Took my wife to this spot since it was close to home and figured it may be good. Unfortunately I have to say it was a big mistake. Should have went to her regular place. The end product was not good and they literally hurt her. The gel color was not smooth and appeared lumpy. The funny thing was when they asked, will you be leaving a tip in cash or card? The place is open on just the weekends. Appt is recommended, they had three nail techs working and they get busy. Please be mindful and nice. I went in for an appt with Grace for a mani pedi. Helen did my Pedi, she's very sweet, gentle and attentive.We added the callus remover and she scrubbed it all! Not just a light scrub here and there, that was much appreciated. Her foot massage was nice and firm, very relaxing. If they weren't getting so busy I would I paid for a longer massage!! Lol I moved on over with Grace. Unfortunately, my gel fill was poorly done and began chipping the very next day. I went back to the nail salon the next day, which was a Tuesday and they were closed. I would not recommend this Nail salon. It's beautifully decorated, staff nice and friendly. However I had powered dipping manicure $55 it only lasted 8 days! When I called to get two nails fixed as they had fallen off. The manager told me they only guaranteed nails for 7 days. Had I know that at the time of service I would never have paid $55! I would have got a cheaper gel manicure $35 that I know would have lasted two weeks. I was told the dipping powder would last longer and was better for my nails. I have had dipping powder nails before and they lasted over 3 weeks! They just lost a good regular customer. Even though they are more expensive than else where I was going to give them my business. I made an appointment to come to this place in a rush last Saturday because the usual place I go to was super busy and I was catching a flight that afternoon. The lady did great nails (gel fill) and I left there satisfied. The next morning I noticed there was some peeling starting to happen and I thought it was weird. I've gotten gel before and never has it peeled. Well by the next day all of my nails had started to peel and a piece of the acrylic had literally broken off. No hard work being done or hit anywhere. I'm back from my trip and the lady argued with me that she would only return $10 for the gel that had peeled from a $42 tab. Highly upsetting. Horrendous customer service. I called my credit card and disputed the charge and they happily refunded me. Will never return, this was embarrassing on a business trip. read more

They listen to your request and they paid attention to the little details. For the last 3 months I been getting the organic dipping powder manicure and its amazing. My natural nails have grown so much. Prices are average, for the dipping powder manicure I pay $40 but it varies on the length of your nails. Again make an appointment ahead of time. WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENEC IN MY LIFE! I wish I could give this experience a -0. I got my nails done here today as I was passing by to get something to eat and am new to the area and have been looking for New places to get my nails done that I can keep coming back to....so at the beginning it was ok you can say...the lady started working on my full set gel nails and was VERY rough and too fast with her electric nail file the whole time and kept scraping the sides of my cuticles to Where they would start bleeding then every time I'd tell her she is hurting me and that it stings she poured a liquid of some kind on top of the cuts she created THAT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE IT STING WORSE THAN BEFORE! I really tried to like this place since it had great reviews. The people were really nice , but had such a horrible experience when it came to my nails. I asked for a pedicure and Manicure with dipping powder . I received a great pedicure, but she didn't paint them fully. The edges weren't painted so it looked weird. Then I didn't get a manicure since the guy just ignored me and went straight into putting my tip extensions. I asked for a round natural look and got uneven square looking nails. When I asked him to fix them he made them worse. I chose a bright yellow and they came out almost pastel yellow. The color would of been fine, but they were misty and looked REALLY BAD. Then to fix them they just painted over them with yellow gel . Now they look bulky and the nails are bigger then my fingers. Making my hands look fat . These are the worst nails I've ever got. I don't understand how this place was mad at me and my sister when We were clearly being nice about everything and wanted what we paid for.
