New nail place in chino hills! Metime nails took over the old salon here and opened up about a week ago. Honestly, thought about gatekeeping this place, that's how amazing it was. This is definitely one of the best salons I have been to around the area and the price is pretty unbeatable. First time customers get 15% off. I came in with my mom on a Friday afternoon and while it was relatively busy, we were seated within minutes of our appointment time, which to me, is super important. My mom got the ultimate pedicure and was thoroughly impressed. We have tried so many places together and my mom has not enjoyed her experience, but she did today and that should tell you something. I got a gel manicure with chrome and let me tell you, I was in awe of my nails before they were even finished. The staff here is unbelievably nice and accommodating. 1000/10, I found my new go to salon. If you're looking for a new place, highly recommend giving them a try! read more

New go to nail spot! It's 30 minutes away for me but it's so worth the drive. They were super welcoming, were able to fit me in last minute and even gave me a complimentary drink while I was getting a manicure and pedicure. I felt so relaxed and pampered the entire time. The technicians really took their time and made sure I was happy with the shape, color, and style of my nails. I felt like I was getting luxury treatments for a super fair price. I always have such a hard time finding good nail salons for my type of nails, especially since I recently moved to this area. I am so glad I found Metime!! Zoey took her time and did such an incredible job with my nails. She got everything right from the shape to the color I wanted. When I get my nails done, they always break/come off about two weeks layer. It's been about 3 weeks and they are still very much on (haven't even chipped yet)! I spent an hour looking for a new nail salon since I only get my nails done for special occasions through out the year but the last two times have not been great experiences. So happy I picked this place! I called to ask if they would take me in for a mani and pedi same day and the person on the phone was friendly and said absolutely. I came in and asked if they were still doing 15% off for new customers for one set and they said yes. I don't normally do pedis and decided to treat myself to a hot stone pedi. Zoey did such a wonderful job with my pedi and was really sweet! The hot stone massage was relaxing. Heidi did my gel mani and she also did a great job and was quick and nice! Now I just have to wait and see and hope they don't chip within a few days but so far it looks like they both did a great job. What I appreciate about this place aside from it being clean, great quality and friendly staff, is that they did not try to push services that I didn't want on me like I've had in other places to charge me more. The prices that I paid matched to what was advertised vs it being more which tends to happen in other salons. I'll definitely be coming back here for both services :) read more

Zoey and Chris have done it again! I have been with them for a while now and I love their service and welcoming atmosphere! Their new place is so beautiful! The colors, the chairs, the massages, I hate bright lights and this lighting is perfect especially for early morning appointments! I had surgery on my foot a while ago and Zoey has always been so nice and gentle with my feet! they have so many options of colors and they keep up with the trends and designs which is so neat! I got a pedicure a couple days ago and came back for a full set. Heidi did both services on me and she was very professional, sweet, and took her time to make sure everything was done correctly. The environment is friendly, but you can also tell that they're serious about their jobs. I came in around 3 PM for a simple acrylic removal, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst…read morenail experiences I've had. One technician started removing my acrylic, but after about five minutes, I was switched to another technician. The first technician was using a nail drill that looked like a barrel bit , while the second technician used a sanding bit. Once acetone was applied, the acrylic on my right hand came off fairly easily. My left hand, however, was a completely different story. Because of the way the acrylic was filed down, the second technician had to repeatedly file my left hand to get the remaining acrylic off. Instead of safely removing the acrylic, she over-filed my natural nail, especially my thumb. The side of my nail was left extremely thin and it is now VERY painful. The difference between my two hands is obvious in the pictures. I understand that nail removal can take time, but there is a big difference between safely removing acrylic and over-filing someone's natural nail to the point that it becomes extremely thin and painful. I am very disappointed with the service and how the situation was handled.
