The first time, I called for a same-day appointment and they were able to book me right away. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately and seen at my appointment time. For my second visit, the experience was just as great. I checked in and they started working on my nails as soon as I arrived. Both times, Judy has been excellent. She took the time to explain what would be best for my nails since I wanted to take a break from acrylics. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The salon has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, and they never make you feel uncomfortable like some other nail salons where it feels like they're talking about you. They also offer 10% off Gel-X on Wednesdays, and they have Wi-Fi, which is super convenient!

Crazy amount for a simple removal in my opinion. She told me $10 was for shaping my natural nail... so $30 for removal alone? I was upset but ultimately ended up paying and leaving without complaint. I wasn't going to write anything, but noticed recently that some gel residue was left behind on my nail... not everything was completely removed. For the price, I'm incredibly disappointed.

They called me the next morning and said they could take me right away and apologized for the inconvenience with the electricity.
