I initially came in intending to purchase three bagels, but was encouraged to purchase three additional ones. After completing my purchase, I asked if I could have a small amount of strawberry jam. I had declined cream cheese earlier and did not request any toasting. When I returned to ask for a small portion of jam, I was told there would be an additional charge. Got into town early and we were looking for something to eat when we drove by this Einstein Bros Bagels. We don't have any of these near our place so we stopped by and I had the Oktoberfest. It was pretty good but I was really looking forward to an Everything Bagel with Lox. They didn't have that here. The guy that took our order was fantastic. Super friendly with the crowd and worked well with his coworkers. Introducing himself to a new worker and I appreciated how nice he was to that person. I stopped in here for something to eat before a meeting and a bagel is always a safe bet. I went with sesame seed because who needs everything bagel breath and poppy seeds in your teeth. Einstein bagels aren't the chewy delicious NY bagels that everyone loves. However, they are great for sandwiches and schemers as everything doesn't go squirting out when you take a bite. It's all relative though, at least that's what Einstein would say. This location was good, quick and the staff was friendly. Parking was a bit tight, but it is what it is. This was only my second time ever at this location, but was in the area and close to stop. I am a very frequent customer to EB but visit others closer to where I live. The team on this day seemed rather disorganized, but that's only my opinion. Hash browns are often eaten with the addition of ketchup, but none is available at this EB (although it is in others in the city). Was advised that was discontinued years ago. I decided I would use some of my reward points for a cinnamon roll to enjoy with my beverage. Was advised they were currently not available. First time stopping here after work, this sandwich was so filling & delicious, I was pleasantly surprised with the options of coffee, drinks and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. In the Los Angeles County, Ca., there was only a few stores and none lived by me so I never tried it until now. Best BAGEL BREAKFAST EVERRRRRRR i got the farmhouse bagel. The bagel was made out of HASHBROWN -- wtf?!! WOW best thing ever!! I want to try every breakfast bagel now because I'm so impressed!! I had stopped drinking coffee for three weeks. Let me start this off with possibly any answer that might onspire anger and/or criticism. It might have people demands I return to my Northeastern roots. But I will say it anyway. Florida does not have great Bagels. Florida does not have Bagels at compared to the Northeast. Yes, we have pockets here and there of an exceptional Bagel experience, but Einstein Brothers Bagels are not one of them. Please don't misunderstand, it is an okay place to grab a bagel. Service is friendly and the bagels are okay. From Florida, they might be pretty good. I love Bagels, it is something that I missed. So, I accept the bagels from places like this. Maybe it is a bit of snobbery or that I am looking at my Northeastern roots with somewhat rose cilored glasses. Einstein Brothers Bagels are good for Florida. You can always expect a wait at Einstein's but man is it worth it. I love how I can always get a free iced coffee with my purchase and then the brunch special through the app is elite. You get a bagel, muffin and hash brown for $8 and then the free coffee! I just want to give them all a big hug! I haven't eaten at Einstein in a few years. Don't know why I ever stopped but I am so happy I gave them another try. Everything about Einstein was amazing. They have definitely stepped up their game. The staff was so friendly and even recommended some items on the menu. They did not disappoint!!! I ended up ordering a total of six sandwiches for the family. The tasty turkey brunch special was amazing. The cucumber definitely brought it to life. I also tried the Nova Lox and a few other items. This is the best Einstein Bros. Bagels store in the area. I have been to several others and the quality of service is not as good as this location. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I want to particularly give kudos to Melanie whose outgoing personality makes her stand out. She greets everyone with a smile and makes you feel welcome. Definitely lives up to the name. They have Bagels of all kinds and this location usually has all of them available and ready to go. I've noticed that at some of the other locations they do run out at the flavors pretty early that this one that's not the case. The parking lot here is pretty small and cant get very busy. There's about 15 parking spots and not a lot of room to maneuver. I've been here before a couple times where there's nowhere to park and you might have to wait for someone to come out, or try again another time. The staff is really nice and quick to greet you when you walk in. The inside itself looks like it's a little older and has been around for a while, it could probably use a little bit of an inside upgrade. The countertops also are a little worn down and look like they've been used for some time and could maybe use replacement. This is just an aesthetic thing, it doesn't impact the bagels or the service at anyway so really not that big a deal. This is also a great place to come and pick up a bulk order to treat your co-workers or friends to Bagels and cream cheese in the morning. It's a healthier alternative than donuts and they have plenty of variety of flavors for everyone to get what they like. They also have a Rewards Club I suggest you sign up for because it gives you coupons through the mail and email. The Rewards Club also offers discounts and Deals throughout the year. My daughters and I arrived more than hour before closing. We ordered bagels with cream cheese, kind a hard to mess up, with Tomato and cucumber. Again not a very hard order. We happen to check our order when we got into the car because we've had issues with this location before. Every single one of the four bagels on our order was wrong. None of the vegetables that we paid extra for we're on the bagels. And they were barley any cream cheese on the bagels on one of the bagels, the cc was only on half the the bagel. When I went back in and told him that all of the orders were wrong (I did wait until they served the customer in front of me) they looked at me like I was crazy. They decided to take two more orders before fixing mine. When they finally gave it to me the lady stood at the end of the bar on the other side of the restaurant and held it out like she was disgusted with the bag. Please note at not one time did I ever receive and I'm sorry, let me fix that for you, or wait... Any decent sort of apology or concern. When we walked out we looked at our order again... Still wrong. But at that point I was very worried about spit or something else being done to our food. So we ate them. I am very glad that we live in the middle of two different Einstein bagels because we will never return to this one. They were late because they use door dash (which is not reliable at all) and when I opened the boxes up, it was brought to my attention that there was a roach in the box and then another one crawling across the box! We wanted the special with the "two free coffees" but forgot to say the free coffees. So after 20 minutes waiting outside my husband went in to pick up our order. When he told them we had been waiting outside for 20 minutes they said you have to call. Whatever. Then he asked about our coffees, they said it wasn't on the order, so he asked to add them to our "free coffee" special and they said no, it had to be done to start with. I come to this Einstein Bros when I have to do my regular hospital checkups every few months. It's right down the street from the hospital, and straight across the street from Pulse. At this point in the morning, I am starving, so having one of Einstein's tasty bagel-wiches is a welcome addition to my day. I normally get the 2 eggs, ham, and cheese on an Everything bagel, along with one of their coffees. The food is great; one of my favorite places to go in Orlando for bagels (A chain? Well, this ain't NYC) This particular location is a little bit better than the one on Colonial. It is brighter, with a lot more seating. If you are anywhere down this way I recommend stopping in to get your bagel fix. Meh. The employees are nice and they're pretty quick with the orders, but man they're sloppy and stingy with the set ups. My favorite thing is nova lox. They tend to just plop everything in the middle of the bagel and they're never toasted right. Sometimes you'd think they weren't toasted at all. All the salmon is clumped together so you have to spread it out. Then they're super stingy with the salmon. It's really disappointing for what you pay. Perhaps it's a regional thing? Seems like all of the Einstein's Bagels in Orlando are about the same. Was recently in D.C. where it's much different. They build the bagels properly and give you a fair amount of salmon for the money. Maybe it's because they're plenty of independent shops? This area could really use an authentic bagel shop.
