She answered all our questions, provided input on the outfits that my daughter had chosen, and suggested locations based on my daughter's wishes. Kohl Photography does my school's pictures, and he also happened to take senior portraits at the…read morestudio, so I decided to go with him since I didn't know much about other prices and didn't check them out. I went to Kohl in mid-July to take my senior portraits. He took the photos fairly quickly, and then set up an appointment with me to look at what pictures I wanted. On the date of the meeting, I showed up but he told me my pictures weren't ready to look at. However, the process of looking at the pictures doesn't take any effort on his part besides deleting ones he doesn't like ((they don't go through any editing before you see them)) Since this was on his part, he gave me 8 free wallets. The second time we made an appointment, he called and cancelled again stating that the pictures weren't ready yet again. ((Keep in mind it's been about two and a half weeks since I've taken the photos)) Fast forward, and I've looked at the photos and ordered them. He told me that it would take approximately 3-4 weeks before the photos would be ready, and I was satisfied as that was a decent amount of time. Now, however, it's been 7 weeks and I still haven't gotten my photos. The only thing Kohl is good at is taking your money; go somewhere else and save!

Here are some of the ways that Sandy truly stood out: - Both our babies were born around Christmas holiday and scheduling was not an issue at all for Sandy. She checked in ahead of the appointment to ensure we didn't need to reschedule (much needed for parents that just gave birth recently) and had our themes ready prior to us arriving. - The themes were 10/10, better than what we could've envisioned ourselves. And our themes were generic such as lemon or Christmas. - The amount of patience Sandy has is seriously amazing! Our second baby was a bit harder to photograph compared to the first, in addition to a toddler who wasn't in the mood for pictures, and it didn't phase Sandy at all.
