For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

I only gave 3 stars because they failed to inform all of their customers that their credit card machine wasn't working and they were only accepting cash or check. They informed us after our services were completed at time of pay which seemed pretty shady. I even called 45 minutes before my appt. and she didn't inform me of this. Everyone in the salon was caught by surprise and seemed annoyed. Lucky thing everyone who was there had enough cash.
