options are great. A favorite of mine is the cannoli flavor. I have been hearing all the hype about Jeff's Bagel Run since they opened, and my first time trying it was to try the mikes hot honey pepperoni bagel, which was good! It could've definitely used more hot honey because I only noticed a faint touch of sweetness and it mostly just tasted like pizza, but it was still really good. Came back for a second time to try the French onion soup bagel and everything bagel, and both were a miss. The cheese on the French onion bagel was way too over baked and hard, and there was an overwhelming amount of black pepper under the cheese that completely took over every bite. The everything bagel was ridiculously salty, literally couldn't keep eating it without scraping all the seasoning off to get the salt off. I am willing to keep trying their weekly flavor specials in hopes that it was just an off day! read more

I visited this location on garlic bread bagel day. The bagel was so fluffy and full of flavor. Ordered the cream cheese flight with jalapeño cream cheese, chive & onion, pimento cheese. The jalepeno cream cheese had a good balance of not too hot and cream cheese flavor. The chive/onion was the favorite for me. The chive flavor mixed with fresh onions hit the spot. Pimento was very good. I also ordered the banana bread latte. Full of flavor and good coffee. I only went thru the drive through, did not go inside. read more

I have been to many Jeff's locations but this was my first visit to this one in particular. It definitely feels a bit more spacious than some other locations, and I like that they also have a drive thru option. My bagel was warm and the cream cheese had a nice flavor to it. The service was alright, I ordered on the app because I wanted to use some reward points, but when the app told me my food was ready I had to ask and they still hadn't even gotten the bagel out yet. Once I let them know, they did it quickly but it was weird that the service didn't correspond to what the app told me. Otherwise, a pretty decent experience and a nice newer location. read more

C'mon Jeff... get some toasters! Not all of your bagels are hot (or even warm) all the time and I can't count on the luck of the draw with showing up right when they're done. Unless you're doing made to order bagels (which I don't recommend), then get a toaster! And if all you're doing is cutting them, at least cut them evenly! One of the two bagels I took home wouldn't even fit in the toaster... and it's not a Fisher Price toaster either. As far as bagels go, these are pretty good. Sure, it's not NYC but for Orlando, they hit the mark. The bagel dough is pretty good with a bit of a chew, but still bite-able. If you get a flavored bagel, most of the seasoning/toppings are on the top only. Which makes sense but if you're an eat the bagel like an open faced sandwich person, the bottom part is always sub-par. I went in at 1:45 (they close at 2p) and it was a mess of employees cleaning and getting ready to close with no regard for a customer walking in. It was soooooo loud and I was the only customer in there. I could barely hear the cashier. They had a few bagels that caught my eye and I picked up a French Onion (delicious) and a sesame seed and two sides of cream cheese. Also, they do NOT put the cream cheese on the bagel, which is fine if you're getting them to go. However, if you plan on eating them there, then look to have a mess on your hands (and lap). Seating is limited so you may be vacuuming seeds out of your vehicle later. I'm stuck getting them to go from now on. The sides of cream cheese are packed nicely and the bagels are good toasted. Jeff Spiegel on his ideal for bagel, enthusiasts. I tried their Orlando location without realizing that they have multiple locations, including down in Boca Raton, Florida. The establishment is a casual grab and go with a couple of tables inside and one or two small tables outside. One thing to note is that they do not sell bagel sandwiches. They sell fresh bagels only with different spread options. I was a little disappointed because I didn't know that they would not have a bacon egg and cheese bagel for me. But since I was there, I decided to grab one of their cheese variety bagels with regular cream cheese bread to share with my partner. The bagels were nice and warm. Service was pretty quick. The newest location for this franchise in the Orlando area. They just opened a couple weeks back and everything so far has been great. I went on their opening day and was welcomed warmly by the staff. They thoroughly explained how they operate and how their bagels are made. They have a rotating menu to keep things interesting so be sure to ask what they're offering when you head in. I opted for the blueberry bagel with the cinnamon cream cheese spread. And I also ended up getting my husband one of the blueberry teas. Everything came out pretty quickly, despite there being a pretty big line for their opening. The bagel was super tasty, as was the spread, and my husband really enjoyed the tea and said he would definitely need to go back to try it again. While there is limited indoor and outdoor seating, most people take their offerings to go so I doubt it would be challenging to find a spot. read more

I came here to this location one morning since I had a coupon for a free bagel. The place was clean with a little seating area. I got an everything bagel and it was ready in a flash. It came in a nice little bag and was wrapped nicely. I brought the bagel home to make a sandwich. It was delicious! I liked the toppings for the everything seasoning and it was perfectly dense. Next time, I may grab a drink. I do wish they offered sandwiches (like egg, ham, and cheese) in addition to their smears/spreads. I've been to one of their other locations before, but that wasn't a great experience since I went on a day when their credit card/internet went down and it was pure chaos. Ohhhh this location just opened two weeks ago and it will be my go to from now on ! Located in the old Starbucks location and same plaza as LA fitness and Target on colonial. Staff are so nice and friendly and suggested a good combo of cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese smear ( holy yes please ). I used my app to ensure I add my points as well. Ambiance is nice because they have plenty of seating inside and some outside. This location is the only one with a drive thru as well so it's a 10/10 honey ! read more

I'm so excited for Jeff's Bagel Run's growth in our community. It's been awhile since I've visited, and it seems like their menu has changed a lot. This was my first time at this new location, and they are super efficient. They have a line at the drive thru as well as the counter, and they were cramming out the orders. The service was quick and friendly. I got my order to go. We ordered a half dozen, 3 everything, 3 jalapeño cheddar with 3 different smears to go. Everyone tasted fresh, the bagel has a nice crust and chew. *** My 2 complaints are the jalapeño cheddar did not have any jalapeños to be seen, with very little jalapeño flavor. And the 3 smears we ordered, one came in a smaller container then the rest which felt odd. Therefore, I had to take a star away :( Otherwise, everything was great I would still go back, we love supporting local, the quality was good, maybe this was an off day or something. First time trying Jeff's and it was yummy! My favorite was the rosemary salt bagel and the cinnamon vanilla latte was delicious! The spot is casual with two tables inside and a few outside. Most people were ordering To-go or picking up their order. We opted to try a couple bagels there and the Asiago bagel had a nice cheesy crunch on the outside. Finally one close to me! These are great bagels, and despite being opening day with lines out the door, service was friendly and efficient! I got their everything bagel and rosemary salt bagel with a side of chives and onions - sooo good! Bagels were crispy on the outside and fluffy + chewy on the inside. Couldn't stop eating and would've definitely gotten more if I had less self control! I may try one of their sweet combo next time I have a sweet tooth. I visited this Jeff's location for their grand opening, which went beautifully! It was a great turnout and the delicious bagels we know and love. The asiago everything bagel is my easy, favorite, but they're constantly rotating selection of bagels of the day make a visit always interesting. The bagels here are really good, soft and chewy with a little bit of crunch. My one complaint is for some unfathomable reason they take the order while you are looking directly at what's available, but don't work on it for 5, 10, 15 minutes and by then what you wanted is gone and you have to substitute. Happened to me and 3 other people while I waited. It makes sense to do it the way everyone else does, package them as you order. read more
